- Werner Z.June 2023Positive tingLarge site with old trees close to the border river Spain/Portugal. Very quiet location.Negative tingNot for usGreat campsiteLarge campsite. Reception speaks good English. no German, very friendly and helpful. Sanitary area large and very clean. Mini market well stocked. Campsite restaurant recommended. Cooked paella especially for us, was excellent. We managed to order via cell phone translator. Info for accompanying dogs: Separate area on the pitch marked off as a dog toilet.Automatisk oversatt.
- Bele H.July 2018Positive tingWide space, beautiful view, very nice people, new sanitary facilities, nice bar, good food, everything!!!Negative tingThere is none - except 2,300 km distance to Frankfurt! Our second home - an ingenious place with excellent facilities and superWe have been staying at this campsite for 18 years now - it's like coming home! The spaciousness of the site, the well-kept large pool, the brand new sanitary facilities and the excellent food in the restaurant, where you can enjoy the view over the Minho delta and the naturally protected shore area... to the opposite Porugal in the semi-shade - this is pure relaxation. The location is ingenious with an incredible number of excursion options in two cultural areas, walking distance to the ferry landing stage to Caminha, a well-stocked Eroski supermarket nearby, well-chilled Albarinos in the bar - what more could you want! And: hardly any of the "usual" tourists - only individualists still travel here, everything has been modernized under new management for three years and meets the highest standards, many French "bum places" can take a leaf out of their book! The climate is fantastic, averaging 24° in midsummer with a gentle breeze from the Atlantic. And the nature: we even saw hoopoes nearby! Paradise has a name: Camping Santa Tekla!!!Automatisk oversatt.
