- Andreas Z.May 2022PozytywneThe peace and quiet, the central location, the large pitches for caravans and tents.Negatywnenothing! An "old school" campsite. The site is very well located for hiking. Even though I am not a cyclist, this also applies to cyclists.
It's about 500m to the center of Bedoin to get everything you need.
The reception staff are friendly and happy to provide information.
For campers with a tent, it is very useful to bring pegs to screw in. However, this is no reason for me to give the campsite a minus for this.Przetłumaczone automatycznie. - Ayfer Ö.June 2019PozytywneEverything else is fine, just like every year.NegatywneNoneUnfortunately, the toilets are not clean1. the toilets were cleaned at 8.25 in the morning. Women then either have to wait that long or, as I did, go in with the men and have to watch a man walk out while they clean. This was not absolutely necessary. In the pool entrance where the feet should get wet and clean, the water was so dirty that all guests flew out at the wall so as not to put their feet in the water.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Carsten G.September 2018Pozytywne- very nice terrace pitches - friendly welcome - walking distance to BedoinNegatywne- noneGreat municipal course in ProvenceCampsite on a mountainside with a sparse pine forest, very nice pitches with some great views. Steep access road, many pitches are not suitable for larger motorhomes. There is a free tractor service for caravans (you should definitely take advantage of this to spare your nerves and the clutch). Bédoin,... a lively Provençal village, is within walking distance. It has the best bakery in the region (personal opinion). Starting point for many racing cyclists to Mont Ventoux. Very pleasant atmosphere and good value for money.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Benjamin B.June 2011The campsite is located on a slope and offers plenty of shade with its numerous pine trees. You need it too, because it gets really warm here in summer. The pitches are not parceled out but spread out on the slope in different sizes. The prices for all pitches are the same. There are three sanitary blocks.... 2 of them are state of the art. The top one had not yet been modernized on my last visit. Barbecuing with charcoal is prohibited on this site. If you do, then only with gas. In summer it is very dry there, which is why the risk of fire is too great to allow charcoal barbecues. The visitors to this campsite are very diverse. There are many Dutch people who spend the whole summer there. There are also some Brits who like to play on the tennis court. Of course, there are also lots of cycling enthusiasts, as the stage to Mt. Ventoux starts in Bedoin. Many people ride up there on racing bikes. But there are also routes for mountain bikes. The CP has an outdoor pool which is also used by the local population. It is only open in summer and offers good gastronomy, although you can eat better in the village. If you want peace and quiet, you should choose a pitch further up, as the outdoor pool and tennis court down below can be very noisy. The ground at CP La Pinede is quite hard. You should bring a hammer. Aluminum pegs can only be sunk in a few places. Better take steel nails with you. If you don't want to drive your caravan up yourself, you can have it pulled up by a tractor. I don't know if this costs anything extra. At the bottom, in front of the CP, there is also a free camper van site with plenty of pitches and a fresh water supply as well as a public waste water disposal point nearby. There are lots of opportunities for all kinds of excursions around Bedoin, but you can also just relax and unwind. I have spent many wonderful vacations in Bedoin.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
