Nice simple campsite
Nice simple campsite. Not parceled out, cars and motorhomes turn around the site several times to find a pitch (you could easily walk!!).
Very basic sanitary facilities, but clean.
In the surrounding area: hiking trails suddenly closed without further notice. Absolute cheek: you have to pay 5 euros to see a waterfall.
Otherwise beautiful surroundings for hiking and cycling and other sporting activities

It was perfect for us, but you don't have to expect extras like a pool or indoor sports.
Natural, simple, casual
A simple but clean campsite with a restaurant (small but excellent menu). Perfect starting point for hiking and biking. The village of Kobarid can be reached on foot in 30 minutes and by bike in 10 minutes. There is a supermarket, several restaurants, bike rental and tourist information.
Kayaking and rafting on the Soca is fantastic, but you can also cool off carefully in the ice-cold, crystal-clear water. The current is really strong here.

Quiet, natural surroundings. Shopping facilities in neighboring Kobarit are not far away and within walking distance.
Very pleasant and friendly campsite on the Soca
We spent three days here in July 2019 as the neighboring campsites were overcrowded. Camp Lazar has a good, rustic restaurant with delicious meals. The staff were mostly young and very friendly.

Quiet campsite
Quiet location, campsite with partly shady pitches. Good / simple sanitary facilities. Depending on the pitch, the electricity box can be a long way away.

The somewhat different campsite! There are no plots or hedges separating the individual pitches. That wouldn't work on every campsite. But it does with this crowd. It mainly consists of kayakers and mountain bikers. All chilled out people! Nevertheless, the loudest thing on the campsite is the Soca,... which runs right past the campsite. There is also a suspension bridge over the Soca nearby, which leads to a waterfall in a hidden gorge. Absolutely worth seeing. Otherwise, everything is available at the campsite except for a supermarket. There is also a good restaurant, but only with limited seating inside. The sanitary facilities were all clean and relatively modern. However, the shower cubicles were only separated from each other by curtains.

Good location, beautiful site, no pitches, free choice of pitches, permanently installed wooden benches and tables on the campsite - good for campers with tents, new, very nice rustic restaurant, Soca can be reached via a small footpath in a few minutes, relaxed atmosphere, no excessive site rules, good starting point for hikes

Those looking for peace and quiet will find it and those who want cleanliness will get it. Dogs are not a nuisance. The staff are friendly. It is not a place for loud parties and should never be.

In mid-September there was not much going on, but the place is very well run, also very suitable for dogs. Sanitary in top condition and very clean - with great music! The restaurant served great pancakes! Very nice staff. Wonderful hiking opportunities all around. We'll be back if we end up in this area. Had a super nice few days. Lisa & Gisela with Stella (dog)

The campsite has a very idyllic location directly above the Soca, which can be reached on foot via a small path. There is a restaurant on site, which also offers free WiFi. You can also get bread rolls in the morning, but you have to order them the evening before. The sanitary facilities are functional... and are also cleaned regularly, but it could happen that the water was no longer quite hot if several people had already showered in front of you. One negative thing we noticed for the women was that there was no longer a separate door in front of the showers but only a shower curtain. This was only the case for the men in one of the 2 shower areas.
