" - The most positive thing about this campsite is clearly its location near the Etruscan sites of Populonia. The pitches are very small, the sanitary facilities quite old, there is no hot water except in the showers. The restaurant is only open at weekends in the low season

Profil

Camping Sant’Albinia is into a shadowy pine-woods, on the Costa degli Etruschi, land of old holiday tradition, that hosted writers, poets and artists. It’s near Baratti Gulf and Populonia Castle, ten minutes on foot from uncontaminated beaches. Recent works have …been made in order to ensure modern and efficient services: the big shared car-park with automatic way-in and way-out, games and miniclub for children, fitting-up for barbecue, free hot showers, fitness area, internet-wireless connection at 54 Mbit/s, bike renting to get the Torraccia’s beach, provided with umbrellas, chairs and couches. At Baratti Bay there’s the possible to rent a boat and get to Elba Island within an hour. The pizzeria-restaurant provides service of sself-service at lunch, has menu la carte and take-away dishes. At the supermarket there are kinds of necessities, tuscan cheese and sausages, fresh and frozen food, beach/see and Camping outfits. A modern, lawful platform for unloading camper has been realized, thus one more reason to choose Albinia Camping.
