The site is characterized by permanent campers, but this only has advantages because everyone on the site is very tidy with everything.
The site is a good starting point for exploring the beautiful Mecklenburg region.
When the friendly... owner of the site smokes fresh fish, we strongly recommend ordering at least two tasty fish in advance.
The sanitary facilities are not state of the art, BUT, and this is crucial for us, they are very well maintained and were cleaned very thoroughly twice a day.
The guests were also very tidy with the sanitary facilities. There was never anything lying around, for example.
The owner is a great guy! The operators are very friendly and keep the site and the sanitary facilities in very clean condition. We also had the opportunity to try the home-smoked trout - a "poem". It was particularly pleasant that there is a campsite restaurant with simple and delicious home cooking at sensationally low prices. A schnitzel with fried potatoes for €5 with a delicious beer and an ice cream sundae for the children.
