- Arta Georg D.March 2019Positive tingWell-suited campsite for beach vacations.Negative tingDrinking water supply is sparseCampsite near the beach with pitches and tall eucalyptus treesWe only had a short stay at the campsite one weekend. The site was therefore well frequented by weekend guests and the many permanent campers. The area reserved for holidaymakers has tall trees and is therefore well shaded. The pitches are parceled out and sufficiently large. Electricity connections... are close to the pitches and are good at 10 amps. The water supply is inadequate because the taps are few and far between. The sanitary facilities are located in a nice building, but are not necessarily practical. Hot water was available after some waiting time. However, not at every hand wash basin or sink. You have to choose the taps marked with a red dot if you want hot water. This was not particularly useful, especially when washing up. Toilet paper and soap dispensers are available. The staff made an effort to keep the sanitary facilities and the campsite clean. However, the camping guests should also do their bit....! The campsite is not far from the extensive dunes and sandy beaches of Isla Cristina on the Atlantic. A good location for water sports enthusiasts and swimming fans. The salt pans in the area, which are under nature protection, offer a rich fauna (but are unfortunately very difficult to access). There is a simple restaurant on site, but we didn't try it. There are plenty of shopping opportunities, especially in Isla Cristina (approx. 6 km away). Wifi is available on the campsite, but not good.Automatisk oversatt.
