- Roman & Susi G.August 2023Positive tingfkk, free beach accessNegative tingvery expensive, poor site infrastructure, no water, electricity sometimes further awayfor the 2nd time at the konobewe think it is the best fkk camping site on krk. unfortunately a bit expensive for what is offered. the restaurant can only be recommended to a limited extent. but we like the naturalness of the old right part of the site. unfortunately no water near the pitches, but natural rock water access.Automatisk oversatt.
- Evelyne H.August 2023Positive tingGreat sea, great sunsets, great weatherNegative tingThe nature campsite in Konobe is no longer as idyllic as it was two years ago because nature had to make way for more campsites/pitches. Falkensteiner has destroyed pine trees and herbaceous plants such as sage and wild thyme in order to generate even more income. As a result, the naturalness of the campsite is becoming less and less important, which is why the campsite was so popular. Unfortunately, the sanitary area is an imposition, as it is structurally very outdated. The hygiene in the sanitary facilities is also incomprehensibly disgusting. Especially when the sanitary area is heavily used, it should be cleaned at least twice a day and not every 2-3 days a single cleaning and, if necessary, the replenishment of disposable towels, toilet paper and soap dispensers. The cleaner herself did her best when she did her job according to the work schedule. However, she cleaned the sanitary areas without a face mask, with harsh and certainly corrosive cleaning agents. Occupational health and safety also seems to be a foreign concept at Falkensteiner, and more a matter of saving money than thinking and acting with the health of the employees in mind. In Germany, this is rated according to the school grades, six and set. It is incomprehensible and presumptuous for me and certainly for other visitors to the campsite that the 2009 award is used to advertise the quality rating.Sad and disappointed at the same timeWe have been camping there regularly almost every year since 2007, with the exception of two years we skipped, and have decided to look for another vacation spot in Croatia due to the above-mentioned shortcomings and the extreme price increases that are not commensurate with the price.Automatisk oversatt.
- Hans N.June 2022Positive tinggreat natureNegative tingcrazy pricesDrastic price increaseWas in Konobe from 21.5.-8.6.22. Falkensteiner has increased the prices so drastically compared to last year that some people got dizzy. The seasonal pitches (May to September) in the front row now cost € 7,000 instead of € 2,600. The daily rates for short breaks are correspondingly high. It is cheaper... further back, but in the bay, motorhome owners have to pay for a sea view, even though they can only see the white wall of the motorhome in front of them. On the terraces for motorhomes, you now pay for the panoramic view. In the beach bar, a cappuccino now costs 18 kuna instead of 10, a beer now 30 kuna instead of 20, and a quarter of a liter of white wine 60 kuna. In the restaurant, which is now also run by Falkensteiner himself, everything is even more expensive. It now deserves to be called a pub. You go in hungry and leave hungry and broke. Most people only notice the rip-off when they pay because they fail to look at the prices beforehand.Automatisk oversatt.
- rob r.June 2020Positive tingBeautifully situated naturist placeNegative tingSpace maintenance what is that?Very nice place, unfortunately no investmentWe were there 30 years ago, and again this year. Unfortunately, very little has obviously been invested since then. We happened to have a fantastic pitch in the front row and felt at home, despite the somewhat lax approach to maintenance. A touch of Yugoslavia has obviously remained here even though an Austrian group supposedly bought the place? They were very nice and helpful at reception, but why can't the place be looked after a bit?Automatisk oversatt.
