- Michaela J.September 2023Positive tingCleanliness, friendly and very helpful staff, great clean & large beach within walking distance, great well-kept complex with beautiful plants, small supermarket etc. We made great excursions in the surrounding area (scooter or car an advantage) and we like it when the places are not so huge.Negative tingFor longer stays, the town of Sant Pere wouldn't offer us much, especially as it's a bit outdated, but that has nothing directly to do with the campsite & it's just our personal preference to see a lot on site. If you spend most of your time on the beach or in the resort anyway, it's great.Great place to feel goodWe felt very comfortable & had a great vacation. Next time we would stay longer and also try out the restaurant. Unfortunately we didn't have time this time, but the food always looked very tasty. By the way - a little tip: there is a great supermarket in the village (Bonpreu) - very modern and clean... with a large & reasonably priced fish counter. And nearby (10 minutes by bike) is the Mas Guso wine shop. Here you can taste & buy wine, have lunch & dinner and buy many typical souvenirs (e.g. aioli) at a reasonable price!Automatisk oversatt.
- Ursula W.August 2023Positive tingNot too big, enough sanitary facilities that are super clean, walking distance to the beach, entertainment, sports field, table tennis, small grocery store, nice staff, good restaurant.Negative tingWe have been to this place 5 or 6 times, and have also been to the restaurant 2-3 times each time during our stay. We think that the quality has deteriorated. The path to the beach and the paths across the beach were full of dog poo last time. It was so bad that it was the only reason we considered coming back.Great campsiteA really great, relaxed place almost directly by the sea. I can recommend the campsite itself without reservation.Automatisk oversatt.
- Harald F.September 2022Positive tingVery friendly, very quiet place, great beach. Good and beautiful sanitary facilities. Very clean.Negative tingRestaurant still has room for improvement, but is quite O.K. Most pitches without water/waste water..We spent a week at this beautifully situated campsite. Friendly welcome. Good sanitary facilities.
Shady and very quiet despite being completely full. We had a pitch with a water/waste water connection.
We will definitely come back to this site.Automatisk oversatt. - Ursula W.August 2022Positive tingSpacious pitches, fairly quiet, close to the sea, very clean, small entertainment program, small supermarket, sports field... It doesn't get any better than this!Negative tingI can't think of anything at the campsite. Only the restaurant has unfortunately lost quality. We've been there 5 times and have eaten in the restaurant every time. So we clearly noticed the difference.A place to relaxAbsolutely recommendable! We would love to come back. The musical evenings are especially fun!Automatisk oversatt.
- Detlef M.June 2022Positive tings. CommentNegative tingnoneSuper nice campsiteWe have been spending our vacations at Camping Las Palmeras on the Costa Brava for more than 20 years. The site is small, quiet, safe, informal and very well maintained. The restaurant on the site is highly recommended. The sanitary facilities are super clean. The staff (reception, restaurant, cleaning staff, gardeners, etc.) are very friendly and helpful.Automatisk oversatt.
- Meike D.May 2022Positive tingIf you are looking for a nice, clean family campsite, this is the place for you.Negative tingThere is no such thing asPerfect family vacationThe perfect family vacation for us.
The site is clean, safe and above all very family-friendly.
All the staff are super friendly and helpful. Whether at reception or the cleaning staff. Everyone is really very welcoming.
The sanitary facilities are always clean and in great condition.
You always get... help at reception (they can also speak German, which was really great for me)
No matter what your request is, you will always be helped.
The pool area is also super clean. There are 2 large pools (one is heated) and a children's pool. There is even a lifeguard on site. For us with a small child, this was a safety feature.
The bar by the pool is also highly recommended. The food is good and the price is perfectly acceptable. Whether it's a snack at lunchtime while swimming or a proper meal in the evening. Everyone is very friendly and goes out of their way.
The beach is within walking distance, even with a one-year-old. The beach is clean and there is also a lifeguard on site. The beach is a nature reserve and really beautiful.
