Pool ist mal ein Tag eine Abwechslung, aber keine Rutschen oder Ähnliches vorhanden. Also den kann man getrost vergessen. Ansonsten sauber und zentral gelegen. Liegt direkt am Strand. Von den Bungalows muss man allerdings schon mal gut 20 min zum Strand laufen. Loud neighbors after 23:30. Loud music never disturbed. If the landing door is closed, you can still walk around outside. Great sanitary facilities. Lots of children there because of the €5 children's price. For us Til. No entertainment. Hld/sp/engl. so so. (you have to like it or not care, then it's fine ;-) ) Specific pitches cannot be reserved.The usual Costa Brava plague! NOISE, NOISE, NOISE, especially bass speakersEarly July: What's the point of having the most beautiful surroundings and the best beach if you're drowned out by the entertainment? The announcements of activities over the campsite loudspeakers are still okay, but from 12:00 noon onwards, the pool animation (either water gymnastics or pool disco...),... almost daily evening animation: either mini disco (even the youngest ones are blown away...), or disco or karaoke or live music. The basses in particular can be heard in every corner of the campsite... In the last few years, a salesman for "event hardware" has probably upgraded all the campsites and beach bars and made a good profit, and Playa Brava was probably unable to escape this "trend"... Well, even if the wind blows the music away from time to time, the basses make everything vibrate permanently. In the evening, the music was so loud all over the CP, it was as if the tent neighbors were having a private party. Probably to encourage people to join in. No peace and quiet in the caravan either. We were also here in 2016 and things were much more "civilized" and quiet. Back then, it was still a campsite and not a party place. And no, not everyone wants it that way. And that's not the trend.... Many of the campers you talk to feel harassed, but have often given up ("It's just the way it is these days"). OK, you can argue about taste in music, but the music is often the kind that makes you want to shout and clap along: party, sun, Ballermann... In addition, you have to wear a wristband that identifies you as authorized to enter. You can't take the wristband off. It's not as if you have to defend yourself against moochers from outside at the all-inclusive buffet. Everything still costs money here. In this respect, this obligation to wear wristbands is incomprehensible... Here, too, you just feel like a paying bird that needs to be plucked as much as possible... I think this trend needs to be reversed... Our next vacation will probably be far inland, probably in the Pyrenees, somewhere with a pool, peace and quiet and a beautiful view. And our children don't like it either, they think it sucks... There were few times that I didn't see any cleaning staff there. Most of the pitches were about 80m2 in size and unusable for caravans with a length of 7m. The larger pitches were built... later and have no water and sewage on site. The entertainment for children was very good and there was always something going on until late in the evening. The sandy beach was clean and the water was shallow. Ideal for swimming... with children. The pool has its own sunbathing area and lifeguards, although we didn't use the pool. In the high season there is plenty of entertainment, with 3 evening programs. However, these always ended at 23:30 and the place was quiet at 24:00. At the end of the high season there was less entertainment. The supermarket and the bakery are well stocked, at "normal" prices. I had the feeling that they were cleaned around the clock. The pool is also very large and has a large sunbathing area around it. Outside there is a supermarket... with everything you need. The front pitches (near the beach offer no shade) but the pitches behind them have plenty of vegetation to provide shade. Na stronie nie wspominaja rowniez o tym ze wejscie na plaze otwarte jest tylko do 20.00, basen na terenie czynny do 20.00. W sumie o tej porze zycie zanika, jesli pojedziecie bez samochodu lub innego srodka lokomocji to umarl w butach. Dobrze maja rowerzysci, jest gdzie pojezdzic. Jest boisko do nogi, korty tenisowe, wspomniany basen, knajpa na miejscu (nie korzystalismy) raz zamowiona pizza - marny wynik. Nie moge powiedziec ze nie udal mi sie urlop, ale wiele mnie rozczarowalo, bo nastawialismy sie na bardziej aktywne wakacje, ale badz co badz hiszpania zaliczona. Zycze wszystkim powodzenia 😋

We now also take friends with us. The weather is great in July and August, there are lots of Dutch people and great (shady) pitches at the back. Very clean sanitary facilities, you can sometimes meet a cleaning lady in... the middle of the night. Nice entertainment, something for everyone and a well-stocked supermarket on site. In our experience, the prices there are sometimes cheaper than in town. As we arrived in the afternoon at the beginning of August, we only had one pitch in the front part of the campsite without shade, but it didn't matter as there... were only 2 pitches available in this category (Master XL)! When choosing a pitch, watch out for dips, as after a heavy thunderstorm the campsite was a good 40 cm under water in places. The sanitary facilities are not among the newest, but the showers have an exceptionally large shelf area that stays dry even when showering! There is also plenty of water coming out of the shower head - the showers are really great - at least in our wash house. Unfortunately, toilet paper only in the corridor and the only toilet brush. The sanitary facilities are constantly cleaned - very clean, even early in the morning! The beach slopes gently into the water, our 9 year old son could walk a good 100m into the water (at least where we were). Unfortunately there was always a wind in the afternoon and we had forgotten our beach shell, but we got used to the wind. The restaurant can only be recommended to a limited extent, the food is ok but too expensive. The entertainment doesn't blow you away either - compared to Italy - but the campsite is quiet. The campsite is in Dutch hands until the third week of August, after that it is empty on the campsite.
