- René P.July 2018PozytywneLocation and tranquillityNegatywneWeaker Wi-Fi connection and the 3 euro washing machine doesn't do much laundry.Camping near RomeGreat location of the campsite. Bus stop on the Metro right at the entrance to the campsite. Sandy beach 100m, pool for kids, cheap grocery store and restaurant, showers included, lots of shade under mature trees, poor Wi-Fi.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Carsten S.October 2016PozytywneNear Rome and by the seaNegatywneSanitary facilities and beachDisappointedThe site is 150 meters from the unkempt, built-up, black (not yellow as in the operator's photo) sandy beach. This can be reached via a security gate with a rental key (€5). The open, unheated sanitary facilities are totally filthy. The dust and cobwebs have not been removed for years. Unbelievable.... The staff are very nice, but totally bored (they could be cleaning). In October we had to pay €2 per person per day in Kurdax. But this is only payable for the first 3 days. Illogical. Free Wifi is only available at the reception or in the Ristorante, if possible. Mini market open until 15.10. available. Other shopping facilities are mega far away. Pool !!! available until 30.9. Positively, the bus stop in front of the place to Rome. The ticket is available for 3€ round trip at the Ristorante.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Gerald J.July 2016PozytywneRome by day ticketNegatywneSee comment lack of sanitary cleanliness and covered beach that is cleaned by volunteers or not.Without wordsUnkempt, loveless CP with natural terrain that is overgrown and unkempt. The squirrel unfortunately turned out to be a rat, which was too much. Adios also because of the many mosquitoes.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Dirk D.July 2015We were disappointed...One night and we won't be back, unfortunately. Power supply minimal, pool disappointing large tub on stilts, sanitary facilities available, beach nice but totally overcrowded and dogs prohibited.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Dagmar S.May 2015DisappointingThe cleanliness of the sanitary facilities was terrible. The staff was bored and not interested in the guest.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Sonja M.March 2015PozytywneYou can get to Rome and the surrounding area quickly.NegatywneDirty sanitary facilities and prostitutes on the streetsQuite ok to discover RomeWe stayed at the campsite for a week (March/April). To see Rome it is ok to sleep there at least once at the end of March at the beginning of April. In summer I imagine it's very noisy there because of parties. You can get to Rome quickly by bus or train. We drove to Magliana by car and parked it there... in a guarded parking lot (2.50 a day) and then took the train. A great thing. As far as the campsite is concerned, the sanitary facilities are very dirty and are only briefly sprayed down with a hose and an attempt is made to clean them. No cleaning agents are used. So wear flip-flops for showering. There are prostitutes every 100m on the street right next to the campsite. Unfortunately not very attractive either. You can get from the campsite directly to the beach which was unfortunately also full of garbage when we were there. In the restaurant there were only 2 dishes to eat if you wanted to eat there. The rest was not available as there were still too few people on the site.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Karsten L.July 2014PozytywneNear Rome and beach, music events, craft house for childrenNegatywneSanitary facilities, general order, lots of hustle and bustle on the beach road weak WLANLight and shadowAffordable CP near Rome. Take the bus to the nearest suburban train, change once and you're in Rome. Buy a day ticket at the CP. Tip: Book all entrance tickets for Rome via the Internet, especially at the Vatican and Collosseum, so you can avoid the queues. 2nd tip: Book a 48-hour tour with the Sighthseeing... buses via the Internet. You can hop on and off at all the sights, do a complete tour beforehand and know where everything is. Everything has been said about the sanitary facilities. The store is good, as is the restaurant. Every 2nd day events (also for children) with music, beach + bar there are ok and are also used by the locals. WLAN hardly usable,Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Gerit W.July 2014PozytywneClose to Rome and easy access to the "Capitale" by the seaNegatywneDiscos, especially very loud at the weekend, on StrandstraßeGladly againWe opted for this campsite because, on the one hand, it is by the sea and, on the other, you can reach Rome in an hour by public transport, which is also quite cheap. As we also had bikes with us, the 6 km to the center of Ostia was no problem. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and some also... speak German. The bus to the train station leaves directly in front of the campsite. The train to Rome departs from there. The evenings when rock bands played were great. There were also numerous specialties and wine. Less nice, however, was the loud music from one of the many discos on the beach road. The pitches are partly shady and partly sunny. The idea of using a key to access the beach is a good one. This makes it difficult for potential thieves. But unfortunately there was also theft when we were there. Reception pointed this out and recommended free lockers. We accepted the offer. The street prostitution area mentioned by the previous commentators was small with very few women. We did not feel disturbed. We can definitely recommend the place.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Anna T.July 2013PozytywneKomunikacja z centrum Rzymu. Miejsca ocienione.NegatywneSanitariaty umiarkowanie czyste, mało miejsc do parkowania, tj równych, bez korzeni i blisko miejsca do spania.Blisko RzymuCamping odwiedziliśmy przed sezonem wakacyjnym - początek lipca 2013, traktowaliśmy go jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Rzymu. Dobrze skomunikowany z metrem ok 45 min jazdy do centrum.

- Kateřina T.July 2011We recommend the campsite for less demanding clients with plans for trips to the surrounding area. There are hardly any opportunities for activity at the campsite - just a small pool, an excellent restaurant, privacy and shade is provided by the surrounding bushes. Our only gripes were the level of hygiene and the beach - minor.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Peter H.July 2011Very nice, friendly and relaxing atmosphere. 3 minutes from the mediterranean, and 2 minutes to bus + metro into center of Rome (30-40 minutes). The camp is one big olive grove, where you place your tent where you want. Some noise from the road and no activities but yet our favourite camp in Rome.
- Marcus S.June 2011The only positive thing here was the proximity and bus/train connections to Rome. Surroundings (street promenade at night), catering (restaurant + small store available, but hamburgers only consist of a meatball without bort, salad etc.) and leisure facilities (except for beach bars = zero) are not worth... mentioning. The campsite is rather small and very low trees make it difficult to drive on with larger mobile homes/caravans. Sanitary facilities are a pure imposition!Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Claus G.March 2011We found the place, especially the sanitary facilities, an imposition and therefore left as soon as possible. Rarely have I felt so uncomfortable, especially with the surroundings (street prostitution).Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Werner + Gisela M.September 2010Good place for excursions to Rome, approx. 1 hour by bus and metro. Separated from the beach by a road, exit and entrance to the beach with key card. Shallow beach suitable for small children. Many bungalows, also occupied by school classes and youth groups. Clean and adequate sanitary facilities. Restaurant on site, good cuisine.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Martina H.August 2010Very nice and uncomplicated. You can choose your own pitch. Sufficient shady spots available. Optimal bus/metro connection to Rome. Clean sea. Unfortunately there are no other attractions within walking distance outside the campsite, but there is a frequent evening program. (Band, karaoke, clown,...)Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
