Beautiful location by the lake

When it rains, some of the pitches quickly turn into muddy deserts, which endanger the stability of the caravan as the supports are washed out. This is where the campsite operator needs to take urgent action: Scattering with a layer of gravel. After all, the pitches are rented out exclusively!!!
Condition of the pitches with lake view
At our time, the campsite was underutilized in the lake view area, sometimes also due to the rainy weather.
It was disappointing for us that things were obviously stolen from our private bathroom by other guests. Too bad ☹️.

A medium-sized campsite. Very clean and well-maintained site, fairly large pitches of various types. Clean sanitary facilities and showers. Small private beach. Restaurant very good and reasonably priced. Friendly and pleasant staff. I always like to come back.

Positive: €26 for a large camper pitch including electricity/water for two adults per night, absolutely fair. Pool & children's pool with slides. Great location - Lazise "city center" is just around the corner on foot. Clean showers & WC's. Relaxed and child-friendly stay. Reception speaks German.

Negatives: No toilet paper & soap in the toilets. WLan reception only in selected areas, mobile reception not particularly good. Expensive mini market on the pitch. Supermarket is a 30-minute walk away. No sunbathing facilities at the lake, you have to go to the other pitches.
Price performance is right
Nevertheless, we would come again, as the atmosphere was simply relaxed and easy-going and the place is generally kept very clean!

Cozy campground a half-hour walk from the center of Lazise, suitable for families as it enjoys tranquility. Spacious and well-shaded pitches.

Negative note some tourists litter but the staff is constantly working to keep clean .
Relaxation and fun
Staff friendly and always available for any need. The campground is clean, has all amenities, and the prices are fair. The market and bazaar are stocked with everything. Animation very good and with different activities. Beautiful vacation.

Many of the pitches were very uneven and sloping, so that you needed 2 chocks on one side and almost sat on the other. This made it impossible to use the waste water tank.

Unfortunately there were also no water points and the water always had to be fetched from the sanitary building.

On the pitch you can hear the music from two events until late in the evening

- the pitches are extremely sloping, you can't level them out - the paths and pitches are uneven and not well maintained - Lake Garda is very dirty, noisy and full of algae at this point - the pool is good, there are no sunbeds! These are occupied at 10.00am with towels and then used from 11.30am. Cheeky!!!! - In the gym at 30 degrees "sturdy shoes" apply 🙈 - The restaurant and the beach bar are ok, the prices are ok. - The reception is helpful but hopelessly overwhelmed, complaints are only accepted with a shrug of the shoulders. - WLAN only works partially - the worst thing is the wash house at the lake, it is so dirty, in the morning there are beer cans/beer bottles and cigarette butts, the sinks are left dirty and clogged, the toilets are dirty, the showers are full of sand, etc.... - We also noticed that access to the site is open to everyone during the day, we saw a homeless person sleeping on the footpath in front of the wash house during the day. - You have to pay extra for mini golf (€3 per person), the soccer pitch is very uneven and the risk of injury is very high, the playground is getting on in years, -
we will not be back
and don't like this place at all. In the high season you pay almost 90€ a night with 2 adults and two children.
That's much better for this price.

One of the advantages is certainly the walking distance to the beach from the center of Lazise, only about 2 km! Animation for children and teenagers with fun activities. Pools with fun slides, open every day.
Negatywne
The prices in the bar and restaurant are a little high compared to the mini market.
Quiet campsite for couples and families
Friendly campsite staff, very helpful for any situation or need. Very well shaded pitches and accommodation in the middle of nature, ideal for families with children. The price is very good for a three-star campsite, but it is best to call in advance, especially on weekends.

We landed on the pitch by chance and were pleasantly surprised.
We were able to choose the pitch ourselves. The sanitary building may be a bit older, but it was always clean. It was very quiet in the evening. You can hear the evening entertainment from the other pitches, but even then it was quiet from... 11pm at the latest. The beach access is closed from 24h. The store has everything you need and the beach bar was great. Everyone was very friendly. However, if you want chic, you have to go somewhere else. We would come again.

