The pitch we chose from the (small) pitches available was large enough for caravans with awnings, but we had to park the towing vehicle on a free adjacent pitch, which served as an earth depot for gardening work in May 2024. In the season it should be... very crowded. We didn't use the beach because of the sightseeing program and the mostly fresh wind in the evening. The west entrance to the temple complex is only 4km from the campsite, but was closed in May due to construction work, so access was 16km; but the campsite is not responsible for this... Bread was available to pre-order, nearest grocery store and bakery about 1-2km away. Hot showers - despite information to the contrary in the ACSI-CC guide - after inserting money into a machine outside the showers and then it didn't always work. The whole family was super nice.
They say that Sicilian cuisine is characterized by simplicity and fresh ingredients.
That's exactly what you get there, prepared with lots of love.
We were able to watch the... food being prepared there. There were excellent pizzas, very fresh - from the oven to the mouth, so to speak.
The family was also open to vegetarian requests.

Pitches are rather small, access with a small caravan is possible but not easy because the road to the pitches is very narrow and there are small walls everywhere. Once you've made it, it's a great place. We... really liked it there, the beach is great and the staff at the campsite are extremely friendly and helpful with maneuvering or other questions.
