- Sebastian P.May 2024Positive tingClean, Nature, Beach, Attractive, Family and dog friendlyNegative tingThe quality of the food in the restaurants leaves a lot to be desired.Almost perfect...All in all a very nice campsite. We will be back. Unfortunately it's not worth going to a restaurant.Automatisk oversatt.
- Torsten B.July 2021Positive ting- Certainly good weather - very good infrastructure - great offers for children aged 4-14 - large, shaded pitches - 50m to the beach - huge pool area with 6! pool types - and and andNegative ting- Some sanitary facilities in need of renovation (but also new ones!) - possibly noisy neighboring campsites (until midnight) in peripheral locations - Searching, but can't find anything...Yelloh Camping Aloha, Serignan- Family vacation summer 2021
- 2 adults, 3 children (7,7,15)
- Tent (Outwell Montana 6P)
The campsite is characterized by its location (close to the beach, 50m) and a very good infrastructure. The pitches are large enough, have electricity and are well protected from the midday heat by tall trees.... As well as being close to the beach, the campsite has a huge pool area. There are six different types of pools. Adults and children of all ages will find plenty of swimming opportunities here. Thanks to the beach and pool facilities, everything is well distributed even when the campsite is full. The campsite has a supermarket with a really wide range of products. There are also various bars with different options for eating and drinking. All this makes up for the sanitary facilities, some of which are in need of renovation, especially as there is a large new wash house. The park and facilities are kept in very good order and the security service also acts inconspicuously. The friendliness of the entire site staff, which is not always usual in France, should also be mentioned. Especially in the service area, you are always helped quickly. Exemplary!
Unusually for us, we will probably return here again next year!Automatisk oversatt. - Ralph R.June 2019Positive tingBeach, pool, cleanliness.Negative tingNone.Beautiful place right by the seaThe space is not too big. Therefore short distances to the beach and pool. Many mobile homes but also nice large pitches. Great pool area for young and old with water park, slides, whirlpool, indoor and outdoor pools. Not ideal with a dog as there are few opportunities to walk them.Automatisk oversatt.
- Martin S.August 2018Positive tingGreat concept, which will hopefully be taken in the right direction againNegative tingCleanliness, animation, restaurantWas once the best place, but a lot has changedNew report: a lot has changed in the last 5 years, unfortunately for the worse. We used the disabled bathroom due to a broken foot and it was dirty. The animation has declined over the years and was outsourced to an external company. The campsite itself was also not cleaned as often as it used to be,... you used to see staff sweeping up leaves and dirt every day. The restaurant was completely overwhelmed with 3 employees in the evening, we had to wait half an hour for 4 scoops of ice cream. I hope that some things will change again that make the place lovable. ...simply great, there are only very small points that could be criticized, but this is complaining on a very high level. I rarely give 5 stars, but this site deserves them because it stands out for its great location, its facilities and its concept. This campsite is a brilliant achievement. 1. the site: The location is brilliant. Situated directly by the sea with an eternally long sandy beach, the campsite nevertheless has a pool complex of the finest quality, which offers something for every age group. Three slides, several children's pools with different depths, a swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, sun terraces, fitness studio, etc. are on offer. It is worth noting that tight-fitting swimming trunks must be worn by male guests without exception. The place itself is consistently laid out in Hawaiian style, with palm trees, blooming flowers and bamboo growing everywhere. There is a butcher, store, bakery, hairdresser, kiosk, crepe and pizza stand. There are several bars. The pitches are large enough and shaded, level and there are plenty of pegs. There are plenty of sanitary facilities, the advantage of which is that there is no gender segregation so families can shower together with the kids. Wifi is also available for little money. 2nd offer: There are a number of excursion destinations in the surrounding area (Beziers, Pont du Diable, oil mill, Sete, ....). There is never a dull moment, be it culinary or cultural. There is always something on the square for young and old, and various events (concerts, performances, etc.) take place in the evenings. 3. staff: Always friendly and helpful, you can not only get on with French, German and English are also spoken. Children's entertainment is available in various languages. 4: The small disadvantages: In the evening, an event can go on longer until about midnight. We were right in the noise limit, so we could enjoy great concerts right on the square, but if we didn't like the program and it went on until midnight, that can be annoying. It's also a bit annoying when small children are sleeping. The access road to the site itself is a narrow cul-de-sac, so it gets very narrow when there are oncoming caravans. In conclusion, it is a very great site with an international audience (English, Dutch, French, etc.). The campsite impresses with its lovingly implemented concept. The cleanliness of the course also stands out. This place will see me again.... Merci à l`Aloha-Team!!!Automatisk oversatt.
- Manuel F.June 2018Positive tingPool area, directly by the sea, something for all ages, very clean, well-kept placeNegative tingNothing on offer for dogs Supermarket could be biggerAll in all, a great family vacationWe stayed at the Aloha campsite at the end of June with two family friends. The site itself is TOP maintained and very clean. Not everyone likes the open-air showers and toilets in some of the toilet blocks. (It never bothered us). Super pool and slide paradise with something for all ages, from very... small to swimming laps for adults. The only drawback for us was the dog-friendliness. There's really nothing for four-legged friends on the campsite apart from a mini wee-wee area, which needs some work. Otherwise, I would recommend the campsite without reservation.Automatisk oversatt.
