Shady spot close to the city
The reception is very friendly, and there are usually shady pitches to choose from on the large site.
The proximity to the town is pleasant, a bakery can be reached via the direct path along the canal.
Unfortunately, the sanitary facilities are outdated and reach their limits when fully occupied.
Well, for 2 nights it's so-so...

Shady by the canal
Smaller site with mature trees (nice and shady in the August heat!), sanitary facilities rather small and basic (but brand new washing machine and tumble dryer). Excellent bakery within walking distance along the canal - makes for a wonderful morning dog walk and the bakery even has hooks next to the... store door (otherwise a rarity in France). Unfortunately close to a railroad line - the local passenger trains are fine, but the express trains make a noise like a jet taking off (possibly LGV alternative route?) Good starting point for sightseeing and close to the castle.

Quiet, simple and uncomplicated
Cozy
The CP is simple and uncomplicated. The sanitary facilities are really old. But everything worked. Dogs are welcome. I like simple places like this, I don't need a hustle and bustle.
