Positive ting
Spacious and quiet campsite on the outskirts of Vrchlabí with all the necessary facilities inside the hotel complex. Perfect attitude of the owner and staff. Restaurant, sauna, new beer spa, massages, just the perfect place for caravans, camping, but also hotel guests. The change of ownership of the property is to the benefit of the cause. I love coming back here. Close to the ski area for both downhill and cross-country skiing, an ideal quiet place to visit the Giant Mountains.

I definitely recommend it, the resort is back in operation after a change of ownership and you can see the effort of all the staff to provide the best possible service on site.

Beautiful, but in need of renovation
We were there in mid-September and it was already very quiet. The place itself is very nice. However, the buildings are in urgent need of a general overhaul. The staff at reception are very helpful.

Holidays with family. Friendly and clean environment. A large campsite where everyone can find their own privacy. We appreciated the pool, kept the water clean.

Unfortunately we couldn't try the restaurant, it was closed for some orthodox holiday. The place is clean, the staff very helpful and friendly. The place is recommended for those passing through or as a base for excursions in the area. Shopping facilities in the village are also within walking distance... (15 min). The showers only work with 20 crown coins, which is okay in itself, but after 20 liters of hot water you would have to change the shower cubicle (see photo), so hurry. The sanitary facilities are old but clean. There is toilet paper in front of the toilets, which means there is a bit lying around on the ground, so it's better to take your own.

Large, nice campsite on the edge of the Giant Mountains with friendly and helpful staff. There are plenty of sports activities for children and adults, including a swimming pool. The campsite offers a choice of pitches for tents and caravans with or without trees. The disappointment for us was the sanitary... facilities. The men's urinals with automatic flush which unfortunately did not flush, the ladies were poorly cleaned. Lights in the showers with very short intervals.

We were here in March. The entire CP empty except for us. Restaurant not open, dishwashing area not open either. Hotel not worth 2 stars (had company with us): no chairs, no table. Place very soggy after defrosting. Staff friendly. Better to go to Spindlers Mühl or Harrachov

payment system for the baths is not very good, if you can't pay for 1 coin you have to enter a new cabin, otherwise nice conditions. super good service in the information.
