"Quite decent, but expensive. - We stood for 4 nights with a caravan on the the tent field, more or less alone. So we had plenty of space. The place itself is not so nice, almost all mobile homes. Staff very nice and helpful. There is a restaurant which is good. Bread rolls are available to order from the local bakery. Great for walks and bike rides. Showers a bit small and have to be paid extra. For hot water when washing up you also have to use the shower card and pay extra. Sanitary facilities are otherwise fine and clean. However, there is no proper ventilation, so you feel like you are in a sauna. There is also a small swimming pool and a petting zoo.

"Very beautiful surroundings - The campsite is located in the beautiful surroundings of the West Eifel 😍 Ideal for hiking, mountain biking and of course for motorcycle tours. The condition of the campsite is more in the lower segment (2016). The sanitary facilities are not very convincing, but are clean so far. I think €1 to quickly wash off the soap under a modest steam jet is very daring. All pitches are large enough and there is a meadow for tents which is unfortunately very sloping. I also paid €14.50 for a night in a small tunnel tent (plus showers), the highest price I've ever paid north of the Alps. No value for money. For over 8 euros I got a pizza out of the chest, which wasn't even hot. In the morning there were no bread rolls and only a baked baguette with an overpriced large jar of jam. No butter. I quickly packed my things. One night was enough as a motorcyclist.

Between Malmedy and Saint Vith, in the Belgian Ardennes, lies the Oos Heem campsite. This small family campsite lives up to its name: it is homely and sociable. There is even a communal living room. Oos Heem is located in …the middle of nature: You can walk and cycle endlessly in the area surrounding the campsite. For both children and adults, there is an extensive animation programme during the high season. Welcome to Oos Heem campsite! At Camping Oos Heem you camp on marked-out pitches on the lawn. The terraced campsite is situated on a hilly site and is beautifully landscaped: There are flowers everywhere. There are many permanent annual pitches, but also plenty of touring pitches. The campsite also rents out mobile homes, furnished (safari) tents and even great circus wagons. There is a tent meadow by the swimming pool where groups sometimes set up their bivouacs. Animal meadow There is plenty to do for the whole family at the campsite. There is an animal meadow where children can feed the chickens, pet the goats or ride the pony. They also get to help take care of the animals. Fun for ten There is a heated indoor swimming pool on the edge of the campsite. But you can also experience a lot on dry land. In high season there is an extensive entertainment programme for young and old (from children and teenagers to adults). During the day, for example, there is a handicraft club, a make-up workshop or children's theatre. You can also take part in mountain bike tours or a dance festival. In the evening, there is bingo or a disco, for example. Are you looking for a little more excitement? Every week there is an exciting game where you have to find your way and a Restaurant Holiday is relaxing. Have a drink on our terrace, have a snack in our cafeteria or order a full menu.
