The beach is a little far away if you just want to get into the water quickly.
Nice and quiet
We were on the other side of the road from the campsite, opposite the reception.
We had a nice big pitch in the pine forest...of course a needle or pine cone falls down from time to time ;-)
Sanitary facilities were a bit older but always clean and despite August there were no waiting times for showers....
Pizza and burgers were very tasty and can be recommended!
Bread had to be picked up in town, but it was very good.
The beach is great but a bit far away...about 800 meters. So take a bike with you, then the beautiful town of Soulac is also quickly reached.
If you don't need the hustle and bustle and disco, you're definitely in good hands here! For young people there are surf schools, a riding stables and archery in the forest.

If you are looking for peace and quiet...
Easily accessible, level site with sandy holes; quiet; 700 meters to the guarded beach; no bread service, numerous restaurants on the beach.

In the pine forest with the sound of the sea
We (2 adults & 2 children) spent a week on the campsite: a very nice and quiet location, the pitches are large and protected from storms by the forest, you can hear the sound of the sea. The sanitary facilities were always clean, cleaned very early and in between, and the pitches were also clean and... tidy. The pizza stand was good, you could also order baguettes there. About 15 minutes to the beach, unfortunately without a sidewalk on the road or in the grass on the roadside, not ideal with small children. Our only drawback was the pitch diagonally opposite the BBQ area: if the wind was unfavorable, the clouds of smoke drifted through us and since apparently many forgot their barbecue lighter, they lit it with pine cones and dry pine needles: ground fog was pre-programmed ...

Pine forest and beach
Large pitches mostly shaded in the pine forest; many permanent campers + mobile homes; new clean sanitary building; friendly reception; Wifi free around reception; baguette service and pizza etc. at reception; the wonderful kilometer-long beach can be reached on foot in 15 minutes;

Wonderful and quiet
This is the second time we've been to this beautiful site in the pine forest this summer. It's pleasantly quiet and peaceful here. The sanitary facilities are cleaned several times a day and are very clean. The pitches are big enough for caravans and tents. We had our two dogs with us and were warmly welcomed everywhere