- Holger S.June 2019Positive tingPure nature, small store (prices the same as in Punat) Restaurant for emergencies, shady campsites, footpath to PunatNegative tingPriceOld but clean!Update 2019: General: No significant improvements or repairs to the site or even improvements to the service for years, which brings us straight to the most important pro: there are still nice pitches for campers! Cooling compartments were only available to rent from the beginning of June, which was... bearable due to the prevailing temperatures, but is necessary for self-catering if you don't want to go shopping/drive every day. Still only marginal WiFi, which doesn't play a big role for us on vacation. It is not very pleasant that preparations for the season are only started when the pitch is already half full. For example, drains and taps were replaced in the middle of the day, which can be done at the beginning of April. There is an urgent need for site maintenance such as pruning trees, cutting down dead pine trees, leveling the tent pitches, .... and the makeshift mowing with string mowers makes more dirt than it helps. The cleanliness of the sanitary facilities is ok, at least when the cleaning team has just finished. The inability of guests to use the toilets in a cultivated manner cannot be blamed on the campsite, but some additional training in the form of pictorial instructions on the proper use of the sanitary facilities could be helpful. However, taps, shower heads, shower partitions, shelves and hooks should be replaced regularly, as everything quickly becomes very unsightly due to the very calcareous water. Restaurant: The prices charged in the restaurant do not correspond to the level of cuisine on offer. Some chip shops prepare dishes better. Salads ok, fish ok, but all dishes with minced meat were subterranean. In terms of meat dishes, saltimboca and steaks were ok, even if we had to ask for more sage leaves for the former or better bring them ourselves. The "ham" in the wrapped rolls made of mock meat or chicken was full of gristle, which is at best dog food. The service depended very much on the daily form of the cooks/servers, which speaks for little professionalism. From our point of view, it is incomprehensible why the potential of the restaurant is not used professionally. Store: Opening hours were extended at the beginning of June, in May only in the mornings. The offer is very limited, the baked goods were not up to the usual standard, although the store belongs to the same chain as the store in Punat. At least we were able to buy a cold beer there. The offer may change for the better in high season. The commitment of the staff left a lot to be desired, even when I pointed out incorrectly labeled goods or the non-functioning refrigeration (butter was almost liquid), this was ignored or answered with a shrug of the shoulders. Reception: In contrast to before, now friendly, quick and professional. Update 2015: The morbid charm is still there, although some showers have been given new shower heads, the road towards the restaurant has been widened and new lighting has been installed there. Only cold water was available in the showers opposite the restaurant The cleaning crew in the form of a young woman was busy around the clock keeping the sanitary facilities in order. Some of the guests obviously need extra tuition in using the toilets. The restaurant still had teething problems at the end of May/beginning of June, but the service then improved. Pizza and fish ok, salads and meat dishes took some getting used to. Refrigerators can be rented again, which might annoy some guests because of the noise level, but this place is certainly only for nature lovers who can cope with simple conditions. However, the prices are comparatively high. Particularly recommended for tents and smaller caravans, less so for larger vessels. The staff are courteous and friendly. Information policy was rather lukewarm, so we experienced a burst water pipe (between Punat and the campsite) in June 2014, which cut off the entire site from the supply and took some time to repair. The staff were on the move around the clock to get water for the toilets and distributed canisters of service water. In the direction of Stara Baska there are beautiful trails for "non-foot-sick" people, which can be walked on naked but only with good footwear. Beautiful and secluded bathing bays, but the water is still a little fresh in May and June.Automatisk oversatt.
- Klaus L.May 2019Positive tingFantastic location, magnificent viewNegative tingLittle or no maintenance on the pitches. Power columns are very far apart. Schuko sockets no longer work at all!Place with wasted potentialFirst of all, what a shame about this beautiful square! The course is divided into 3 zones. The flat grassy part to the south. Very "natural", it has not been mowed yet. The sanitary building is very far and steep. You need a bit of fitness to get there. The northern area is laid out in terraces. These... are gravelled throughout. The access road to the terraces is very steep in places and you should check the route beforehand. Maneuvering with a caravan or larger motorhome can be complicated and requires some skill. On the other hand, the view from almost every pitch is simply a dream. The sanitary facilities are centrally located between the pitches. Both sanitary buildings were only half open. In the low season, that's enough. However, the visual impression was not the best. Complete renovation looks different. The part between the two parts of the site is partly occupied by a caravan rental and then there is the tent pitch area. Either it is no longer needed or it will be spruced up before the season. At the moment it is very unkempt. The restaurant has just been prepared for opening. It's a shame that the slipway with its large concrete threshold has been put out of action. It would have been very convenient to put the canoe in.Automatisk oversatt.
- Karin T.July 2018Positive tingSmall and quietNegative tingSea urchins and poor equipment and high priceSimply too expensive for this placeEverything full of sea urchins, no sea access possible. Pitches very basic. Price and performance do not match.Automatisk oversatt.

- Johannes S.June 2018Positive tingBeautiful locationNegative tingThe water was not always clean.Predominantly beautifulIf you want WiFi, you have to stand near the sanitary facilities. But there is sometimes still a lot of traffic at midnight washing dishes, groups meet and talk loudly. Bicycle excursions difficult as there are some extreme inclinesAutomatisk oversatt.
- Karl - Heinz H.September 2017Positive tingEverything was perfect for us, even the dog was happy.Negative tingNone searched none foundNudist place recommendedVery beautifully situated naturist CP. With very clean sanitary facilities. The staff is competent, friendly and helpful.Automatisk oversatt.
