Greeting' by a mechanically speaking employee, he did his job without any care at all. He did not allow himself to be interrupted for questions during his speech and was also difficult to understand.
After the briefing, we were allowed to go off with our smartphone... and choose a pitch. We took a photo and went to reception. Checking in was a bit slow, and the walk across the not-so-small pitch kept us busy for an hour. Works better on other sites.
The pitches are all very run down. Nice and well-kept is different.
Sanitary OK, showers are very small. Even turning around is difficult.
The small supermarket is OK, we didn't try the restaurant with its plastic chairs.
Overall, the place is unjustifiably very expensive.
Alghero is worth a look and can be reached by bike in 20 minutes. Bosa was already nicer...Przetłumaczone automatycznie.Odpowiedź od Camping Village Laguna Blu November 4, 2024Dear guest, we are sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. Water at the pitch.NegatywnePrice performanceOverpricedWe stayed at the site for 2 nights. It was still low season and the site was actually almost empty but we paid 132.40 euros for our VW bus, 2 people and a small dog. WLAN would have cost another 10 euros. Due to the proximity to the lagoon, there was also a plague of mosquitoes and our pitch was full of ants.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.Odpowiedź od Camping Village Laguna Blu June 10, 2024Dear guest, thank you for sharing your opinion with us. Bus to Alghero right outside the campsite.
We didn't use the beach as we'd been to some dream beaches and this one definitely couldn't compete. The pool was just too great for that :-)
The children's disco in the evening was fun and... afterwards it was just quiet on the campsite. No loud animation until late at night. Maybe different during the high season?
The staff at reception spoke English, German and French as well as Italian (possibly more languages...but we heard them :-) and were very friendly and helpful.
Prices for the campsite were high in comparison at just under 80 euros.
Highly recommend this campsite.Przetłumaczone automatycznie. - Ionut P.July 2022PozytywnePaved walkways, easy position to get to the beach, spacious campsites. Cottages galore. Swimming pool. Grocery store. Restaurant.NegatywneThere is no soap and paper in the toilets. Slightly annoying considering that a night's camping for 2 people is 59€ or 63€.July 2022Great prices. 59 or 63€ a camper for 2 persons. A cottage with kitchen also for 2 people costs 190€/night.
You can visit the Grotte di Nettuno which is sensational. The ticket is 14€/person including guide. If you don't want to go down the 650 steps, you can arrive by boat. Last group entry is at 19.00....
Also from the camping you can rent Fiat cars from 100€/day, bicycles from 8€/day.
If you cross over to the beach, there's a taverna you can go to when the sun gets too much and you can have an Ichnusa beer for 3€. A hamburger for 9 eur. A portion of fish from 15 eur.Przetłumaczone automatycznie. - Steffen H.June 2022PozytywneFriendly staff, clean sanitary facilities, bus connection to AlgheroNegatywneVery large, impersonal campsite; hordes of mosquitoes in the evening, small tent pitchesComfort with flocks of mosquitoesThe site is very large and impersonal, just a village, you know that when you read the name.
We received a friendly welcome and were able to choose our pitch, which left just enough space for a table and chairs for a large tent and car (no problem in the low season if neighboring pitches are free). Practical:... all campsites have a nearby water point with a drain.
We hardly heard the nearby road.
The sanitary facilities were always clean and we could live with the small showers if we only took a towel and a small item of clothing.
The store was well stocked, including fresh produce.
Very practical: the regular bus connection to Alghero (maps only with app).
In the evening, unfortunately, you can feel the proximity to the lagoon, hordes of mosquitoes made the evening (in June) uncomfortable and demanded a hunt before going to bed. The children of our neighbors were completely bitten.Przetłumaczone automatycznie. - Andreas T.October 2021PozytywneCampsite has everything you need.NegatywneBeach on the other side of the road and certainly overcrowded in summer due to the number of mobile homes.Autumn timeBeautiful Cp with everything a camper needs. We had the campsite almost to ourselves. On the one hand it was quiet, on the other hand it was a bit boring for the children. The campsite itself is in great condition and the location is fantastic. Our bungalow was in perfect condition. We felt very comfortable.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Edith G.October 2020PozytywneLarge site with spacious pitches. Shady, lots of trees. Clean. We had a pitch in the most expensive category right by the water with a barbecue area and water/waste water connection. Dogs are allowed. Beautiful pool area (swimming cap compulsory, you have to buy one there for 3 euros)NegatywneThe beach is on the other side of the road and was covered with spongy seaweed about 1 meter high along its entire length. WLAN works poorly or not at all. Toilets without paper, the showers are very cramped. If you have a problem, nobody is responsible. You can hear the road very well.Nice place but poor customer serviceIt rained from time to time and there were huge puddles around our caravan, but even on the nice days it didn't really want to dry out, we had mega mud on our pitch. As we had a car, it didn't bother us much that the beach on site wasn't nice. The fact that there was no toilet paper and only a few, mostly... empty disinfectants only bothered us the few times we forgot to take the paper with us :)....
The WLAN only worked partially (we paid separately for this...)
