An ideal place for transit ... also for a few days
The site is in a quiet and idyllic location. A 10-minute walk along a dirt track to the pebble beach with its typical view of the cliffs. Bread roll service is available - even before 9 am ... if the lady does not oversleep :-) The site is well maintained. Sanitary facilities typically French ... WC... without glasses - but clean and OK. Sanitary building and restaurant/reception thatched. Restaurant was unfortunately closed - the end of the season is approaching. The site is dominated by mobile homes and permanent campers. However, even those passing through are given a friendly welcome.

Prepayment - no money back
As already written in the headline, the total amount is due immediately on arrival - there's no refund if you leave early. We normally turn our backs on such places, but special circumstances made us check in after all. We then left 2 days before and: see above. We were there in June - during the week... - the small store was only open at the weekend and the nearest bakery was 3km away. The sinks for washing dishes are located directly in front of a "saloon door" behind which there are several urinals. We tried to take a shower, but even after pressing several times only cold water came out, there was no regulator. We took one look at the toilets and then decided to do our business at home. The young lady at reception answered the question of whether she spoke English with yes. She then answered our questions in English in French and the catastrophic sanitary facilities were the reason for our early departure. Never again!

Paths too narrow for large trailers
Quiet place
Fairly quiet site outside the village and approx. 600 m from the pebble/stone beach. The site is fairly well maintained, but is dominated by rental accommodation. Like us, the other guests seemed to use this site mainly as a stopover. The pitches are large enough, but the paths are very narrow, at least... for larger caravans (several cars had to be moved to allow us access to the pitch). There is a very good restaurant on site but unfortunately no other shopping facilities apart from the bread shop, which closes at 9:30. The site manager is extremely friendly.