- Peter F.August 2017Positive ting- great location - Large tent area with wonderful spots under the treesNegative ting- partly dilapidated infrastructureMixed resultsAfter a long search on Krk (last season and this season), this is the only place that still deserves to be called a campsite - and not just a caravan site. Wonderful hillside location with a great view of the Bay of Krk, the islands of Plavnik and Cres and the Učka Mountains in the background. For people... who associate camping with being close to nature and consciously foregoing comfort, the infrastructure is generally adequate. However, the state of maintenance of all facilities - whether sanitary facilities, sports facilities, barbecue area or electrical systems - and in some cases the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities leave a lot to be desired. Accordingly, the prices are not reasonable, as is unfortunately the case on Krk as a whole.Automatisk oversatt.
- Stephan S.July 2017Positive tingLocation, peace and quietNegative tingDogs and dog excrement, more and more textiles, place totally decays, zero organized, no control parking and nudismWhat a pityKonobe is actually a very nice place in an absolute top location. Beautiful natural beach with lovely bays. The side by the slipway is still ok. But the side by the tennis court is the worst. Everything is run down, rotten and broken. Totally dangerous, especially for children. Nothing is done here.... Not even the pitches are mowed. A can of beer costs 3 euros at the kiosk, great. The site is completely left to its own devices. Pitches are used as parking lots, more and more textiles. Worst of all, more and more people have dogs with them. Many not just one. The animals urinate everywhere. Dog excrement in many places. If you go through the gate in the direction of Punat, it almost hits you. It stinks terribly. Dog excrement everywhere. Children playing here. Filled poop bags are simply thrown in front of the fence. To the majority of dog owners: you are pigs, shame on you. Your behavior shows that only a dog ban is the right thing for everyone !!! It's a shame that this place is so badly treated. And you textile people, please go where you belong. I'm not naked in the textile area either. A compliment to the cleaner of the sanitary facilities. The woman is cleaning all day long.Automatisk oversatt.
- Dietmar B.July 2017Leisure and sports facilities. The tennis and table tennis courts are a disgrace and too dangerous for children. The sanitary facilities have not been replaced in the last 8 years, neither the lock nor the broken soap cup.Automatisk oversatt.

- Maik S.September 2016Positive ting-Location by the water -possibility to simply walk around naked on the cliffs -good excursion possibilities to KrK, Punat, Stara Baska etc.Negative ting-Stony beachGreat naturist placeThe campsite is in a great location and there are lots of excursions in the surrounding area. For example, we rented a fast boat in Stara Baska, had ice cream in Punat and went to a club in Krk in the evening. In addition to the many boats in the harbor, there are also museums to see and souvenirs to... buy. There are already shopping facilities in Punat. The supermarkets also have many German products. You can play mini golf, tennis or soccer directly on the campsite. There is also a small stand where massages are given. The best thing, however, is that you can simply hike or mountain bike naked through the area behind the campsite. The view is great. The campsite is located on a bay and to get there you have to drive down a winding road. The water is crystal clear and very clean. The large beach area at the campsite consists mainly of stones. Bathing shoes are an advantage. Also because you can quickly catch the spines of a starfish (experienced this myself ;-)). But it's not really that bad. The pitches are big enough. We were there with our trailer. There are lots of different pitches. Directly on the water or on the terraces. However, if you want a good pitch, you should book in advance. With the ACSI Card you get a good discount out of season. The sanitary facilities are older but were always clean. There are toilets, urinals, shower cubicles and the possibility to wash dishes and laundry in extra sinks. There is also a washing machine on the pitch. The WLAN coverage at our site was great. We had our pitch right by the large beach area and a view of the water. Getting up in the morning or going for a quick dip in the water at night by moonlight is just great.Automatisk oversatt.
- Barbara W.September 2016Positive tingQuiet, beautiful bays,Negative tingSanitary, lighting,Beautiful, quiet locationA campsite in a quiet camp, no noise, beautiful bays, unfortunately the sanitary facilities are run down, have never seen a cleaning staff, the campers see for themselves that it stays clean. The ladies' washroom was locked. No lighting to the toilets, unfortunately only one water point on site, mini... golf was very dirty, unfortunately the bar down on the beach was also closed, only one restaurant, but empty every day. The walk to Punat is nice, but not recommended in the dark.Automatisk oversatt.
