Nice campsite close to nature and city
Medium-sized camping that has both mini golf, canoes, pedal boats, swimming area, car track etc. Walking distance to Borås Zoo. Several playgrounds. Very banrfriendly. Dogs welcome, dog shower was available.

We (outdoor vacationers with a tent, children and dog) decided to spend a night in a stuga at this campsite because of the weather. We took the cheapest option as we really didn't have any great expectations and were more than disappointed. The term "a little outdated" is truly an understatement. 680SEK... for an overnight stay is actually not much for a bed, cooking area and sanitary facilities, but apart from the crockery, everything was old, used up, bäh...... Our son completely refused to use the sanitary facilities and was the first one back in the car in the morning. Playground is great, there are also pedal boats, canoes and mini golf. For a fee, of course. Wifi works if you have reception, clearly not everywhere. The staff are very nice. There is a small café. We can't say anything about the food as we didn't use it. Our conclusion: not again, previously in a thunderstorm in the tent outdoor.... Pictures are attached

Sorry to hear about your experience with us. It must of course be clean and fresh in all areas of the campsite. We have recently undergone a renovation in our service houses and cottages. Great to hear that you liked the playgrounds and the range of activities we had. Here, too, we have expanded the range with both things that are included for everyone and things that can be rented on site. Hope you dare to come back to us in the future.

Well located. Shopping, ZOO, stadium, river and lake. Hiking.

Not a big one. It's OK if you don't want luxury.
Large city campsite. Central location.
We were on the site for a week to visit our son who is studying in Boras. Sometimes we were lonely and deserted on the large pitch. The sanitary block we used was getting on in years but was cleaned every day even when there were only a few guests. The pitches are large enough and all very easy to access.... The site is divided by a river. Noise from the road can be heard on the left-hand side. Canoes and pedal boats can be hired on the site. Shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. If you want to watch soccer you can go to the neighboring stadium (1 league) or visit the zoo. SAT reception of the trees very limited possible. Free WLAN worked.

Thank you for your review. So glad to hear that you stayed with us. Hope the son had a good time when he studied in Borås. Now we have refreshed service houses and renovated cottages and expanded the range of activities. Hope we see each other again

Central location is not everything
Very nice campsite right in the city center, but still in a quiet location. You are welcomed by very friendly staff. The nearby zoo is just a short walk away and you can get to the city center very quickly by bike. I had expected more from the "Knalleland" outlet, which is about 500 m away. You have... more choice in a normal shopping center. The service buildings are getting a bit long in the tooth. The cleanliness could also be improved. (Walls and work surfaces were unfortunately not cleaned during my stay)

Large campsite in the countryside
We spent a day on the site. The pitches are very large, the sanitary facilities clean and adequate. The site is very nice, everything is spacious and well laid out. Of course you can hear the roads, as the site is almost in the center. Nevertheless, it wasn't as bad as I had feared and was completely ok for a short stay, but I wouldn't want to stay there any longer.

Called about the price of camping and they said 250kr on the phone, but when you get there you have to buy a camping card for 140kr too! Thought it was expensive before, but under all criticism that they did not say this on the phone! Dangerous playground, is it really approved?

Tråkigt att höra om din upplevelse. Så fungerar det inte längre, campingkort är inte något krav. Mycket har hänt med våra lekplatser och övrigt utbud sedan sist. Alla testas givetvis årligen av kommunen.