The playground on the site is also beautiful and is always kept in good condition. Our son has a lot of fun here in the different areas.
When he is older, he will certainly also take part in the children's entertainment.
Las Palmeras has been our vacation destination for years (with and without children). We just love it here and feel at home.Automatisk oversatt. - Margarete A.May 2022Positive tingVery friendly staff! Quiet, clean, well-kept place and large plots! Great attention is paid to the environment!Negative tingI can't think of any.Relax, have contact (with locals), look forward to the next x at homeI've been here every year since 1993. At first it was a very good stop-off point for traveling around Spain. From 2002 onwards, I always spent my entire vacation here. Since I retired, I've been coming here twice a year. There is a pensioner discount!
The site is very well maintained, especially the... sanitary facilities. There is always someone cleaning. That's especially important during corona times. Sometimes I come here on my own and am asked by the staff if someone can help me put up the awning.
There are 3 swimming pools, one of which is heated.
A lot of attention is also paid to the environment here: Waste separation, photovoltaics, water conservation (particularly important in Spain).
For a campsite, the restaurant deserves a special mention! In addition to the normal menu, there is a menu with snacks and the menu of the day on a blackboard (often dishes from other regions, e.g. from Pallas, where you don't necessarily go as a normal Spanish vacationer). The food is made with love and is very good (gourmet). There is always a special menu on Thursdays (alternating between meat and fish dishes). It really is always something special. In a restaurant you would have to pay double the price.
There are also water gymnastics, Pilates, Spanish lessons and music once a week, even in the low season. There are activities for children during the vacations.Automatisk oversatt. - Michael L.May 2022Positive tingQuiet location, close to the sea, clean sanitary blocks, large pitches, restaurant, swimming poolNegative tingnoneour 8th camping vacation at Las PalmerasThis is the 8th time we have stayed at the beautiful Las Palmeras campsite. The site is very well maintained
with lots of greenery and very close to the sea. Cleanliness is very important. The sanitary blocks are cleaned several times a day. There is a small restaurant with good regional and international... dishes. There is a small supermarket for your daily needs.
There is also a swimming pool with 2 pools.
Very worth mentioning is the friendly and helpful staff !!!
We will definitely be back. E + M from KrefeldAutomatisk oversatt. - Elsa Z.September 2021Positive tingLarge pitches and extremely clean sanitary facilities. Great camping restaurant.Negative tingSomewhat narrow approach through the village.Very well-kept campsite in quiet surroundingsWe were here in the low season at the beginning of October. Very well-kept campsite in quiet surroundings. The sanitary facilities were cleaned several times a day. Small camping store available, sea within walking distance. Bicycle rental. Extremely service-oriented and friendly team.
Last but not least:... a campsite restaurant that offers regional and seasonal dishes at moderate prices in very good quality - an exception among campsite restaurants. Friendly and competent service here too.
Thanks to the team for a great stay.Automatisk oversatt. - Michael G.July 2019Positive tingBeautifully laid out site and very clean..... Great beach close to the campsite...Negative tingHad nothing to complain about.....Short and sweet...Great placeWe were here as a stopover after Salou. Very friendly welcome, great campsite and very clean sanitary facilities. Good restaurant and nice pools. Plus a fantastic beach close to the campsite. I can only recommend it.Automatisk oversatt.
- Tobias L.October 2018Positive tingSuper clean and well maintained. Very quiet. Great staff.Negative tingThe sea is loud at night ;-))))Top in the off-seasonWe were here for 10 days in the low season. Occupancy rate of the pitch 10-20%. Very quiet. Very clean and well-kept. Nice staff. Good restaurant and well-stocked small supermarket. Beach approx. 200 m away and nothing going on. Great for dogs. Water still warm enough for swimming. Beautiful little towns and fantastic bays within a few km. Cycling tours and great MTB trails possible in the surrounding area. Top tip for the off-season.Automatisk oversatt.
