We just wondered why we couldn't stand on the pitch right by the lake, because it was empty the whole time. The staff and sanitary facilities were excellent, the restaurant was delicious, but it's better to book a table a few days in advance. Great location surrounded by nature and yet close to the city. Plenty of opportunities to explore the surrounding area by bike or canoe. You are surrounded by many smaller and larger lakes. We particularly liked the fact that we were finally able to get to know a campsite that has... a pitch layout and therefore the rear pitches also have a view of the water. Actually an ideal vacation spot. But........, at least... every second pitch had at least one dog, up to three even. Most of them walk their dogs on a long lead on the pitch. We have nothing against dogs, we were dog owners ourselves for a long time, but what was going on was too much. It's not the dogs' fault, the owners don't stick to the rules. It's just a shame.
