If you tell the cleaning lady to remove the cobwebs above the door she scolds you in Hungarian and leaves. The pool is slippery, the pool supervisor is only busy with the cell phone and does exactly nothing. I think it's one of the best on the south bank, even if there are even better ones on the north bank.
The pitches are large enough and well demarcated. The long meadow bathing beach with direct access to Lake Balaton is particularly great.... A huge bathing area just for the campsite, only a few steps away from the caravan.
Everything is very clean and well maintained. The sanitary facilities in particular were very clean (even if a little dated). There is also a nice playground and volleyball court. There is a small supermarket for emergency provisions.
The only drawback is that the children's entertainment and the children's pool are right on the edge, directly at the entrance. As a result, you hardly use them, although they are certainly not bad. It's just too far away from the pitches and the beach. The pool and entertainment should be more centrally located. Also missing is a small children's beach where the little ones can dig in the sand on the shore. A hairdresser on the campsite would not be bad either (there are other campsites on Lake Balaton). I also find it annoying that there is no central garbage area, but the garbage cans are scattered along the main path. This does not look nice. In the evenings, the operator could provide more peace and quiet, as young people often party loudly with music on the volleyball court on the beach until after midnight. The prices at the snack bar and restaurant are a bit too high.

The only problem is that very little German is spoken at reception. You are treated quite rudely. Last year was our 12th visit to the campsite. Unfortunately, the toilets have not been renovated. The showers are really disgusting. The price for the pitch is getting more... and more expensive. So we and many other campers will not be going back to this site. What a shame, really.
Washing machines are advertised on Instagram. There's one for the whole site and if you comment on it, you're immediately blocked. Absolutely not open to criticism. The location of the campsite is very good. If you book early you get a pitch directly on Lake Balaton. The sanitary facilities are the primary problem. Loose tiles, toilet... seats made of glued wood partly without color, ... I don't know why this is not put in order, especially since a cleaning staff is on the road all day in the abundant sanitary facilities and does a very good job. The site could really score points here! The pitch we were given was large enough and had its own electricity connection. The restaurant in the area was not my cup of tea. I can recommend the small bar. The service here is really nice and the prices are ok. There is a pool. I didn't use it because I give priority to Lake Balaton. The campsite was completely full, every plot was occupied, the tent campers took up every space around the toilets. Despite this, the campsite was not noisy, noisy... We got a pitch near the entrance (turnstile), close to the buffet... line. The area is mostly sunny, with little shade. Car traffic was tolerable, everyone inside the campground moved slowly. There is a pool where the kids can have a good swim and the animators were constantly organising activities. The beach is immaculate. The water is slowly deepening, perfect for weak swimmers, small children. On the beach there is a playground, several showers. The campsite has a grocery store with minimal supplies, several buffets, cafeterias, gyros, and a flame oven. The price is ok by Balaton standards, the quality is impeccable. When we were there, there was also a camping shop. The bath/WC facilities are a disaster. The toilet boards are worn out, the showers are smashed, the water from the shower heads comes with brutal force, for children it can even cause injury. We didn't see any maintenance while we were there, but they cleaned regularly. However, with so many people it is ineffective. However, there is a baby bath, which is fine. There are 3 water blocks, well spaced from everywhere. There is 200MB free Wifi - but not up to date. The price of pay Wifi has not been thought through. There is a noticeable greed. Everything is within walking distance and a few minutes drive. Restaurant, snack bar, ferry, pier, ALDI, TESCO, etc... (Party, relax, fishing, biking, boating.) Unfortunately, this condition will not be changed and the sanitary facilities were catastrophic. Dirty, vermin etc. When the campsite was full, it was only cleaned very poorly once a day.