- Harald G.October 2018Positive tingWC and showers TOP, large pitches, quiet location. Very friendly staff.Negative tingPartly narrow approach, through town. Paths could be paved.Beautiful campsiteQuiet location between apple farms and fields, close to the sea. Partly narrow access to the campsite, very friendly staff, German is spoken, 90% of the pitches are nice and large. Toilets and showers very clean and TOP. Small store, restaurant with bar and pool, nice place.Automatisk oversatt.
- Robert H.July 2018Positive tingVery clean, well-kept, more of a park than a campsite, very friendly welcome, not a mega campsite, but rather manageable.Negative tingNoise at night, especially from other campsites, bars and discos in the area.Very nice, but LOUD at nightWe "fled" again after about a week because the noise at night is not everyone's cup of tea... There are certainly people who don't care after a few beers in the evening, but it's definitely not our cup of tea! There are people who don't mind booming bass until three in the morning, but we and our children... do. Sometimes (depending on the day of the week) a good night's sleep is out of the question! But one thing at a time: We were "repeat offenders" there and were really looking forward to our vacation. And for good reason: beautifully maintained, more like a park than a campsite, Mediterranean-style sanitary facilities, always clean, very friendly staff, reception: helpful and everything you could wish for! :-) The evening entertainment that is now "usual" on campsites: "only" twice a week, until midnight. I think that's a pest, because it's really not necessary to fill the entire campsite with sound right up to the furthest corner (!) for around 50-100 guests in the restaurant/bar area. Why an amplification system that is sufficient for a whole square kilometer? And now we come to the worst thing about the (almost entire) Costa Brava: in recent years we have noticed a trend towards "ever louder", "no consideration for other people or (night) rest periods", "noise pollution around the clock". On many nights, restful sleep is out of the question. The children wake up howling because it's so loud even in the caravan at night that the walls don't shake but vibrate, and at least the bass from the music system penetrates into the caravan... And this is how it happens: even if there is "only" entertainment on this beautiful campsite twice a week until midnight (which is why the campsite is considered "quiet"), there are enough sources of noise all around this campsite that can be "enjoyed" every day, even all at the same time at weekends: a) A diesel generator that produces the electricity for a surfer bar in the neighborhood. Can be heard almost all night. Perhaps also for irrigation pumps, in any case not soundproofed. b) The music from this surfer bar (and it's very "special"...) c) Open-air discos in Sant Pere Pesqador (probably on the outskirts of town recently, but therefore particularly easy to hear right up to the beach...) d) Beach bar e) Neighboring campsites Big, fat bass loudspeakers whose sound pressure can be heard for miles are particularly fashionable. As a result, you can sometimes listen to 5 sources of noise at the same time every night. Karaoke, theme shows, disco music, heavy metal, take your pick... [And that's the general problem on almost the entire Costa Brava! Nobody sticks to the rules anymore. A good night's sleep: what is that? People are noisy as hell... Showing consideration for others? What's the point? The main thing is to put a few euros in your pocket...] Despite having reserved a pitch for three weeks, we left after about a week. The (really friendly) receptionist said that it was only the low season. There's a lot more music in the high season... On the way back, we then headed for a simple but beautifully situated, quiet campsite in Alsace (Camping Les Castores, Burnhaupt-le-Haut/Guewenheim. Roughly: Near Mulhouse), which I will rate separately...Automatisk oversatt.
- Kim S.June 2017Positive tingClean, cozy, friendly right size camping groundSmall, cozy, very clean and very friendly Camping groundReally great and right size camping ground with a very nice and supportive staff. The camping ground is always clean and tidy. Same with the sanataries..always clean. We camp like other +50 year guests in June and Sept and with our dog. The campsite is right size for us...we dont like mega camping grounds...so for us Las Palmeras is perfect....and we travel from Denmark...just to go back to the Las Palmeras.Automatisk oversatt.
