The long journey made up for it when you arrived at the campsite. Very quiet location with quick access to the village where you can find all the shops you need. One restaurant after the other right by the sea.......what more could you want. One more thing about the campsite:...
there is a wonderful pool right on site and a few steps further the beautiful sea. The restaurant on site is also beautifully designed and the drinks are delicious. The staff are very friendly and the food is delicious. There are freezers for the campers, washing machine, dryer, ironing board......
There are also cooking facilities where you can enjoy your meal right away. The campsite also offers enough space and distance if you have a dog with you.....
The site has plenty of shady spots and also sun, just as you like. There are also pitches with a view of the sea, sometimes there is a bit more wind but you have a better view of the water.
You can also arrive at night and stand in the pitch to check in the next day. No problem at all.......

Pool can get busy with local teenagers.Best Greek campsite we've been to.Great campsite. Very friendly staff. Limited food in shops early season and Greek meals of the day dont start til june but there is still a good choice of food on the snack bar menu. A 10 minute stroll into Sami where there is a good choice of places to eat.

Within walking distance of the village of Sami, where there are plenty of stores and tavernas. Still in a quiet location. The clientele is a colorful mix of old and young, couples and families. Everything you need in terms of facilities: fridges, kitchen, etc. The beach is beautiful. Due... to the location and facilities, you don't necessarily need motorization. The site is close to Sami. Different sizes of pitches. Good tree population therefore pleasant shade. La struttura confina con la spiaggia... (si attraversa un breve viale, interdetto alle autovetture) ed è dotata di piscina. Adiacente alla stessa, c'è il bar-ristorante, di buona qualità. - Recensione I.August 2011Fantastic camping. great location, close to the village of Sami and there is also a walk in less than 10 minutes you can get there even on foot. Pitches: There are big and small ones, but if you want a big one I suggest you book because when we arrived the big ones were all booked. very clean toilets,... 2 times a day. At night you don't suffer the heat, in fact, the temperature drops and it's even cold. Leisure: There is tennis court, Pool and playground. It has a convenience store and also a restaurant. Possibility to Rent fridges, cooking, WI-FI Internet (not in the whole campsite, only in the areas near the reception). - Franz S.August 2011Excellent place, very well maintained, even has a huge kitchen with everything I only know from Australia. Very well stocked mini market, the tavern next door is good, but not very cheap. Very nice pool area, which unfortunately closes at 18:30. Sami is a 15 minute walk away, the beach is nothing great,... but the island has other bays that you need a car to reach. Very friendly, helpful staff who are happy to help with ferry reservations and speak excellent English. Sami is a good starting point for all kinds of excursions.
