Away from the hustle and bustle of the Kaiserbäder. No visitor's tax due. There is always enough space. Very clean sanitary facilities.

Around 4 km from the beach. However, there is a good cycle path.
I would love to come back
Once again, this campsite was a very nice and inexpensive alternative to the overcrowded pitches near the beach. Very friendly and helpful operators. My forgotten glasses were sent to me in a courteous manner.

For campers with low requirements
Two of us camped here due to a lack of space on nicer campsites. The campsite for caravans, tents and permanent campers is a bit far away (approx. 3 km) from the beach, but you can get a place for your tent at short notice. Unfortunately, it's not exactly quiet, partly due to the adjacent road and partly... due to various guests who are obviously here to party. Unfortunately, none of the management makes sure that the night's rest is respected. The leisure facilities are zero. The sanitary facilities are excellent and very new, so there's nothing to complain about. Conclusion: This campsite is a good and inexpensive alternative on Usedom for campers on a tight schedule with low expectations and a willingness to make compromises.

Although the site is still largely reminiscent of the GDR, the shower and washing facilities are state of the art. The toilet facilities are reminiscent of times gone by, but are kept in a very clean and hygienic condition by the family who run the site. As the site is neither parceled out nor level,... it is not suitable for "upmarket campers" who like to have everything arranged down to the last detail. We really liked the simple site, the friendliness of the host family and it is an ideal starting point for exploring the island by bike or car. An inexpensive alternative to the campsites near the beach.
