- Claudia W.May 2024PozytywneThe location in the forest right by the sea and close to the city Beautiful beach Excellent service Very good restaurant with a great viewNegatywneThat the campsite closes at the beginning of September. It would be particularly nice in Grado at that time. One of my favorite placesI've often been to this campsite, which for me is the most beautiful in Grado. So far I've been here on foot or by bike and stayed in a tent or in one of the rental bungalows. The campsite is located in a pine forest and there are particularly nice pitches for tents on higher terraces.
The town of Grado... is easily accessible on foot or by bike. The beach and sea are very clean and invite you to swim and stroll along the beach.
There is a very good restaurant with a sea view directly on the campsite. The store is also well stocked.
This time we came with our 35 year old VW bus, which suddenly had problems with the clutch. The campsite management was very helpful and called a mechanic who came to the site a short time later to inspect the car. An appointment was made at the garage for the following day. The bus was then made roadworthy again there, and that on a Saturday! Super service! Thanks again for the quick help!Przetłumaczone automatycznie. - Christian P.August 2017PozytywneFamily friendly! You can buy fresh pizza on the pitch! WLAN perfect. Directly on the beach. Lots of trees. bistro with restaurant!!!NegatywneThe pitches are suitable for VW T5s, but rather problematic for longer campers or long caravans. Mosquitoes ... Showers for 30 centsDream location on the Adriatic - suitable for familiesGreat location of the campsite directly on the Adriatic! Some pitches only separated from the beach by a fence with a view of the sea. Large site with spontaneous overnight accommodation even in the high season. We were there for 5 days at the beginning of August. Low tide and high tide almost like the... North Sea and lots of nature at the water's edge. Staff speak German. Nice little fish restaurant on the edge (beach) of the complex with store, bread sales, etc. incl. small bar with bistro, etc. with a fantastic view slightly elevated to the sea.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- wolfgang k.June 2017Negatywneoutdated and unkempt sanitary facilities !!!!!!! partly very uneven plots due to rootsto forgetunfortunately, this place did not meet our expectations. if the overall impression is max. average, then the sanitary facilities do not really deserve a starPrzetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Sabine M.June 2017PozytywneVery well-developed cycle paths.NegatywneSanitary facilities outdated and unhygienicA place not for everyoneThe campsite is in a quiet location. The pitches are very small and can only be reached on narrow paths with underground branches. Not suitable for long camping vehicles. The WW should also not be too big. The restaurant was a disappointment. The sanitary facilities were inadequately cleaned, or even... left in a mess. left behind. The showers, which are coin-operated, sometimes work, and when they do they are hot or cold. The sanitary facilities are in urgent need of renovation. Due to the tides, the sea is only there at night and is overgrown with seaweed. So, if you are looking for the blue-turquoise, crystal-clear sea, you should go somewhere else.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Alfred S.April 2017PozytywneGood restaurant, Grado can be reached on foot in 30 minutesNegatywneSee detailed descriptionWell yes, food hui the rest pfuiIn short, forget about this place. 2 positive things, the excellent restaurant and Grado can be reached on foot in 30 minutes. Now to the deterrent part, pitch size in 90% of cases too small for a large motorhome (Bürstner Nexxo T 729, 7.4 m long), no disposal station for gray water, no toilet paper,... no toilet seats on the shells, dirty sinks, no hot water at the sinks, showers for a fee and lukewarm water, pitch size partly made of sea sand - I almost got stuck when reversing, no fresh water connection at the pitch and electricity protection with 6 amps. And then in the low season 22 euros is charged as a daily rate, showers extra (if I compare this with the low season prices in Croatia, actually a cheek of the operator) We left again after the 2nd night and spent the remaining days on the nearby pitch for 16 euros per day with complete infrastructure, also 10 minutes walk from Grado. so as said in the headline, food hui and the rest pfui.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Roland N.April 2017PozytywneGreat location in the middle of the forest Price/performance ratio Overall very well maintained.NegatywneThe sanitary facilities are outdated and no longer up to date. WLAN is only available at the reception.Al Bosco - camping with a certain flair.Camping with a certain flair! I have been visiting Camping Al Bosco for years. Whether family vacation in the Casa-Mobile or with tent and motorcycle for one night. The location in the forest is simply top. The pitches are always clean. Outside the campsite there are plenty of stores and shopping facilities... within walking distance. Even Grado is easy to reach on foot along the beach. Only the mosquitoes and the sanitary facilities spoil the picture a little. Toilet paper and hot water are even included in the angle. Here you shower with chips, which have to be bought at reception beforehand. Brushing your teeth with ice-cold water is also not everyone's cup of tea. The clientele, families with children, kiters, individualists, is very nice. And the best thing is that there are hardly any permanent garden gnome campers and few luxury motorhome campers. On the subject of luxury motorhome campers. With 8-meter mobile homes, you should check in advance where you want to pass through here with your boat. Otherwise you'll end up with bumps and maneuvering orgies.