You would actually believe the reviews of other guests, but I was curious if the campground host could really be so mean and could treat his guests so badly and even take some cases to court. But it seems to be true. Very unpleasant and not interested in the well-being of the guests. The place itself... is nice by a small lake, but here the positive ends. The cleaning seems to be an unknown concept, for four toilets there was only one sink with cold water and without hand sanitizer - and this in corona times. Hand sanitizer was only available at the reception, which was some distance away. Men's and women's toilets in the same room including the urinal without a screen or other separation. For me it was just disgusting. Wiping paper that you could have used to clean a little yourself was not available. And how it smelled. The campground host could not know that the ladies' shower had a clog in the drain, as the shower was not cleaned. There was no hot water in the kitchen. The oven had a big lock - could not be used. Stupidly, we had paid for three nights and would not have gotten a penny back if we had left earlier. I can't recommend this place, there are nicer campsites nearby.
Actually, you should believe the reviews of other guests, but I was curious whether a groundsman really treats his guests in such a way that certain incidents even end up in court. The site itself is beautifully situated on a small lake, but that's all I can say about it. The cleaning of the sanitary facilities was probably forgotten in the three days I was there. For four toilets there was a hand wash basin with only cold water and no hand sanitizer - and that in corona times. Hand sanitizer was only available in the reception a long way away. That I, as a woman, had to look directly at the urinal (not 1.5 meters away) when I washed my hands may be pleasant for some women, but for me it was incomprehensible that any men gag who used them, there was no water.

This is the 4th time we have stayed at this campsite. Everything is well maintained and clean. The owners are super friendly and helpful.
We will recommend the campsite to others and will definitely be back next year. Keep up the good work!

That it was quick to get out of there!

Unfriendly owners, shabby swimming area, not child friendly, swings with worn ropes that are dangerous for children, very poorly cleaned cottage, noisy, generally boring place, no WiFi in the cottages.
Don't go!!!
The owners are shockingly unfriendly. Worst I have experienced in rented accommodation. And I can say that I (and the traveling companions) are nice people who are easy to like and get along with. I am not the one who usually complains otherwise.

Regarding poorly cleaned (smells bad and sticky floors)... was offered a new cottage but one bed less than what I booked which was 4 beds. They changed the text on their website to 3-beds immediately after a review from me (have picture proof of what it said at my booking) and then they commented that I booked wrong. Says a lot about the personality.....

Nice campsite for overnight stay
Small, quiet and cozy campsite. The plots are large. The toilets are shared (men and women) and the showers are not. All clean. Nice and friendly staff. Near the E4 freeway

Suitable for transit
We were just passing through. Tall people have to duck their heads in front of the toilet. Men's and women's toilets together, please keep stepping through to pull out.... Not pleasant. Sink on outside wall, without any lighting, not fun either. Pitches on the large meadow very sloping, well, but spacious. Traffic noise from the main road. Swiss owners friendly and helpful. Easy to drive on with a large double-axle trailer.

On our way back to the Netherlands we visited this campsite. We ourselves do not have young children but if you have them this campground is definitely a must what an entertainment and fun for the kids. We also want to mention that the owners really put their heart and soul into this campsite. Everything is very neat and clean. If we drive back to NL next year it will be a stop for us again.
