However, I would recommend a more detailed description of the mobile homes and their equipment. For example, that there is no oven, the coffee machine is a filter machine... and there is a toaster. There are dishwashing towels but only a small bottle of dishwashing liquid as a welcome gift. Many thanks for that! But all in all complaining on a high level... The connection to the public transportation is within walking distance.
In 5 minutes (on foot) you can reach the bus at Seefeld Castle, which goes to the S-Bahn station "Seefeld Hechendorf". This S-Bahn station can be reached on foot in 15 minutes....
The fact that some of the pitches are very muddy is due to the constant rain.
The cleanliness is actually a point that we will discuss internally. Thank you for the tip.

Large, modern (and quite clean) if somewhat sparse sanitary facilities are available.
The walk there can be quite long due to the spaciousness of the site. I would have liked the second small sanitary facility to have... been open.
Otherwise, unfortunately, there were no places to stop for refreshments directly on the site. Neither the restaurant nor the kiosk were open. Only a small mini-market is open occasionally in the morning.
Even when the restaurant is closed, the outdoor area there could be made a bit nicer and more usable.
Contact with the campsite is quite anonymous.
A terminal is used to check in and out.
Doesn't necessarily save time but is of course easier for the operator...

As our summer toilets are not heated, we close them when temperatures are low.
We are of the opinion that the distances from each location on the site are relatively short.
Our reception is also open in the low season, just check the opening hours. So... that guests have the convenience of checking in or even making a booking outside reception opening hours, we also have a self-check-in terminal on the campsite.
