- Die alten Hasen H.June 2023PozytywneQuiet place Close to Constance and MainauNegatywneNo direct access to the lake, only via the public outdoor poolNice place, but without direct lake accessIf you want to go to the lake, you first have to go to the adjacent outdoor pool! You get an access card for this at the campsite, which is unfortunately annoying! Otherwise the site is nice, the staff just as nice. The sanitary facilities are much older, but were clean during our stay! Ideal for a visit to Constance, we stayed here for three nights.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Dagmar P.June 2022Pozytywne- great location - Cleanliness - Friendliness of the staff - beautiful large pitches for the motorhome or caravanNegatywneNo disadvantagesGateway to the Lake Constance cycle pathVery beautifully situated campsite. In the evening you can sit by the lake and enjoy the silhouette of Constance at sunset. A small stream flowing directly behind the pitches and lots of greenery make for a romantic stay. But the greatest thing is that the site is so conveniently located that you can... start many wonderful cycle tours from here, e.g. in Switzerland to Stein am Rhein or east to Rohrschach, through Constance along the Obersee to Überlingen or to the island of Reichenau, or you can take one of the many boat trips in Constance, e.g. to the Rhine Falls in Schaffhausen or to the Höri. Meersburg is practically around the corner by ferry and Mainau is only 5 km away. The campsite is super clean, the staff very friendly, the shop stocks everything campers need at short notice and the permanent campers are of a different positive quality to some places in Germany.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.

- Judith I.September 2020PozytywneFriendliness of the staff, super modern infrastructure, cleanliness in the sanitary facilities, proximity to the lake, good shopping facilitiesNegatywneall topA friendly place on the beautiful Lake ConstanceWe were there with the motorhome and had a very nice large pitch, perfectly equipped with water connection and electricity. In the evening we had a barbecue on the large communal grill opposite the reception. The staff were very attentive and friendly.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.

If you like it a little smaller but really well maintained, this is the place for you. The playground is big enough to let off steam and if that's not enough, you can go to the adjoining outdoor pool... with lido, which is included in the price of the pitch. The site managers are very friendly and helpful. When we made our reservation, we indicated that our caravan was just under 10 meters long. When we arrived, they realized that our caravan would not fit on the pitch. We were spontaneously given a second pitch at no extra charge! That's what I call service! The site manager also helped us maneuver through the very narrow streets with our huge piece of furniture. With a width of 2.5m, you need very good nerves to get onto the pitch. Which was a bit of a shame, but it's not the site's fault that the older permanent campers were a bit sensitive to children. Even after 10pm you could hear music coming from the lake and one or two people mistook the road along the campsite for a race track. But if you're not hypersensitive, this doesn't bother you.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Daniela B.August 2016Pozytywne- Proximity to the bathing area - Excursion possibilitiesNegatywne- Stones on the pitch - Access roads too narrowA jewel on the lakeWe stayed at the Fischerhaus for the first time this year. The playground for the children is great. As the campsite is small and well laid out, everything is within easy walking distance. The proximity to the great outdoor pool including free entry is great. We really appreciated that. You can go on... great excursions and cycle tours around the lake by bike. Constance is very close. Although we really liked it, we also have a few comments about what wasn't so great. The pitches are not so suitable for large caravans. The narrow (single-lane) access road barely allows you to drive through, let alone maneuver. We were reallocated from our originally booked pitch, but we didn't get there at all. It was very kind of the staff that they somehow managed to move us again. It was a pity that an escort to the pitch was not standard and the pitch did not have water and waste water. The pitches are made of sharp stones, which makes it very uncomfortable to move around in the awning. Both the washing area and the sanitary facilities are very old, but still ok. Cleanliness was also ok for us.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Wolfgang S.June 2016PozytywneFood by the lake is fine. Mirgros about 5 minutes away.NegatywneNoise, lack of hygiene, no supervision, few staff (they must be saving money).Suitable for pensioners and schoolchildren, not recommended for familiesFamily with two children (6+2yo): Ideal for older people who can switch off their hearing aid at night. Because next door, every evening loud music, horns etc. until late at night (games), this also from the tents with teenagers. Noise came mainly from the swimming pool next door. WC and shower poorly... cleaned or not cleaned at all, questionable cleaning schedule. Poor control and supervision, you can wash your hair at the dishwashing area, nobody says anything, not even the cleaning staff. For inexperienced drivers with caravans, I recommend that someone gets out when driving in through the narrow streets and makes sure that no chains or ropes from permanent campers are pulled along on the left and right, as these are very close to the road, the streets are more than narrow and very confusing (a child can run in at any time). In conclusion: camping is ideal for older people who don't like children, want to switch off their hearing aids and read in peace. In my opinion, unsuitable for families with children. For us, no next time eitherPrzetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Hans M.June 2016PozytywneNear the lake, near the swimming poolNegatywneSanitary facilities not clean, little to no cleaning. Kiosk is mostly closed. Unfriendly cleaning staff. Lots of noiseDoes not deserve these stars at all, the question is who gives stars hereWe stayed at the campsite in June 2016 with a caravan (family with two small children). It felt like being in a retirement home. Road with nightly car races is unfortunately still there, you just can't find any peace. Sanitary facilities 1x cleaning within 24 hours is not enough. Lots of dirt everywhere... and unfriendly cleaning staff. The kiosk is mostly closed. If you want to buy croissants, you can only get them from 08.00 am (if you're lucky). We won't be going there again!Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Sabrina S.October 2014PozytywneQuiet, well-kept, clean, near Constance, beer garden directly on the lakeNegatywnemoderate playground for small childrenGood placeWell-kept, clean and quiet campsite. Many permanent campers. Level lawn or gravel pitches, some of which were professionally repaired during our stay. Friendly groundsman. The wash house is not the most modern, but is really adequate and practically equipped. The showers have a washing area and there... are 2 hairdryers in each. Unfortunately, a changing table is only available in the ladies' toilet. There are extra bike racks in front of the wash house. It is not possible to enter at lunchtime. Good for the children's afternoon nap! There are 2 playgrounds: one is directly in front of the reception/kiosk. However, this is only for older children (approx. 8+). But there is a covered (!) sandpit. The second is a bit off the beaten track by the second tent meadow. It's more for small children, but not as nice. All in all, a good place. Also ideal for constant visitors (with bicycles). Tip: Just opposite is the outlet store for Stellson/Joop/Windsor, especially for suits! :)Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Carole M.July 2014PozytywneOn Lake Constance, near Constance Excellent cycling facilities Public swimming pool directly adjacent and free entryNegatywneSometimes a bit noisy. Somewhat small pitches. This campsite is small but niceWe always enjoy coming back to this campsite. Now a lot of things have been redone, lots of excursion possibilities, excellent cycling opportunities, friendly management, guarded at night by Securitas.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Sebastian W.May 2014PozytywneWonderful location directly on the lake incl. restaurant with numerous outdoor seating areasNegatywneLoud music from next door, exits are closed for cars at night and over lunchtime, the staff are an impositionDisappointedThe campsite is in a very nice location, but the disappointment was great. On the one hand, music from a nearby club was banging all night. It's also not right that the camping area is closed to cars from 10 pm to 7 am and between 12 am and 2 pm and you can't drive out. The staff are also extremely unfriendly.... When we wanted to check out at 07:00, according to the camping rules after the rest period, we were first ignored by the staff present and then aggressively approached that we should come back at 8 o'clock. Shocked, we put the money in an envelope and left. We will not be returning.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.Odpowiedź od Camping Fischerhaus June 12, 2014Dear Sebastian
We are astonished to see that you can write but cannot read our house rules. Of course it says when the reception is open. We also have a large notice board where everything important is noted, e.g. that we have a lunch break and are therefore closed to cars.
Unfortunately, we can't help... it if there is noise in the neighborhood. We are a city campsite and not where rabbits and foxes are at home. Kind regards from the friendly staff at Camping Fischerhaus.Przetłumaczone automatycznie. - Sevi R.May 2014Nice placeSmall, well-maintained site. Many permanent campers. - Roland L.May 2013Great gravelled pitches for motorhomes. No dirt on the pitches even when it rains. There is only one toilet container on the transit site, but it is spotlessly clean. It's not far to the washrooms as the pitch is not too big. Small kiosk that offers everything you need for breakfast. Operator very friendly and helpful.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- nicole f.August 2011Nice place, was totally full because it was a lake festival. Gigantic fireworks can be seen directly in front of the lake area of the campsite. Friendly staff, children had a lot of fun at the playground and in the outdoor pool which you can use for free (all new with a great wave slide and access to the lake).Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Beat Z.August 2010The campsite is generally okay. As usual in Switzerland, there are too many permanent campers with garden gnomes, flower beds and rock gardens. I find the 2-hour siesta (12 - 2 pm), when no car can drive in or out, completely out of place. Nobody keeps to the peace and quiet anyway, so the few cars wouldn't... bother them either, and the WiFi reception on the site could also be improved. The tourist pitches should be filled with soil and reseeded. When it rains there is water in the pitch very quickly. The groundsman and his wife were friendly and courteous.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Hans und Sonja S.August 2010We enjoyed our stay. Admission to the swimming and lake pool next door is free. Shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. The sanitary facilities are very clean, the staff very courteous. The lakeside promenade borders the campsite and you can walk or cycle to Constance, for example. We will be back.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Peter B.May 2010Very well-kept and well-managed campsite directly on Lake Constance. Some of the pitches are a little small. Good standard of sanitary facilities and above all very clean. The camping store only has a limited range of products, but the Seepark shopping center is within walking distance. Good leisure... facilities in the area. The surf school with pedalo rental and wakeboarding/water skiing are right next door. Entry to the lido is also included in the price. The Lake Constance cycle path passes right by the campsite. Cozy restaurants right on the lake are also right next to the campsite. This was our second year at the campsite and we plan to come again next year.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