- Susanne T.June 2017Positive tingLocation, pool, beach, restaurant, tranquillityTop campsite-nothing to complain aboutWe have just returned from Spain. We only wanted to stay for a few days, but ended up spending our entire remaining vacation - 11 days - here. Pitches are very large. The paths are short. The sanitary facilities are really nice and clean around the clock. The staff are always friendly and helpful. If... you need a doctor, he comes straight away. But that may also have been due to the low season. Everyone speaks German or at least English and tries to fulfill all wishes. The site is not too big and not too small. Walking distance to the village about 2 km. This prompted us to rent a car for a few days. It went very smoothly and was quite cheap. The pool is great, as is the restaurant. We ate there a few times and were very satisfied. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful vacation.Automatisk oversatt.Besvart fra Camping las Palmeras - Costa Brava July 1, 2017Dear Türk family,

- Holger H.August 2016Positive tingCleanliness, friendliness, pitchesNegative tingNoise and partying by children and teenagers in high seasonFantastic place . but not at all timesWe stayed at this campsite for the 2nd time in August. The place is really great and very well maintained, the sanitary facilities are constantly cleaned, the gardens are fantastic, the restaurant is delicious and the store also has everything you need for daily life. The staff are very helpful and friendly.... In 2014 we were only there at the end of the summer vacation with our 2 children. The Dutch vacations were already over and it was very pleasant and not so crowded on the site. That's why we booked again this year and were a bit disappointed. There were 98% Dutch people there, whose children all came together from 9pm and made such a noise with their bikes, scooters, hoverboards etc. and partied loudly in the back area near the table tennis tables until midnight. We were always glad when security came at midnight and kept things quiet. Sleep was out of the question before then. We have 2 children of 7 and 10 ourselves and are therefore used to a lot, but this noise was really bad. We were not used to this situation from 2014. It would be very desirable if the security would ensure peace and quiet from 11pm at the latest. If we go there again, then not during the Dutch vacations. Otherwise the campsite is highly recommended.Automatisk oversatt.
- axel b.September 2015Positive tingSanitary building, great pitches, super beachNegative tingactually none (except that the WLAN is a bit expensive for today :-(Great vacationWe were there in September 2015 - just under 3 weeks. First of all, huge praise to the ladies from the cleaning service. Top maintained sanitary building. A very nice place that is well maintained and run by good staff. Restaurant also good.Automatisk oversatt.
- Sandra G.August 2015Positive ting+great pool +super sanitary facilities +beautiful beachNegative ting-in summer party zone from 7.00-0.30amQuiet yes, but not during the Dutch summer vacationsWe returned from Sant Pere Pescador last week. The campsite is very well maintained, the sanitary facilities are really top, they are cleaned all day. We booked the campsite because the website advertises it as being quiet, but we can't confirm this. The campsite is firmly in Dutch hands in the summer,... it is very restless and there is crowning and shouting all day long. In the pool it is bearable from 10.00-10.30am, after that you have to be careful that the children don't jump on your head. I don't really know why there is a wellness pool with water jets, as it is also a party zone. All in all, we found the place really nice, but there must also be limits for Dutch guests, not everyone goes on vacation to party, but to relax.Automatisk oversatt.
- S H.May 2015Positive tingWell-kept and quiet placeNegative tingI found WLAN relatively expensiveGreen oasisThe campsite has a well-kept lawn, which is unusual in these parts. The site is meticulously maintained and cleaned, including the sanitary facilities. I liked the fact that waste is disposed of inside the campsite using an electric van, no rattling. The store is very well stocked and the prices are... ok. In addition to the menu, the restaurant offers daily changing menus of good quality. The friendly service should be emphasized. A tip: At the tourist information office, approx. 1 km from the square on the bridge over the river, you can use the public WLAN free of charge.Automatisk oversatt.
