Very good night's sleep and friendly staff. Campsite store has everything you need. Clean sanitary facilities. Important, in the shower area only possible with separate slippers.NegatywnePoor WLAN on P27. Prices are the same everywhere, so it should be the same for WLAN. For visitors to the site, dinner only (5pm - 9pm), a little expensive at 19 euros for 1 car and 2 adults.Pure relaxation!A very nice CP. We were there with the camper van, including the dog. Ideal for cycling tours in the region, with a clean beach right in front of the campsite. We can only recommend the small towns of Zingst and Prerow.
The CP is very good, but it still has some potential for 5 stars. For example, we... missed showers on the beach or in the CP entrance area without having to go to a sanitary building.
In sanitary facilities I and III, several doors have to be opened before you reach your destination. These are all equipped with door latches and not door catches, which we find rather unhygienic. As a result, the doors remain open. Very little storage space in the showers in Sanitary III.

The whole site is very clean, as are the sanitary facilities, the restaurant and the camp store.
The area in front of the kiosk needs some attention. The covered area and the stage are very dirty due to swallows. In the Campi-Shop... you can find everything you need as a camper or that has broken. Fresh bread rolls every morning.
In the restaurant there is a not too large, but still good selection of tasty dishes. I have been to the restaurant twice and am very impressed. Of course, quality has its justifiable price.
I will definitely be back.

Unfortunately, we had previously spent three nights at the Regenbogencamp (Prerow), unfortunately booked in advance - absolutely not recommended!!!
At Freesenbruch we were given... a very friendly welcome at reception.
The pitch assigned to us was equipped with water and electricity and the space was absolutely fine - between small trees and bushes as a separation.
The sanitary facilities are spacious, modern and were always very clean.
There was close access to the beautiful beach. A cycle path runs right alongside the camp.
The nights were very quiet and pleasant.
We can absolutely recommend this campsite with a clear conscience.
Thanks again to the hard-working staff of all trades of the camp, who make such a great stay possible!!!

The site itself has sufficiently large pitches with electricity, water and drainage. The sanitary facilities are okay, but the shower cubicles are a bit cramped. The price for the pitch is just... about reasonable, but it shouldn't cost any more. One advantage is the peace and quiet here, although there are no set quiet times. There are 3 wash houses available. Showers are included in the price without the hassle of buying shower tokens or inserting money. Electricity is charged at a flat rate. Everything... you need is there: plenty of bread rolls in the morning, the opening hours of the supermarket are perfectly tailored to the needs of holidaymakers. There is a cozy outdoor area with a snack bar where you can linger and a great restaurant on site. If you want, you can go to the cosmetics, massage, sauna or fitness area. There is also a book exchange in a telephone booth, as well as cell phone charging stations. Bikes can be hired in front of the campsite. We liked the peace and quiet on the campsite. You don't have to worry about anything. Everything is perfect. There is even a dishwasher and washing machines. Everything is clean and well-kept. The proximity to the sea is great and it's a 15-minute walk to the pier. Cycle paths are right by the campsite. The campsite is very 50+ friendly. Especially the older generation looking for peace and quiet will find everything their heart desires. It's nice that there is a camper-friendly site without hotel character, mobile homes and pool facilities. Thank you for the lovely end-of-year reception on 31.12.22, where everyone was invited to enjoy mulled wine and pancakes. Thank you, dear camping team, for the relaxing time at the turn of the year! On the 2nd day he was unexpectedly very unwell. Our camper van pitch was right at the back - too far away from the sanitary facilities for him as a disabled person. I tried to find a good... solution for both sides. The campsite was fully booked until the end of October - we saw free pitches. After the 3rd attempt, the senior manager was available. Instead of letting me finish, he immediately said: "No, that's out of the question, everyone comes running, one person doesn't like the pitch, the next person doesn't like the weather!" The general terms and conditions and the principle of equality for all could not be waived. We wanted to leave 2 days earlier, repeatedly met guests who wanted to take over our pitch - why this is not possible is none of my business - in the military tone, offered a voucher solution so that there would be no financial loss. A change of pitch was also not possible, I could get a wheelchair from the local medical supply store - through gravel and grass? We were glad that our wheelchair could stay at home for once. My facial features slipped - why am I still grinning? In response to my calm, really serious question that it would probably be better not to make a reservation, the boss was again unobjective, saying that he would not be blackmailed and had enough guests and reservations. We had to go to the doctor, maybe our place had been sold twice? I hope this person never needs my help in my practice. Maybe one day he will find himself in a situation where he simply hopes for humanity. If you are sure that nothing will come up and you agree with the prices, you can make a reservation, but we do not recommend this if you are unsure. The next day it snowed, nobody felt responsible... for clearing the snow at least on the main paths or in front of the entrances, in places it was extremely slippery.
Premium pitch, great, you could have thought so.... However, the view of junk and building materials was not really great.
Since yesterday 8° Celsius +, water is not turned on according to information! Although the weather forecast has generally predicted temperatures in this range for the next 10 days. Despite inquiries, water remains turned off, even for Christmas and New Year's Eve. It seems that everything here is still running according to the old planned economy. December = winter = frost = tap closed! GREAT ATTITUDE.
I just feel sorry for the people who come here at Christmas. Because if everyone wants to use the only water point at the same time, then you should get in line on Christmas Eve so that you have water on Boxing Day.

We were greeted by a plague of mosquitoes even before we had reached the reception for check-in from the car. The mosquitoes weren't just buzzing around in the air, they were aggressively biting our clothes and skin. The friendly ladies... at reception also had a lot to contend with. We had reserved a comfort pitch "I6" in advance. The mosquito infestation was also enormous in this area. Although we had insect screens in the caravan, many of the beasts still made it into the caravan and we still had to go "hunting" in the evening and at night. We were still stung the next morning. The site managers said that there are always lots of mosquitoes in the fall, but this year it was very bad.
The pitch was quite large and the caravan, awning and towing vehicle fitted easily on the plot. However, it was annoying that the ground on the pitch consisted mainly of sand, which was quite dry and dusty. I would expect grass on a 5-star pitch.
There is a restaurant and a beer garden in the reception area. The pizza in the beer garden was great and the prices for food and drinks were fair.
There is supposed to be free WiFi on the site. However, this only applies to the area around the beer garden.
The sanitary facilities were modern and clean, but there were no real shelves in the showers and the shower water stood in the cubicles because the drains didn't work well.
Otherwise, the campsite is well located. The beach is directly over the dyke, you can walk to the center of Zingst and explore the rest of the area via the well-developed network of cycle paths. And you can also easily get to other destinations on the island or on the mainland by car. The sanitary facilities left a lot to be desired, a somewhat older building smelled very unpleasant when entering and had only very small, dark, unclean cabins, which hardly offered any possibility for... storage, let alone for hanging clothes, the hook broke off almost as soon as you looked. The ceilings and corners were moldy.
The newer wash house was unfortunately also unkempt. The toilets had dirt that was not only a few days old and the showers were also unkempt and you stood in a large puddle of water from the previous person and from your own shower when getting dressed and undressed.
WLAN was a disaster.
The location on the very noisy, busy main road was not great either. Crossing it was a bit of an adventure to get to the beach. Unfortunately, we didn't like it there at all, and the staff at reception probably didn't care that visitors were leaving almost a week earlier than planned.
