- Daniel C.May 2019Negative tingOwner is a disgraceHorendousIf you have children, if you don't want to be verbally abused, then stay clear! The owner is one of the most rude, ignorant and confrontational people i have met. She went as far as verbally abusing me for a minor mistake that I made, to the point that she had my young daughter in tears. The owner should... not be in business or have any dealings with the public. The park was nearly empty and from reading other reviews, i can see why! AVOID at all costs. If you are looking for a nice and peaceful break, then this is not the place to go. When i informed the owner that I would be leaving negative reviews, her reply was "I couldnt give a F**K!" - janette b.July 2018Positive tinglocationNegative tingunstable rude aggressive hostNice basic park ruined by unstable ownerUnfortunately this lovely location is owned by an emotionally unstable person who constantly smells of alcohol and subjected me to a tirade of shouting and abuse and asked me 'could I not read '. She also made it clear that she is not interested in catering for anyone except her regulars... I hope tourists do not think she represents the general welcome or operation of campsites in Ireland... This is not the norm - avoid if possible.Automatisk oversatt.
- Susanne G.July 2015Positive tingSpacious, quiet spaceNegative ting---Very well-kept, quiet placeWe spent 6 days here and felt very comfortable on the well-kept site. Large meadow, spacious pitches (terraced), most of which are separated from each other by trees. The sanitary facilities are of an average standard, but are cleaned very reliably. There is a small store in the center of the village... where you can buy the essentials. The narrow access road to the site, which is bordered by high walls, is somewhat difficult. Moat Farm is a good base for excursions into the Wicklow Mountains.Automatisk oversatt.
