Positive ting
Friendly, very helpful team, good restaurant, pleasant atmosphere, reasonable price. Close to Porto Azzuro (a great 20 minute walk).

Great campsite right by the sea
I feel very comfortable here as the site team is very friendly. The pitches are big enough. Well located for me with many possibilities (swimming, snorkeling, diving, kayaking, sailing etc.) Close to Porto Azzuro, nice walk, approx. 20 min.

Showers should be modernized
Top location
Most of the pitches at Da Mario are large, a Womo with 7.50 m + trailer was no problem. However, we also had a good selection at the end of September. Most of the pitches are well shaded by tall trees. The showers are not up to date, no storage facilities, only hooks, shower head very calcified, but... clean and always warm water. In high season there could be some waiting times. In the morning there is a small selection of bread rolls, brioche... The adjoining restaurant offers good value for money. Dogs are allowed at Da Mario. On the beach only from 01.10. The beach can be reached by crossing a narrow cul-de-sac, about 10 meters. The beach and the campsite were wonderfully quiet in the low season. It will certainly be different in high season... The center of Porto Azzurro can be reached on foot via a beautiful, partly steep path in about 25 minutes, or via a hardly frequented, but also partly very steep road (also possible by bike) in about 15 minutes. From Da Mario there are several opportunities for hiking and cycling. If you are motorized (scooter), there are excursions to the charming neighbouring villages.
