- Günter K.August 2024Positive tingnothingNegative tingunfriendly permanent campers, bad access, the thing with the deposit for the barrier card Hannover Langenhagen approach routeonce and never againEven the approach is a disaster, a terribly bad road, to welcome.... First you have to pay, then another €20 for the card (without a receipt, of course) for the barrier (they didn't know about it when you left).
The permanent pitches are sometimes more jungle than campsite. If you have to stand on tourist pitch 1, you should bring 30 tons of gravel and a bulldozer.Automatisk oversatt. - Jürgen B.May 2024Positive tingBeautifully situated, if it weren't for the airplanes.Negative tingThe sanitary facilities are not okay, should be renovated. Best to make new.Sanitary facilities should be renovated or newThe sanitary facilities are in need of renovation. Otherwise we tried to keep them clean.Automatisk oversatt.
- Martina S.September 2022Positive tingunfortunately I can't mention anything hereNegative tingIt's as loud as on the hard shoulder of the highway. The sanitary facilities are dirty. Would have liked to have written "recommended for" in the review. As there must be at least 1 rating. so cross-country skiing = running awayNOT recommendedNOT a recommendation of the Parksee Lohne campsite.
It is advertised here with relaxation. Peace and quiet.
Arriving from BW, it all sounded good.
After 5 minutes at this campsite we realized that we did NOT want to stay there. Deafening highway noise and no cell phone network.
We contacted the operator... and told them that we could not stay at this site as my husband needed both cell service and internet access for his job. We therefore did NOT want to keep this reservation. Unfortunately, the operator has still not been able to persuade us to pay back at least 50% of the reservation fee of 420 euros for 5 minutes on the pitch
So the money is gone.
So take note and don't bookAutomatisk oversatt. - Nicola F.August 2022Positive tingThe lakeNegative tingCompletely overpriced, no ability to criticize the operators, standard undergroundBeautiful location on the lake, but nothing moreThe place is located on a beautiful lake with a small restaurant with good home cooking. The restaurant manager was great! Always cooked delicious food. Unfortunately she is no longer there. As we live nearby, we often went there. But that was about it. As a
campers are parked in a large meadow far away... from the action. A 25 m power cable can be a bit tight. The sanitary container is not good at all. Dirty and disgusting. Just like the chemical toilet disposal.
Stinks and is simply disgusting. Since this year, you pay €44.50 for an overnight stay with 2 people and dog, caravan and electricity including use of the air conditioning system (€8) - an absolute no-go for us.
Compared to CP Südheide, for example - top sanitary facilities, parceled comfort pitches for € 35 plus dog. If you mention this criticism on the Facebook page, you are immediately deleted and blocked. Yet another reason not to go there.Automatisk oversatt. - Lutz S.May 2022Positive tingLake Hiking opportunities Nice staff at the receptionNegative tingFreeway A7 Approach lane to Langenhagen Housed on a meadowRoom for improvement!...We were there for a weekend. The lake is beautiful and the staff are really nice. Unfortunately, we were parked on a meadow with very tall grass, far from the lake. The sanitary facilities were containers that were so close to the edge! The A7 highway is not far away and the final approach to 27 R and L Langenhagen is almost above the site. This is the place where the landing gear is extended!Automatisk oversatt.
- Michelle G.September 2021Positive tingLots of space, bathing lake, gastronomyNegative tingMold in the washhouse. Dirtyactually a beautiful placeThe journey to the campsite is quite bumpy. It's an old road. You have to wait a little longer at reception, as this is also where the catering services are provided. The site itself is very spacious and you have plenty of room to set up your mobile home. We were there 2 years ago, but a lot of the pitches... are now rented out. Lots of permanent pitches.
Dogs are allowed on the site. Even by the water. The prohibition signs are not observed. There was a blue-green algae alarm at the weekend, so dogs should not be allowed in the water. In general, on a tour of the campsite you saw lots of dogs on the pitches. Sometimes even 3 or more on one pitch. You are always greeted with joyful barking. Our dog, well-behaved, remained quiet. In return, he got a huge treat. Good Tom. :-)
The large wash house. A bit older, but well equipped. In contrast to the last visit, there is now toilet paper on large rolls. That's nice.
But: Of course, it can't always be spotlessly clean on a busy pitch in summer. But joints that are black from mold, tiles and walls that already have a coating on them - that's not acceptable. I'm still disgusted now. We showered in the mobile. Unfortunately you can't upload photos here. It was truly disgusting.Automatisk oversatt. - Anja K.June 2021Positive tingNear A 7Negative tingAccess via pavement an imposition for the car and the caravan, unkempt tourist area (area A)Overnight stay on transitUnfortunately, the lockdown was not used for lawn mowing or other maintenance work until the opening, deep ruts in the dried mud and high grass made area A neither reasonably passable nor comfortable - overall the whole place seems neglected and this would have endless potential so directly at the lake - friendly staff at the restaurant - since we were only one night, leisure activities can not be judgedAutomatisk oversatt.
- Fred H.September 2017Positive tingFriendlyNegative tingAccess; no toilet paperJust passing throughWe were just passing through. The reception was friendly but the access road was an imposition with this pavement, no toilet paper for the tourist places at the toilets which is an absolute no go.Automatisk oversatt.