Poor infrastructure and (almost) only sloping pitches
Where does the high valuation come from?
Why this campsite got 5 stars is inexplicable to me. The pitch assigned to us was so steep on a slope that I needed two chocks per bike to get our motorhome halfway level. We therefore moved on the second day, but the other pitch wasn't much better. Most of the pitches only have electricity. The condition... of the lower sanitary building near the lake can be described as "getting on in years". The new sanitary building in the middle area of the campsite was much cleaner. However, you have to bring your own toilet paper to both - something we have never experienced before.
The restaurant attached to the campsite is at the top of the access road, so you have to walk about 20 minutes steeply up the hill if you have a pitch near the lake. However, the food there was quite good and the prices were okay.
After 3 days we gave up and moved to another campsite. The best thing about this site was that no dogs were allowed!

Very nice beach section, directly on the lake, clean sanitary buildings, Lazise can be reached on foot on the beach in 30 minutes and by bike via cycle path in 15 minutes.

Reception permanently understaffed. Very long waiting times at check-in and check-out.
Inexpensive place - highly recommended
We stayed at the campsite for a week in August 2021 without booking. We were the only one who still had places available. The site is a real alternative to the better-known "La Quercia" and "idealazise", which are right next door. The site is on a slope, like all the campsites in this area. In our opinion,... it is also the most beautiful stretch of beach between Lazise and Peschiera. Great sandy beach without all the tourist facilities. If you want that, just go around the corner on the beach and you'll find everything there. We found the place very quiet. In the evening you could hear the animation from La Quercia a bit, but it ended around 10 pm. Very bearable. We were surprised when we checked out. 6 nights for 146 euros. A real bargain. We will definitely be back.

Relaxed vacation beautiful place
Stayed at the cp in august, received a very friendly welcome, we chose a pitch below the reception. Pitches a bit uneven. It was a bit of a walk down to the lake (especially the way back up :-) ) But kids preferred to be near the pool. Staff very very friendly, except the ladies in the small supermarket... at the checkout, seemed very annoyed... Supermarket with selection of the most necessary (prices cp level) Pizza from restaurant not recommended, very very greasy (with me the box dripped from the fat) also did not taste very good, staff in the restaurant works in service, cash register etc. then worked with food (without washing hands or similar) was glad that nothing had to be put on my pizza afterwards. Bar next to pool quite nice, just absolutely nothing going on in the evening, only from 9 pm for about 30 min when mini disco is. Sanitary always clean. Music from the neighboring place well audible, but for us not disturbing (was mostly good music and we were already looking forward to the next evening ;-))) All in all it was a nice vacation on the campsite.

A beautiful and, if required, quiet place
We were there as a family in the high season July 2018. We were able to choose our pitch and happened to have one in the middle of the site. It was near a new sanitary building. The sanitary facilities were clean and were also cleaned several times a day. The staff were all very friendly. In the stores... on the site you can get everything you need and fresh fruit, baked goods, etc. every day. In the upper part, around the pool, the campsite is noticeably noisy, also due to the entertainment. We had a pitch in the lower part of the site and therefore didn't notice any of the noise. The site therefore offers something for every guest. There were lots of families on site, but also a few groups who were more considerate of the families. The beach is within walking distance of Lazise.

Well located campsite south of Lazise
Well located campsite on the outskirts of Lazise with good infrastructure and a restaurant on site. Ample free time facilities directly on the site. Lazise is a cozy town with all shopping facilities and easy to reach by bike. Cycling tours in a northerly direction along the Garda are good, but you can... forget the southerly direction (many interruptions in the cycle path) and then continue on a busy road. We were there during the Bavarian Whitsun vacations, when cycling is not recommended (too much traffic in a confined space). It will probably be similar in summer.
