- Jan P.July 2023Positive tingLarge pool, lots of action for children. Another bright spot was the pizzeria, which served extremely good pizza.Negative tingThe sanitary facilities were barely acceptable. You should also be resistant to loud noises.Somewhat outdated camping resortWe came to this campsite mainly for our daughter, as the pool area and the leisure facilities for children are very extensive.
We were disappointed (not to say disgusted) when we had to use the sanitary facilities.
The campsite is very large, there are correspondingly many people and the overall hustle... and bustle and noise level is correspondingly high.
The best thing by far was the pizzeria, which serves extremely good pizza.
All in all, I think the price is far too high for what we were offered.
I would only recommend it to travelers with children and for 1-2 nights at most.Automatisk oversatt. - Thomas K.May 2018Positive tingVery clean modern sanitary facilities Green clean place Large pitches FriendlinessNegative tingTotally overpriced without ACSI Card Unattractive surroundings Coarse gravel beachBeautiful place in ugly surroundingsYou receive a very friendly welcome, the pitches are very large and everything is very clean. Free WiFi throughout the site. There is also a very nice pool area. But that's all the positives! 😞 The campsite is surrounded by ugly plastic tarpaulin greenhouses (although you can't see anything of them... on the campsite), the beach is made of coarse gravel and you can't go far by bike either because it's steeply uphill all around through the mountains. And the campsite is totally overpriced without an ACSI card 🤤 In the low season 1 person with pitch incl. electricity 😲 €28 per day.Automatisk oversatt.
- Barbara S.January 2015Positive tingGerman is spoken at the reception and the staff Esther and Tino are very helpful.Negative tingNone!WinteringWe camped for the 1st time and for 2 months. We received a very friendly welcome at reception. Esther and Tino, who both speak German, went out of their way to help us with advice and assistance. The camping store is well equipped and also very helpful. The campsite (very clean) is located directly on the Mediterranean and you can easily walk or cycle there. We will be back and are already looking forward to itAutomatisk oversatt.
- Martin G.April 2013Positive tingGood location for excursions to the AlpujarrasNegative tingNothing serious detectedDriveway not an eye-catcher / space but okNo matter which direction you are coming from, the site is well signposted in Carchuna on the N340. The access road first leads 1 km between greenhouses! Competent and friendly reception on site. The site consists of an elongated area with mostly eucalyptus trees and a swimming pool. The pitches vary... in size and are divided by low hedges. The sanitary building is located in the middle of the site. Adjacent to the site is a stony and rather wild beach, which can be reached via a road with little traffic. A good location for excursions into the Alpujarras.Automatisk oversatt.
- Timo L.September 2011We spent one night on the camper and after the morning shower in the unappealing, and not clean sanitary area of the feces-smelling pitch quickly disappeared again. Very unattractive surroundings due to the greenhouses that are unfortunately typical in this region and the resulting increase in insects of all kinds :)Automatisk oversatt.
- Andreas S.July 2011Were traveling through but good place to every beer there are tapas there you get full quicklyAutomatisk oversatt.
- Nepomuk B.March 2011The site is very quiet in the middle of vegetable and fruit fields (covered with plastic sheeting). There are large plots separated by hedges under mature trees. The sanitary building is large, somewhat older, but always clean. Friendly welcome at the German-speaking reception. Beautiful pool area. The... campsite feels a little reminiscent of the 70s. There are decorations everywhere that may seem kitschy to some, but bring back memories for others, e.g. the dwarf fountain. The little road with little traffic leads to the stony beach. You can quickly reach the village and more beautiful beaches by bike. All in all, we felt at home.Automatisk oversatt.
- Andreas O.May 2010Large parceled-out site in the middle of an unattractive environment. The entire surrounding area consists of unattractive greenhouses covered with plastic sheeting. The site is clean and the beautiful vegetation provides plenty of shade. The wide pebble beach can be reached via a road with very little... traffic. The size of the pitches was fine. The sanitary facilities were huge and always clean. The camping supermarket only had a rudimentary range of products. There was free W-LAN in the campsite restaurant. The prices there were very reasonable and there were delicious free tapas with every beer. The "camping zoo" was absolutely incomprehensible to us. Among other things, there was a small monkey and a small "kangaroo" in a very small space. A reason for us to avoid the site.Automatisk oversatt.
- Hans S.May 2010A place that is right by the sea. You only have to cross a little-used shore road. The beach consists of gray sand and gravel. The campsite has pitches that are separated by partially flowering hedges. The entire site is surrounded by a wall. With the exception of the sea side, the site is bordered by... vegetable plantations. The old trees provide shade and the light breeze from the sea ensures pleasant temperatures. Spanish, English, French and German are spoken at reception. The supermarket has a good range of products. The central sanitary facilities are spacious and clean. The site is extremely quiet due to its location. The internet connection is free in the reception area and relatively inexpensive throughout the campsite.Automatisk oversatt.