- Bernhard H.August 2016Positive tingQuite good location on the A2, A7 and A35 as well as to HanoverNegative tingThe possible alternatives to this place are unfortunately very limited... :( Cleanliness is obviously a luxury here...It could be such a beautiful place...... if there weren't a few things... But more on that later. First of all, the positives: the welcome is friendly, the location directly on the lake surrounded by tall trees is quite charming, the driveway - let's say - "romantic", but people with disc problems or loose dental fillings should be prepared... for some "bumping". The children's playground is quite extensive, the kids can jump and run around, and if the temperatures are right, you can even take a dip in the lake. There are plenty of showers, which cost nothing extra, and there are also plenty of toilets. There is a small restaurant on site, but we didn't try it out. So much for the good aspects of the campsite. Now come the reasons that disqualify the site for our family until the next millennium: Cleanliness is an absolute foreign word on this pitch! The sanitary block at the transit site is full of dirt and not just during the main rush in the morning or evening, but all the time! In the shower rooms, showering without slippers is simply unthinkable. Even the free showers don't help me if I feel dirtier afterwards than before I showered. The washbasins in the shower room and the wash cubicles are in a similarly desolate state of hygiene. The toilets are no different. They are probably only cleaned at Christmas and Easter, because I can't explain it any other way. That's probably why you have to bring your own toilet paper, because the cleaning staff no longer dare to enter these rooms themselves. In my opinion, this is also an absolute no-go because the site is obviously mainly used by permanent campers who are "allowed" to use these sanitary facilities every day. The latter, by the way, make no secret of the fact that the tourist campers who come to the site for an overnight stopover due to its excellent location on the A2, A7 and A37 are not really welcome. Nasty looks, slamming doors in their faces and loud music until two in the morning included. However, a lady of an older age in a dark gray compact car took the cake when she drove so close to our youngest son on the main access road to the western permanent campers' pitches at a good 30 km/h that he had to jump to the side, otherwise he would probably have been hit. Braking or consideration? Not a chance! Quite the opposite: accelerate and race on... The disposal room for the chemical toilet is probably cleaned just as often as the rest of the sanitary facilities. Before you can clean your dishes in the washing-up area, you have to clean the basin thoroughly yourself - otherwise even the most effective washing-up liquid won't work. Soap is not available at the washbasins for money and good words, you have to bring it yourself - just like the toilet paper mentioned above. Admittedly, many of these points can also be attributed to simply sloppy campers or, in other words, "pigs on two legs". But the fact that the dirt from the previous day is still in place at the same time the next day is such an impertinence towards the (mind you) paying guests that words fail you. I personally find the pricing very "sporty", to put it mildly. There are far better places at cheaper and therefore fairer rates. But I don't know what it's like in the region around Hanover. From time to time you might be annoyed by the planes landing over the campers' heads, but that's not the campsite's fault. Once and never again, we'd rather spend the night at a rest area with a service area on the highway in future!!! We cannot recommend this campsite with a clear conscience.Automatisk oversatt.
- Susanna W.July 2016Positive tingFor us as short vacationers, relaxation would be possible nearby. The bathing lake is beautiful.Negative tingThe poorly maintained playground.Short vacationWe spent a second short vacation here for 3 days. The condition of the site is poorly maintained. The children's playground in particular was already quite neglected last year. What annoyed me the most was that there was no more toilet paper in the toilets in the wash house because of theft. My suggestion: welcome your camping guests to each unit with a roll of toilet paper as a gift. It seems that no value is placed on vacationers.Automatisk oversatt.
- Anita C.May 2016Positive tingNear highwayNegative tingAccess road, restaurant and kiosk from the bathing lake. Lots of people when the weather is nice.Access very bad, no charm, although on the lakeThe access road is really bad. Natural road in very poor condition and this for a very long time. Driveway a bit narrow. Lots of permanent campers. Price rather high. You can order bread rolls, but you can only pick them up from 9am, as there is only someone at reception from 9am.Automatisk oversatt.
- Matthias K.April 2015Positive tingThis place does not have a single advantage.Negative tingHorrendous road condition over several kilometers of the access road. Unkempt. Poor sanitary condition. Highway noise still audible in Aprilunkempt allotment garden association with overnight accommodationCharacterized by permanent campers with the possibility to stay overnight. Overall very unkempt, without charm. Just OK for one night. Nothing more. Please bring your own toilet paper to the dirty toilets and then 22€ for an overnight stay. Road from the highway to the site very very bad with huge potholes.Automatisk oversatt.
- Peter S.September 2014Negative tingsee above in the reportBeautifully situated camping site in poor conditionUnfortunately we stayed at this campsite for a whole week, the beach facilities by the lake are completely littered with animal droppings. The children's playground is totally overgrown and there is not really much sand. The tractor sandpit is completely overgrown with weeds. The children's play equipment... is damaged and sharp-edged. We only stayed there to sleep after seeing the condition. Had a quick breakfast in the morning and then left straight away. You had to bring your own toilet paper to go to the toilet. On departure we wanted to return our magnetic card 13 Euro deposit, but unfortunately the reception was again not occupied. We tried the deposited phone number 4 times but unfortunately it was not answered let alone called back. Our friends had to pay an entrance fee of 1.50 euros per person because they were on the site for longer than 10 minutes. Once and never again, it's a real shame about the campsite, as the location in the forest area with this beautiful large lake would be ideal.Automatisk oversatt.
- Björn W.September 2013Nice little campsite, ideal for bicycle tourists. The lake and facilities are clean. Only the highway is unfortunately within earshot, but not disturbing. I can recommend the site, we felt at home there and would be happy to come again.Automatisk oversatt.
