Positive ting
Staff very helpful, wash house very clean and large enough, a store with the essentials, a wonderful lake for bathing/swimming or water sports, dogs allowed, fresh bread rolls every morning.
Negative ting
Possible disadvantages for some, but for us it was perfectly okay. The dog has to stay on a lead and is not allowed on the beach but in a separate place in the water, there is no playground, there are a lot of permanent campers on the site, the train runs through the village every hour.
Fantastically beautiful vacation with breathtaking scenery
For us it was a perfect vacation, none of the above disadvantages bothered us, we will definitely be back

The landscape around the course is beautiful.
Negative ting
If you only want to stay here for a short time, you will have to make do with uneven pitches near the railroad line (but this is hardly disturbing); the church bells in the village can often be heard

All in all a very nice place with very good sanitary facilities and a nice owner

We liked it very much
We stayed here for one night at Easter 2022. We have rarely been welcomed so friendly and helpful at a campsite. The boss personally instructed us on the site and immediately provided us with drive-up wedges....Top service...
Great location right on the lake. Very well-kept site overall. Standard sanitary facilities, but they were well maintained and very clean. We liked it very much and can recommend the campsite without reservation.

Striking scenery, friendly staff, clean facilities, right by the water!
Negative ting
The spaces for pitches are too narrow, you have to pay 20 cents per minute for the shower, the camp is on a hill so chances are you'll be uncomfortable in a tent, the nearby church rang the bell every hour in the night and woke me up every time

Overall good experience,great for a stop over, and the scenery is just magnificent

Location right on the lake with lots of great (excursion) options for all weathers. Clean and well-kept place
Negative ting
Noisy night due to freight trains in the immediate vicinity of the site. Characterized by permanent campers. Few tourist pitches and no service at all.
Super location!
A site for permanent campers with 3 compartments for tourists. Train and boat are just a minute's walk away. Many excursions for all weathers in relative proximity. The groundskeeper is friendly. However, the immediate proximity to the tracks is very disturbing, especially at night. I therefore don't think the site is suitable for a rest stop on the way south. The lake access is great, but not for small children as the shore is very steep.

Quiet location with fantastic views, clean and well-kept facility, friendly contact
Negative ting
relatively many permanent campers, many free pitches do not have a direct view of the lake
A little dream on Lake Uri
Beautiful place to camp on Lake Uri, with direct access to the lake and therefore ideal for swimming. Ideally suited as a starting point for hikes around the Fronalpstock. The site was well maintained and in very good condition. The owners are on site, easy to reach and extremely friendly.