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Kirsten h.September 2016Pozytywnegreat location - right on the beach, shady spotNegatywneThe sanitary facilities are an imposition and urgently need to be renovated and maintained. The location is wonderful - unfortunately the sanitary facilities are notthe location of the campsite is fantastic, right on the beach under lots of trees. Some of the pitches are for tents only, a little elevated, wonderful. I have never seen such poor or neglected sanitary facilities. Spider webs throughout the season, old facilities, even with tokens the water doesn't... get warm when showering, no soap/toilet paper (not even in the facilities next to the restaurant). A week before the end of the season the facilities were either not cleaned at all or only insufficiently, which was a great pity as the site is otherwise very nice. It's also difficult to understand why the volleyball net and half the playground on the beach had to be dismantled before the end of the season, something disappeared every day, only the price remained the same...Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Horst F.August 2016PozytywneInexpensive ,Nice shady pitchesNegatywneSanitary outdated and rotten no big leisure offer in the surrounding areaAntique sanitary facilitiesNice quiet place However, the sanitary facilities are a disaster Old Gammelig mostly only cold water and you should also pay for it. Children's pool well for under 5 year olds ok but too small. Wehre no mistake here mahl a fundamental renovation.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Bernard T.July 2016PozytywnePeace, pleasure, no discosNegatywne10 min walk to the beautiful beachPeace, relaxation, ItalianitaCamping partly old trees (pines), numerous new deciduous trees planted, cozy character of the founding period preserved. Familiar, an oasis for real campers, we spent hours on the campsite cooking, enjoying and talking to neighbors. International clientele (Italians, Austrians, Eastern Europeans). A... jetty was built for swimming to avoid having to wade through the muddy part (huge sandbank in front, little water exchange) Better bathing conditions 10 min walk to the west. Traditional Italian restaurant, lovely bar and a small store for campers. Very friendly service. (German)Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Maria F.July 2016PozytywneNice camping siteNegatywnedisgusting sanitary facilitiesUnfortunately a bad decision...We left after one night. The reason for this was that the sanitary facilities were totally unhygienic and dirty. Cobwebs on rusty pipes, etc... Hot water was not warm despite inserting coins. Unfortunately, there is no question of great cleanliness here. Only the campsite in the forest is nice, but unfortunately... that's the only thing. The sea was also not inviting at our time. There was a lot of seaweed washed up on the shore and the bottom was muddy. The children were a bit disgusted by it. We then went to another campsite where everything was perfect.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- günther m.May 2016PozytywnePrice favorable.facility very nice.staff and operator friendlyNegatywneToo many noisy childrenPlease dear Germans...vacation also means silence...We have been coming here for 17 years and everything has always been perfect. Only this year in May we were very disappointed. Noisy children late into the night! We will still come back and hope for more peace and quiet at night.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Christian A.May 2016PozytywneLocation near Grado, beautiful grounds, nice bar and restaurantsNegatywneShower chips :-)Beautiful location, friendly managementWe didn't arrive until midnight. We were allowed to stay right in front of the gate and spend the night. Somewhat chaotic choice of pitches the next day but despite the large crowds, the management and staff were always very helpful. The pitches are not very big but the site certainly has flair. Gastronomy... and store are nice and good. Sanitary facilities are not up to date and shower tokens are a bit out of fashion but everything works. The fact that swimming in the sea in Grado is only possible where the sea has been dredged and there are jetties is in the nature of things, but it worked. The beach is fully OK. The way to Grado takes 10' by bike or max. 20' by scooter.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Sylvia P.May 2016PozytywneClose to Grado Quiet cozyNegatywneLots of gels If you expect a sterile beach and top sanitary facilities, you've come to the wrong place Poor cleaning in high seasonTime travel*UPDATE August 2016* We generally felt very comfortable due to the genuine Italian flair on the pitch, BUT: the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities left a lot to be desired this time. The cleaning ladies turned up in the morning and quietly cleaned the dishwashing stations. In the sanitary facilities,... the first cleaning took place at 11:00 a.m., which is not really pleasant when there are night owls who have forgotten how to use a toilet properly. Something really needs to happen with the hot water preparation. The tiny boilers simply can't cope with the rush. Despite shower coins, there is only reasonable hot water from 23:00, as in the early evening the supply is simply used up after the fifth person has showered. The obvious age, the one or other tile with a crack, the rust on the pipes and fittings, the lack of toilet seats, taking your own toilet paper and soap and only cold water at the washbasin don't really bother us now, as we know this well enough from southern Italy. But proper cleaning and hot shower water are an absolute must, even at the comparatively low price. *UPDATE END* May 2016: Time really has stood still at this campsite. Beautifully laid out in the forest, shady, relatively small pitches that are definitely not marked out with a ruler. Many tent pitches on small terraces with parking spaces in the immediate vicinity. Some of the pitches are not easy to get into with a caravan or