- Andreas S.July 2021Positive tingWashing machine and dryer included, like many other things.Negative tingNo music in the toiletIdeal for exploring Møns KlintWe liked the place very much. Since everything has already been said, I'll write about the surrounding area and Møns Klint. If you just want to go to the cliffs, you can go 100m to the left at the exit of the campsite, then turn right until you see a hotel/restaurant after 300m. Directly after this,... there is a parking lot for hikers on the right. From there, a path leads to the cliffs. The path leads across a pasture with cows and calves, which is not advisable if you have a dog with you.
If you want to take the quickest route to the Geo-Center, you should leave the CP to the right. After 250m you come to a small thatched hut (type: ticket office). From there, a hiking trail starts past a lake and leads to the Havrelukke parking lot. There is a signpost "Geo-Center" here. Unfortunately, there is no further signpost, as you have to turn right from this path after approx. 700m, otherwise the path leads to the coast, from where the path to the Geo-Center is very inconvenient.
The kiosk there only accepts card payments, no cash. We took the stairs at the Geo-Center, which turned out not to be a good idea. Firstly, it was very crowded and secondly, the stairs end in shallow water. Even if it was only a few centimetres of water and you could balance over stones, some people didn't dare and there was a backwater. The bank consists mainly of coarse pebbles, so sturdy shoes are advisable...as is a nose clip.
The hiking trail above the cliffs is a strenuous up and down, sometimes with steps and not suitable for bicycles or baby carriages, but absolutely worthwhile.
Because it was mentioned negatively: The country school no longer exists, there is now a hotel there and wifi is now included.Automatisk oversatt. - Dietmar S.September 2019Positive tingoriginal, quiet and loving placeNegative tingCountry school home on the squarebeautiful, original and lovingly designed campsiteThe campsite is wonderfully laid out. Terssane-shaped and spacious, almost like a golf course with various separate areas. The campsite is also characterized by the loving attention to detail. Be it the herb or flower garden for self-service or the cute little children's garden. The leisure activities... are free of charge: mini golf, tennis, table tennis, table football. I have never experienced this before. Unfortunately there is a charge for wifi. The sanitary facilities are of a good standard, adequate and clean. The location on the edge of the island of Mön gives the site exceptional tranquillity and a fantastic starry sky (Dark Sky Park). The chalk cliffs of Möns Klint are within easy walking distance. It was really beautiful there. The only drawback is that there is a country school on the site and when this is occupied by schoolchildren, the peace and quiet is sometimes over.Automatisk oversatt.
- A. B.August 2019Positive ting+ Nature, landscape + child friendliness + dark sky for stargazing + friendliness and service + outdoor pool, playground, etc.Natural and child-friendly placeWe (2 adults and two children aged 9 and 12) stayed at the campsite on our trip to Denmark this year from July 28 to August 4. We particularly liked the location in the middle of nature, not far from the chalk cliff Møns Klint. The site is spacious and not divided into traditional pitches. You are free... to choose your pitch, so you can be by the playground, the lake or close to the forest. In addition to nature and the brilliant starry sky, the site offers a lot more. Minigolf, tennis, outdoor pool, playground, table tennis, Wifi, campfire sites, informal children's program, herb garden, to name but a few. These services are included in the price and equipment such as mini-golf, tennis and table tennis rackets are available in sufficient numbers. In the on-site supermarket you can buy fresh baked goods as well as the essentials (e.g. a small selection of fresh vegetables and fruit, pasta, milk, sausage, cheese, drugstore items, etc.). The nearest supermarket is about 6 km away. The sanitary facilities are good and were always clean. We can recommend the small restaurant "Dark Sky", the pizzas were very good. The campsite is not cheap, but it has a lot to offer. We were generally impressed by the island of Møn, a highlight for us was a boat trip to the chalk cliffs with the sailing cutter from the harbor in Klintholm (registration by phone required).Automatisk oversatt.