- Britta R.August 2016Positive tingnudist area only, beautiful location, good restaurantNegative tingpoor cleanliness, many textilesunbeatably beautiful location, poor cleanlinessThis campsite has an unbeatable location right by the sea with several access points for swimming. The access road to the campsite offers a wonderful view over the bay. The access roads to the pitches in the area of the slipway are sometimes adventurous for camper vans and motorhomes; you need a powerful... tractor for the steep access roads. However, there are also easily accessible pitches on this side. A meadow for caravans and motorhomes on the other side of the site didn't seem very inviting to us. Above all, this campsite is an Eldorado for tent campers. The site is quiet, except on Saturday nights. The loud beats of an open-air disco can be heard from Punat until 4:00 am (no exaggeration!). It's as loud as if you were right in the middle of it, so sleep is out of the question. It's great that the campsite is purely nudist, not a mixed or separate nudist area like many other campsites. What is not good is that nudism is not controlled. Especially during the season, many people walk around in textiles, obviously because they didn't get a place on other places on Krk. Dogs are allowed on the campsite, but not at the bathing area. However, this is ignored by some dog owners. Dogs are sometimes taken into the shower. Speaking of ignorant: there are also people who take photos of the sunset at the bathing area, even when naked people are coming out of the water and get snippy if you say anything. Every naturist has to watch out for themselves, otherwise the beautiful sunset photos including the naked people will end up on Whats App or Facebook or somewhere else. The sanitary facilities look like they're not that old, but they're pretty run down. After the last critical entry (see below), they reacted quickly and actually supervised the cleaning, even cleaned the toilet doors from the inside! and also repaired them a little (shelf in the shower screwed down). However, this does little to change the overall shabby impression. Dirt in many places, you don't even want to know what was on the toilet doors and walls, a lot is broken and probably won't be repaired (taps, towel dispensers, shower locks). It remains to be seen how the monitoring of cleaning performance will develop. We are rather skeptical, as the campsite does not have its own staff but has outsourced the cleaning to a company. The campsite offers free Wi-Fi, but unfortunately this is only available directly at the wash house, where the hotspot is. We parked our camper van right next to the wash house (approx. 10m as the crow flies), so it was difficult, but with our own amplifier it worked reasonably well. So everyone meets on the wall at the wash house and spends a large part of their vacation there. As a result, there are cigarette butts lying around all over the place. Just like in front of the store. These are places where it makes sense to put ashtrays. The store is moderately well stocked, you get what you need but not more. There is still room for improvement, especially in the selection of bread/rolls. The restaurant (Baumhaus) is quite good, Balkan cuisine and pizzas. Another restaurant on the site has unfortunately been closed for years.Automatisk oversatt.
- Waltraud H.August 2016Positive tingPeace, LocationNegative tingCleanliness and condition of the sanitary facilities !!!!!!!!Catastrophic condition and cleanliness of the sanitary facilities !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!This year was our sixth time at this campsite, the last time was in 2007, when we had nothing to complain about. Disappointed and frustrated about this year's stay is the right expression. You would think that the staff at reception would at least understand or speak some German, as there were enough... German guests present, but unfortunately that was a mistake. Mold is spreading in the joints of the tiles and grooves in the shower wall. The shelves for the toiletries are extremely disgusting and broken. Furthermore, the shower doors were without a locking mechanism, so anyone can watch while washing, as the doors keep opening on their own (there are only holes where they used to be). In addition, the water flows very briefly (max. 5 seconds) when the button is pressed. By pressing the button continuously, you only have 1 hand free for washing. If the location wasn't a dream, we wouldn't consider this campsite again. Unfortunately nothing is being renovated, I assume that the owner has changed.Automatisk oversatt.
- Harald S.May 2016Positive tingThe location and very quiet in the low season...Negative tingVery run-down, the restaurant is an imposition.....The sanitary facilities are too old, worse than under communism.Hotel operator should not get a campsite!!!We have been regular guests here for around 25 years and in the high season we paid €32 - €35 for two people with a tent, but the beautiful campsite is falling into disrepair. The old restaurant, just below the store, has been a ruin for many years, but has a fantastic panorama. The staff are very helpful,... but if no one maintains and repairs the sanitary facilities, even the staff can't improve anything. Why let Konobe fall into disrepair like this? Only hardened campers will remain loyal to this site.... So it's getting quieter and quieter, that's fine by me...Automatisk oversatt.
- Andreas S.May 2016Positive tingNudism for those who like itNegative tingRun downrun-down and overpricedAnyone looking for freedom around the waist will be ripped off. The place has the charm of an old communist campsite. Everything is far away and, due to the hillside location, can only be reached via many steps. For kids there are only a few shadeless and completely outdated playground equipment. The last investments were probably made here 15 years ago. Pitches are unkempt and those who find a flat one can count themselves lucky.Automatisk oversatt.
