"Great place - Apparently a lot has changed from 2016 to 2019. The place was great. Sanitary everything very clean. Super friendly staff and extensive leisure activities for families. Not cheap though (60 pounds for a camper van pitch). However, the park is very large. It's a kind of vacation park with the usual English huts.

"Dirty to get used to - We were there for 3 nights with the motorhome in summer 2016. The sanitary facilities were so filthy that you could get sick. After two days/nights I informed the reception that they hadn't been cleaned. Then two people came with a mop. The dirt in the toilets was still in the same place, only the dirt on the floor was now distributed differently. The urine stone in the urinal was probably from the previous season. It was also dirty in the "restaurant". The door to the toilets was dark with fingers. The toilets there were no better. There were remnants of fast food meals everywhere inside and outside and paper under and on the tables, which stuck just like the chairs. I was glad we didn't get anything to eat at 9pm as the "kitchen" had just closed. If we hadn't been so enthusiastic about the rest of England and the caravan club sites, it would have been an England break.
