the reception is nice and the ladies are quick.
Negative ting
Everything is very narrow, the access roads and the individual pitches. The mobile homes are lined up along the fence at the access road. No minimarket on site. Nearest shopping facilities about 250 m outside.
Camping site na'ja
The campsite is quite good for one night, but a bit off the highway. Quite tight to maneuver with a 7.7 m motorhome. Quite noisy on Saturday night when the last guests go home.

Für Zeltcamper nicht schön
Für Zelte ist nur ein riesiger Schotterplatz vorhanden. Die Duschen sind sehr alt und nie wirklich warm. Damen und Herren sind quasi zusammen.

Admittedly, the campsite is close to Aveiro and the beach, but that's all there is to it ... in my opinion, this establishment should no longer be called a campsite - it's only occupied by residents who have been there, in my opinion, for a very long time. Cinder blocks, tarpaulins ... for me, this is... a "campsite" to be avoided. The tour of the "campsite" was enough for us, we ran away from it and found a real campsite a few steps away! We had nothing to say about the staff who welcomed us.

Positive ting
Close to the beach and Aveiro. Sanitary facilities basic but clean. Supermarket nearby.
Negative ting
It is very difficult to park a caravan between the trees. No service at all.
Parque Campismo Praia da Barra
In my long life as a camper, I have never seen so many plastic tents in double and triple layers as on this site with the permanent campers. Terrible! There are a few parceled-out spaces for motorhomes right by the road; the few unparceled spaces where (small) caravans can be parked are mostly occupied... by the cars of the permanent campers. We also needed a very long electric line. There is a much better site 6 km away in Casa Nova, right on the beach.

Does not correspond to the information described on the website. Few trees and green space. Constant lack of hot water in the changing rooms (gas is supplied by a small domestic cylinder) Shower cubicles in poor condition, lack of baby changing facilities, no facilities for people with reduced mobility;... noise until late at night, with the campers themselves having to put things in order in order to sleep; lack of security, no control over who comes and goes, showers everywhere.

This square on the outskirts of Praia da Barra has seen better days. Letters from the name of the square are missing. The access road is very narrow. The stable pitches are under tall trees that provide shade. Lots of permanent guests
