Positive ting
Large lake area, table tennis, football, volleyball, boules..., clean and modern sanitary facilities, everyone very friendly
Negative ting
many permanent campers in the back rows, but you can usually only get there to take away the garbage
Fantastic campsite
Very clean and relaxed campsite with a clean lake, no algae or anything else. The proximity to the capital Rome almost invites you to go on a city trip and the surrounding small towns are also worth a visit.

We stayed at the campsite from the end of August to the beginning of September. It was pleasantly quiet during this time. The ladies at reception speak perfect German, are very friendly and happy to provide information on all matters. The sanitary facilities are okay and showers are free. The restaurant... is simple, just like on a campsite. The small store has everything you need. The service is very friendly everywhere. The lake has good water quality and the campsite and beach are always clean. Cycling to Anguillara or around the lake is fine, the roads are quite narrow and mountainous. It's just a shame that the Italians have to turn this beautiful country into a garbage dump everywhere. It's annoying in the long run, but everything is fine at the campsite.

Although there was already a lot going on in May, we got a nice pitch right on the lake. What was less nice was that a large group of young Germans had left a terrible "mess" although they were not on site for 2 days. The campsite is in a really beautiful location, but you can also cycle around the lake, although quite a lot on the busy road.