motorhome, but they are wonderfully quiet and reasonably private. During our stay, the site was full, but the sanitary facilities were very clean (you always carry a bit of soil in with your shoes, but the toilet cubicles, washbasins and showers were clean). You have to take toilet paper and soap with you. Shower coins at 30 c, unfortunately the water is only lukewarm, but this should not be a problem in midsummer. Be sure to take a good mosquito repellent with you, otherwise you will be eaten. About the restaurant: supposedly good, many guests from outside, therefore always fully booked. So just go to the Pineta - there is a restaurant about 100 m from the entrance, or a pizzeria a few 100 m along the beach. Supermarket and delicatessen within walking distance. About the beach: At the end of May you could see very clearly that the ecosystem is absolutely fine - lots of young fish and also large mullets and trumpet fish in the area where the aquatic plants are. At low tide, the sea really has almost disappeared and you can take a mudflat walk in the mud. Since we knew this, it didn't bother us, we found it rather interesting. There were lots of crabs to be seen. There might also be clams or cockles, we watched an Italian woman collecting her dinner. We felt very comfortable and made a reservation for August.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Mel K.July 2015PozytywneShort distances to the beach - walking to Grado is no problem - beautiful cycle paths - delicious food - good shopping facilities just around the cornerNegatywneIf you're used to camping, you won't find any here! There are also noA great vacation! An absolute relaxing vacation, simply beautiful ... the facility is clean and well maintained and NOT overcrowded like the big campsites ... you can enjoy the Italian flair to the fullest! The wash houses are kept clean and everything you need is there, including your own private beach with a jetty leading... to deeper water. Boats can also be moored there. You can walk along the beach to Grado in about 20 minutes. The food in the restaurant on site is excellent. In the morning you can also get everything you need for breakfast in the canteen. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Simply pure relaxation :)Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Ralf W.July 2015PozytywneShort stays can also be booked in high season. Walking distance to Grado.NegatywneOutdated sanitary facilities - showers with tokens. Small pitches. Beach. Pool the size of a bathtub. Camper service not available.Small pitches - very basic sanitary facilities - beach not niceWe were there in July 2015. The pitches are rather small and access with a camper is difficult (narrow roads, some trees across the roads). You have to buy tokens for hot water in the shower. An adapter is required for electricity. Camper service not available - unfortunately we were not told this when... we booked! Beach is absolutely not nice - at low tide the water is miles away. The swimming pool is the size of a bathtub. Conclusion: cannot be recommended!Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Ramona B.August 2014Negatywnethere is no possibility to swimbad beachWe stayed in a mobile home at camping al bosco in the summer of 2014. We were very disappointed with the water and the beach. There is only one small spot in the sea where you can swim, which can be reached via a long jetty, and that's where all the holidaymakers are. Otherwise, the beach resembles a... mudflat hike in the mud. The water is full of algae, in every place and only knee-deep for miles, and the sand is very dirty. Right next to the beach is the dog beach of a dog hotel.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- niya s.July 2014Very very nice !We stayed at Al Bosco for 1 week and really enjoyed it. We are a couple and were only there with a tent. The staff is very nice and if we needed anything, we could always turn to reception and help was there immediately. The only downside is the beach, as you have to go in for a very long time to be... able to swim. However, the jetty is very helpful as you can quickly reach the required depth. All in all a very nice vacation, we would come again! :) Lg from ViennaPrzetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Szilvia S.August 2013Very friendly, cosy campsite. Excellent for tent campers. Unfortunately, at night there is a disco next door, but you can get used to it.Showers are 30 cent tokens.(2013) Internet can be used near reception, payable. The campsite beach has deep water, you can jump in from a pier, excellent for swimming.A... few hundred meters away, there is a cozy open beach. There is a Spar close to the campsite, where you can buy a wide variety of goods at relatively good prices. We had a great time, it's a great place for those who like traditional, family campsites and don't want to stay in the modern, upgraded holiday villages that have become so common.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Daniel V.August 2013A small, really family-run campsite in the pine forest. Direct beach access, but the beach is not the typical beach. It's a bit muddy at the beginning, but you can get to the swimming area via a jetty. Otherwise, there is a small pool for children and a whirlpool on the beach. A nice thing. Sanitary... facilities are simple, without toilet seats, for example, but always very clean. Cleaning at least 2 times a day. Pitches and the site are beautifully laid out. The site is still a little insider tip ;)Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Irene G.July 2013Nice. Not large but complete with amenities. Large, well-maintained and shady pitches, very clean common facilities. We were just passing through and stayed only one night, but we enjoyed it very much!Friendly and helpful staff. Very good quality-price ratio. Only downside was the sea (lagoon). Grado is a beautiful town to visit!Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