- Frank B.August 2019Positive tingLocation in the forest and distance to Møns Klint, extensive facilities and offersNegative tingNot exactly cheapA well-kept resort in the middle of nature - that has its price, of courseThe site is located at the south-eastern tip of Denmark, 2 km from the fantastic chalk cliffs of Møns Klint. The facilities are extremely extensive, from a pool to minigolf, a small store plus restaurant, a large and beautifully landscaped herb garden where you can help yourself, a cozy kitchen with... a large dining table, a small fishing pond with a cozy jetty to informal entertainment such as evening bread baking around the campfire - everything included and made absolutely friendly. There are several areas, from "close to the playground" to "almost in the middle of the forest", the choice of pitch is free and the pitches are not divided into plots. There is also some rental accommodation and a kind of hostel with a second restaurant is being built on the other side of the road. All in all, it's very nicely done and probably has something for everyone. Ideal for visiting the chalk cliffs and relaxing for a few days - we really enjoyed it, although €50 per night for two adults in a caravan is quite a lot. However, if you consider the facilities and the location, the price is put into perspectiveAutomatisk oversatt.
- Mario H.August 2019Positive tingDark sky areaNegative tingSanitary facilities rather inadequate (number), poor price/performance ratioDecent space with a "far too expensive" ratingStayed here for 2 nights in high season 2019, unfortunately without "dark sky" as it was always cloudy. The sanitary facilities were inadequate in terms of quantity (2 showers per gender) and standard and in line with the price. Incidentally, this was a hefty €52 per night (2 adults with camper and electricity)... - far too expensive, in our opinion! The chalk cliffs, which can be hiked on a 2 km circular trail, are beautiful to look at. The GeoCenter can also be reached (approx. 7 km there and back). The day events offered on site (e.g. Guided Star Walk) are not free of charge, but should at best be regarded as "included"! We would not come again.Automatisk oversatt.
- Jörg B.October 2018Positive ting- Absolutely dark sky - Friendliness of the operators - Sanitary facilities - Facilities for cyclists - Good little restaurant on siteNegative ting- noneDark Sky Campsite ...Very nice large CP very close to the chalk cliffs. The site is divided into many sections separated by large hedges. Sufficient sanitary facilities. Always clean and heated if necessary. Pitches always somehow sloping. Be sure to take wedges with you. We actually only wanted to stay two nights, but it turned into over a week. Very varied hilly landscape. Great for cycling. Restaurant Lollesgaard on Nyord is well worth a visit.Automatisk oversatt.
- Olaf H.September 2018Very pleasant placeYou can choose your pitch, we had a very nice one on a terrace. Reception very friendly and speaks German. Sanitary facilities spacious and always clean. Nice hike to the cliffs. We felt very comfortable.Automatisk oversatt.
- Anett M.June 2018beautiful natural campsiteWe stayed at this beautiful campsite at the beginning of June 2018 in perfect weather. There was very little going on as it was not the vacation season. The operators are very friendly and speak good German. The site is spacious. There are 2 sanitary buildings on the site. We used the larger one opposite... the reception. It was very clean and well equipped. You get a chip card for showering. You then swipe it through a small device in the shower cubicle and have nice, pleasant water for about 3 - 5 minutes. Completely sufficient. Otherwise you can repeat the whole thing. The pitches are large and very nice. Everything is very clean. We also ate in the small restaurant. The pizza was very good and the price was completely ok. An absolutely recommendable place.Automatisk oversatt.
- Daniela U.May 2018Positive tingNature, relaxation, hospitality, cleanlinessNegative tingnoneMore nature and friendliness is not possible!!!In a perfect location to explore the chalk cliffs, I only wanted to stay for a few days, which turned into 2 weeks :) Management and staff extremely friendly and helpful. Very child and animal friendly place.Automatisk oversatt.