- Michael S.May 2018Positive tingGreat, heated swimming pool, right by the sea with a beautiful beachNegative ting-Great campsite right by the seaTime of visit: End of May Campsite: beautiful campsite with large and small pitches divided by hedges. Due to a new soundproof wall, the evening entertainment on the outer parts of the site could hardly be heard. Sanitary facilities: two relatively new and beautiful sanitary facilities, next to them... in the rear part of the site are older, small, outdated facilities, all very clean. If all showers are occupied, there are problems with the amount of hot water. Swimming pool: great swimming area with swimmer's pool, indoor pool, children's area, whirlpool, slides with water temperatures suitable for swimming (heated) Beach: beautiful beach, but not cleared of wood debris etc. from the winter. Store: small casino store with all the necessary groceries and fresh fruit and vegetables. Bar/restaurant: not used.Automatisk oversatt.
- carola m.August 2017Positive tingDirect sea access, great water park, nice place with friendly staffNegative tingSomewhat expensive restaurant Little ambience on the central "market place"Two great days ALOHAWe stopped here for two days on our way to Spain and were given a very friendly welcome. Even without a reservation, we were quickly allocated a nice pitch. Everyone at reception even spoke German, which we hadn't expected. The large sanitary building seems to be quite new. It was very clean at all times.... The other sanitary facilities are a bit older, but also reasonably ok. In the supermarket you can get very tasty baguettes and everything else you need. Unfortunately, no fresh sausage or meat. Only packaged. The kiosk is ok, we found it a bit of a shame that they only serve in cardboard and plastic. The rooftop restaurant is great, but quite expensive for not very large portions. Unfortunately, we didn't get to try out the tiki bar in our short time, but it looked quite inviting. The campsite also has a great water park with slides and several pools. Our 12-year-old had fun there, even if he had to get used to the ban on swimming shorts ;-). The sea and beach are very nice, but the water was quite cold. All in all, a really nice place. Maybe we'll come back next time with more time! It would definitely be worth it.Automatisk oversatt.
- Mario S.July 2017Positive tingEverything always clean. Lots of excursion destinations worth seeing in the immediate vicinity. Good bakery.Negative tingNoneGreat place Great surroundingsWe (2 adults and 2 children) stayed there for 3 weeks in summer 2017. Nothing was missing. The cleanliness in the sanitary buildings was top at all times. The supermarket is manageable but well stocked. The beach is beautiful. The swimming pool is big enough and lots of fun. Swimming shorts are a common... practice throughout France, so it's your own fault if you get upset. Even in the high season there is always a free lounger (with a little patience and eagle eyes ;) There are plenty of excursion destinations in the area. Friendly and competent staff at reception and throughout the site. Check in was done in 5 min, check out in 2 min. We will definitely be back.Automatisk oversatt.
- hansi m.June 2017Positive tingGood for children, great pool, great beachNegative tingOvernight stay in front of the pitch on arrival, departureGood places, great pool, super beach, great for children !!!We were here during the 2017 Whitsun vacation. Due to the weather, the place was full very quickly, luckily we were there at the very beginning of the vacation and therefore still had a choice. As with every campsite, there are louder and quieter pitches and we were asked at reception what we wanted.... The pitch was great, well maintained and big enough with plenty of shade and sun. The next wash house was very old but still very clean, we only went there to wash up, but as the site is small we could go straight on to the new wash house. This is clean and modern. The hot water was probably faulty, despite complaining and asking, the only answer at reception was that we would write it down. Fortunately, there was a super renovated wash house with hot water one street further on. As mentioned above, the site is so small that it was no problem to find the wash house on foot. The pool area is great. Heated water which is not wrong even in summer, great slides, play pool with slightly rising water depth, swimmer's pool and also a large baby pool. Our 3 children never got bored. The beach is also very pleasant, the water gets deeper very slowly and there are shallow sandbanks that reach far into the sea. Although the beach had not yet been cleaned, it was clean. Shopping on the campsite is possible, but sometimes you have to make compromises as some things are sold out. There is a vegetable stall and lots of chilled and frozen goods. There is also a bakery, if the queue was too long we went to the local bakery which is only 100 meters outside the campsite. Some of the prices are only slightly more expensive, but some are significantly more expensive. Since the infrastructure reception, supermarket etc. is being rebuilt due to a fire/tornado, we assume that the supermarket is not yet in full operation but has only just started. However, there is a huge supermarket a few kilometers further on in Serignan on the bypass road. The animation program is OK for younger kids, for older children there was almost nothing clever, also the children's disco is relatively short but engaging. The shows in the evening go on until 11.00 pm and then it's quiet. It was a shame that we couldn't sleep in front of the campsite when we arrived (5:30 am). We then drove to Serignan Plage and spent the night there, while others stayed on a pitch in front of the village. It is also difficult to park the caravan on departure and visit the pool again. We parked on the edge of the access road so that other vehicles could still get through, but that was only possible because of the low season. Overall, the site is in a typical French beach town, with nothing going on apart from a few tourists, the main town is Serignian and a few kilometers away.Automatisk oversatt.
