Some of the reception staff were not very friendly either. You felt very well looked after at the campsite and the site was guarded 24 hours a day and unauthorized persons were immediately turned away.
The security... staff were also available to help with problems or emergencies at night.
However, the infrastructure of the campsite is the highlight of the site, it couldn't be better. Simply top.

Huge campsite with mobile home resort, still full to the brim even in mid-September. Caravans next to caravans, no free space. Totally weird pitch, next door to Franzósen with a small permanent barking dog, after 2 days I would have liked to kill the dog. Lots of dogs on the pitch, poop everywhere,... difficult to address because of the many nations. Mainly Dutch people here. Bad sanitary building, no toilet paper in the toilet, just a big roll in the corridor which is almost always empty. Partly very unclean. Some pitches without SAT reception. Supermarket on site quite expensive, but 2 large supermarkets outside can be reached in 5 minutes. Beach a few hundred meters away. With the prices already an imposition, we will not come back. The campsite has everything you could wish for, lots of pools spread around the site, playgrounds, 3 supermarkets and bakeries, launderette, doctor and lots of restaurants and snack bars. The highlight is the evening show with mini disco.... The site is not directly by the sea, but you can walk the approx. 200 meters without any problems, but you should be careful which pitch you book, as it can be a kilometer depending on the location. However, a small train for transportation is offered at the campsite. The proximity to Tarragona and Barcelona also made it possible for us to go on one or two excursions when the kids had had enough of the sea and the pool. The site is very clean, with many sanitary buildings that are cleaned every hour. The vegetation is well-kept and there are no mosquitoes and hardly any other insects. It has three swimming pool areas, all of which have children's pools. The occupancy for children is good (it was important on the rainy days we had). It was difficult to level the motorhome (on the master plot) and the tree branches didn't allow us to choose the best... orientation. The baby shower is very good but very cold on less hot days. Amphitheater with shows every night. The outside food was very poor (little variety and expensive). Marcus H.August 2010I have visited the campsite several times a year for 7 years and I think it is one of the best places I have ever seen! The sanitary facilities (with cleaning ladies employed all day) are hard to beat, but unfortunately this sometimes causes fellow campers to leave the toilets in an inhumane state. But... the next one is spotlessly clean again (thanks to the cleaning lady). The pitches are all well sized and beautifully laid out, even for larger camper vans. There are 3 very nice pools, sports and tennis courts, mini golf, trampoline ... actually everything that young and old need for an unforgettable vacation. Only in the high season (mainly August) does it get very crowded and sometimes loud and hectic. Reservations are highly recommended during this time. The campsite also offers the option of parking your camper van for a year for around 250 euros. Interesting for people who come several times a year and don't always want to move.
