Surprisingly beautiful campsite with lots of space
This campsite is rather simple and therefore very relaxing and quiet. Everything is very clean and well-kept. There is no entertainment or similar, but everything is very natural and typically Swedish.

Spacious pitch and plot, not overcrowded.

No bread service, good but simple service at the reception.
Ideal for group vacations
We spent a week as a group and learned to appreciate the site. After initial skepticism due to the supposed simplicity, the impression of the generosity of the site prevailed, especially for playing. There was even enough space for frisbee and badminton. The bathing area was never overcrowded. The sanitary... facilities were clean but basic. The kitchen was well equipped with ovens and basic equipment (plates ... for cyclists). Good playgrounds, especially for smaller children. We use the site as a starting point for hikes and mountain bike tours in the surrounding area (30 km). But you can also spend a whole day here. The operator is a church association, but we didn't notice anything about that. (Officially, smoking and alcohol are not permitted). However, there is no mini-shop or bread service. We baked our rolls in the morning.

Location with the great lake Peace and quiet Well-kept Sanitary facilities
Very nice place
One of the most beautiful places we have seen in Sweden. You stand on a huge, well-kept lawn by a great lake with a bathing area. The sanitary facilities are very well maintained and in good condition. You don't notice that it's run by the church and that doesn't put anyone off. It is also very positive... that you can rent the washing machine for a period rather than per wash. So for us (5 people) it was washing day here ;-) We will definitely come back here if it is on our itinerary again.

A really beautiful place on an equally beautiful lake. Good swimming facilities (bathing jetty), canoe hire. The sanitary facilities, cooking and communal areas are spacious and clean.