- M. R.June 2017Positive tingBeautiful beach, slides and baby poolNegative tingSanitary facilities partly old and partly not clean, absurd rules regarding swimming shorts, partly unfriendly lifeguards.Good on the outside, bad on the inside!Basically a nice facility, but: - our next sanitary facility was in the state of the 50s and in the next but one fancy sanitary barely warm water and that only came as a trickle... - absurd rule that swimming shorts may not be worn. When explicitly asked who this applied to, they said only adults - on the last day my 5-year-old son was very rudely expelled from the pool... No recommendation from me.Automatisk oversatt.
- Susi M.June 2017Positive tingPool areaNegative tingLittle animation in the low season. Drink prices in the TikkibarBeautiful campsite for familiesThe CP is beautifully situated with a great pool area. Internet costs 20 euros a week and is poor. You should reserve a pitch in advance. In June you get nothing for a few days even if something is free. Bar far too expensive, beer 7 euros on a campsiteAutomatisk oversatt.
- Martin L.August 2016Positive ting-wonderful place for a family vacation -conveniently located -easy accessNegative ting-Time passes far too quickly ;)Perfect summer vacation! We stayed at the site for 14 nights from the end of August to the beginning of September. Everything is just right - the pitches are beautifully situated, there is shade - sometimes more, sometimes less, but you are never in the sun all day. Water never far away, electricity directly on the pitch, numerous... sanitary facilities (toilet with glasses, paper and a small garbage can for toiletries), showers with storage facilities away from splash water, cleaned several times a day. Always friendly and helpful staff, multilingual. Very good baguettes baked on site, overall very good food supply on site, Carrefour is a few kilometers away. Good restaurant, pizza to go, nice bar with good snacks, grilled chicken to order. Beach very nice, gently sloping, you can safely walk 50m in, fine sand, lots of space. Pool area outstanding, very clean, spacious and also very suitable for the little ones.Automatisk oversatt.
- Anja B.May 2016Positive tingAquapark InfrastructureNegative ting?A great place for families with children ...- Great aqua park with two long slides - well-kept beach with gently sloping water - clean and very well-kept sanitary facilities - children's entertainment and activities - well-stocked bakery, butcher and store - friendly staff - sufficiently large pitches with both shade and sun What more could you want? Simply Yelloh!Automatisk oversatt.
- thomas W.May 2016Positive tingGreat for children, everything available.Negative tingnone!Great place with children. We were on the site over Whitsun. The pitches are large and fenced in with shrubs. There are two new wash houses on the right-hand side of the road and they are cleaned regularly. Spotlessly clean! The bathing area is unique, as the children can play on their own, even if they can't swim perfectly yet.... The sandy beach is wide and goes shallow into the water. The infrastructure on the campsite and in the nearby towns is good, there is everything we needAutomatisk oversatt.
- Martin M.August 2015Positive tingGood, clean and quiet campsite. Spacious beach.Negative tingnone!Very clean and quiet placeWe stayed at this site in summer 2015 and were delighted. The pitches are bordered by hedges and shady trees and are large enough - even for large caravans. Despite the high season, the site was very quiet, although you could hear the music from the surrounding pitches depending on the wind direction,... but it was really quiet from 11pm to midnight. The sanitary facilities were recently renovated (not the ones in the western half) and were very clean and cleaned several times a day. There was a small supermarket, bakery, pizza bakery, restaurant and small pub on site. Several fruit garages on the road to Serignan. Wifi available for a fee. Wellness and fitness area with several bikes, treadmills, cross trainers and weight stations. Bike rental on site. Pool area supervised by at least 3 lifeguards on several levels with toddlers' area and swimmers' area. Several slides, whirlpool, numerous loungers (usually a lounger was still available later in the day). Located directly on the beach with 2 private beach accesses, which were closed at night. Overall highly recommended. Serignan is less than 5km away with a market square and several recommendable restaurants (L Harmonie directly behind the bridge, make sure you book a table in advance). Canal du midi is easy to reach by bike via country lanes and byways (unfortunately the cycle paths are not really well developed). A diving school (Nico plongee) is located in Valras plage at a campsite - the telephone number can be obtained from reception. A diving license can also be purchased there relatively cheaply.Automatisk oversatt.
- Roger F.July 2014Positive tingEverything you need is available.Negative tingUnfortunately, you also want to be online on vacation. For WiFi you pay 20 euros a week, which I think is too expensive.Yelloh qualityVery clean campsite. Ideal for small children, the pool is rather small. Direct access to the beach.Automatisk oversatt.
- sharon w.June 2011Fabulous facilites - enjoyed every minute of our holiday - staff brilliant and we just couln't have wished for more.