- Petra H.June 2016Positive tingPeace, chalk cliffs, landscape, herbs all over the placeNegative tingA little out of the way, but if you want peace and quiet, that doesn't bother youthe somewhat different placeWe really wanted to see the chalk cliffs on our tour of Denmark. The nearest campsite was Mons Klint. It is quietly nestled in the forest, but more in a clearing, so not dark and all that. There is a small lake in the middle of the site. The pool is next to the sanitary building. There are flower pots... with parsley, chives, sage and rosemary everywhere. There is also a small garden with berries, rhubarb, flowers etc. for self-service. Tennis, mini golf, table tennis if you feel like it, rackets are available in front of the reception. There is also a small store where you can get the essentials (bread rolls, ice cream, pasta, some vegetables). The nearest supermarket is a few kilometers away. The cliffs are about 3 km away on foot or by bike through the forest. The cliffs with stone searches are highly recommended. The whole island is WErt to be discovered. Very friendly staff!Automatisk oversatt.
- Gunnar M.May 2016Positive tingRentNegative tingClutter in the administration.Nice space and good hygienic standard.Unfortunately, our camping pass disappeared in the administration's mess. Strange that you are not registered on a pitch that has a number. How hard can it be?Automatisk oversatt.
- Ute R.August 2015Positive tingThe location and square designNegative tingNo important ones.A great two weeksWe were able to choose the pitch ourselves and stood by the lake. The pitches there are not parceled out and the caravan has to be well aligned. But there are also parceled out pitches that looked very flat. There is a DarkSky Arena. Little light and lots of stars. Great. But from here we recommend cycling... to the sanitary facilities. The number of toilets and showers in the building by the lake was a little small and there was no basic cleaning. It was ok, but nothing more. Shower cards are charged with 100 crowns. 8 crowns for 5 minutes without interruption. Typically Scandinavian: kitchen with seating. The kiosk sells some basic foodstuffs and postcards. Next door is the pizzeria with indoor and outdoor seating. And very tasty. There is a self-service herb garden. There are also lovely benches to relax on. The site is the ideal starting point for the east of Møn. Cliffs, forests, chalk cliffs, small bays in the forest and cycling on Denmark's only mountain stage. There are many stairs to the chalk cliffs, including Denmark's longest staircase. A lovely walk from the campsite through a nature reserve to the cliffs. There were never many people there. Most people go to the Geo Center by bike or car. Shopping in Stege or Klinteholm.Automatisk oversatt.

- Hermi&Jankees v.August 2014Positive ting:-)Negative ting-FineWe wanted to visit the cliffs so that's how we ended up at this campground. The campground consists of several parts, a high part where the reception, store, tennis court, playground and recreation room is. A low part, where you have to go down quite a steep hill. There is the swimming pool and a (fish... ?) pond and then there is another part on the other side of the road. For cyclists there is a kitchen on the low part with a dining area and several cooking stoves.Automatisk oversatt.
- Lenny L.July 2014Positive tingnature, tranquility, location, staff, cleanlinessNegative tingThat four beers and a coke should cost DKK 65 in their kiosk and there is no Danish menu card at their pizzeriaSuper campsiteIt's a super campsite, beautiful nature and a wonderful place where the site is located and the way you are received. They really take the time to tell you everything about the site, where the different things are, not the last time we visit themAutomatisk oversatt.
- Elke K.August 2013Positive tingClean, friendly, great locationNegative tingnoneSo lovingly and nicely run! Flowers and herbs to pick, spacious sanitary facilities. Wonderful location for walks in the cliffs and by the sea. We will be back!Automatisk oversatt.
- Andrea T.July 2013Despite the high season, there are plenty of quiet spots here. But there is also action for children. Great location to see the chalk cliffs. Small mini market with everything you need. The staff are very friendly and helpful! Long opening hours at reception. Great all round... We had a very good rest.Automatisk oversatt.

- Dirk 2.July 2011Excellent location in the middle of beautiful nature, terraced grounds, something for everyone. Friendly staff. If you want to go fossil hunting, this is the place for you, everyone will find something here. Approx. 1 km and 300 steps to the beach or 1.5 km to the Geo Center and 500 steps to the beach.... Breathtaking chalk cliffs. Playground, mini golf, football pitch, tennis, trampoline, pool, various other leisure activities. We were very satisfied.Automatisk oversatt.