We then had to leave 3 days earlier because of Corona and we were not accommodated at all. They didn't want to refund the money for these days (my husband arranged everything, so I don't know the exact amount, about 150 Fr). They didn't even take back the laundry chip for 5 euros.Przetłumaczone automatycznie. - kristina n.August 2019PozytywneIdyllic location between beach and lagoon Great pool areaNegatywneBeach across the roadVery well-kept CP with new clean sanitary facilitiesThe CP makes a very new and well-kept impression. - Silvester B.June 2019PozytywneVery clean, convenient locationNegatywneBeach not attractiveHuge plantOne of the largest campsites, therefore more of a village. The site was only about 20% full. Suitable for visiting Alghero and as a start / end place before / after ferry.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Alexander T.June 2019PozytywneClose to Alghero with bus connection, nice placeNegatywneBeach not particularly niceGladly againWe stayed at this site for 2 nights and would go there again despite some minor restrictions. The site is very large, has sufficient and always clean sanitary facilities and the large and beautiful swimming pool area, which has probably only just been opened. You also need this as the beach area is not... really nice and was also covered in seaweed when we were there. You can get everything you need at fair prices in the market. The bus line to the center of Alghero runs directly in front of the campsite (tickets at the reception 1.-€). We didn't visit the campsite restaurant, but everything looked quite good. The entertainment is right next to the campsite entrance so that the pitches are largely spared any noise. The supply/disposal is unfavorably built, you have to drive on it backwards and the mobile is higher at the back than at the front. We paid €48 for 1 motorhome with 5 people, which can be described as cheap, especially in terms of the price/performance ratio.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Alexander T.June 2019Would come againThe pitches are big enough and nice. The toilets and showers were always clean. The new pool area is great for the kids as the beach is across the road.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Bernd U.May 2019PozytywneLocation, clean and quiet in the low season.NegatywneAs with all Baja shower rooms, there are no proper partitions, so the laundry always gets wetNice CP in the low seasonThis is a very large campsite that we visited in the low season. The ACSI pitches were all in order, some directly on the lagoon, the sanitary facilities were not all open yet, the swimming pool was being renovated and was therefore not yet available. The sanitary facilities available were very clean... and modern. The staff were very friendly (also German-speaking) and helpful. Unfortunately we had to deal with a lot of mosquitoes (location directly on the lagoon?) There is a bus stop directly opposite the entrance for an absolutely worthwhile visit to Alghero. To get to the beach (which was not yet cleaned) you have to cross the main road.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.

- Alex W.April 2019Negatywnevery uncomfortable for people with small tentsVery large and uncomfortableThis campsite is really large with good infrastructure, with a market, restaurant, bar. Maybe it is good for large groups of young people or for people with caravans, but it is really inconvenient and uncomfortable for people with small tents. We had a very strong wind from the sea, and there was no... place where we could put our tent in the shade of the wind, because the camping area is large and flat, almost without big bushes or any cozy places. After a thunderstorm and pouring rain, our tent was dirty and everything around was dirty, because the places for the tent were on soil and not on fine gravel, as in many other campings.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.Odpowiedź od Camping Village Laguna Blu April 29, 2019Dear Alex, thank you for your review, we are very pleased that you appreciate our campsite, market, restaurant and bar.
We are sorry to hear that you felt uncomfortable in our camping area.
Unfortunately you found bad weather with storms with Scirocco and Libeccio winds that caused a lot of problems.... In those two days we had a giant thunderstorm that made the conditions difficult for anyone in the tent, in any campsite.
We have a camping area more sheltered under the pinewood that is protected by the wind and you could stay there.
We appreciate your advice because we want to improve our service.
We hope to see you again in one of our Baia Holiday’s campsites! - Renate G.October 2018PozytywneBus connection to Alghero Good location for exploring the north Sassari, Castelsardo etc.Negatywnevery expensiveIn the off-season ok for us, but expensiveWe were there at the end of October 2018 and took a pitch right by the lagoon, which was very nice (except for the cigarette butts that the previous campers left there. Maybe you could take a look there as a campsite). The reception was ok, as was the booking. We stayed half a day longer as our ferry... didn't leave Porto Torres until 22:30. The pitch is pleasantly large, the pizzeria ok, but nothing more. The bus that goes to Alghero and other beaches right outside the campsite is great. Fertilia is within walking distance, but not necessarily exciting. We enjoyed watching the birds on the lagoon and were not bothered by the noise of the nearby airport.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Sandra R.September 2018Pozytywne- Good location for exploring Alghero and Capo Caccia - Many shady spots, but not directly on the lagoon, which are very sunnyNegatywne- Small showers, less suitable for familiesWith a view of the lagoonWe were at the campsite at the end of September and had pre-booked a Paradise pitch. These pitches are in the first row towards the lagoon and are very spacious. However, the pre-booking would not have been necessary. There were always enough pitches - including paradise pitches - available. Most of... the Paradise pitches don't have much shade, which was good at the end of September, but I think this is more of a disadvantage in the height of summer. The pitches in the western part of the campsite, also right by the lagoon, also seemed very nice. The mosquito problem described in other reviews no longer occurred at the end of September. However, the humidity from the lagoon was so high at night that our table and chairs were soaking wet in the morning, as if after rain. The site itself is very large and I can imagine that it is very busy in the high season. The campsite itself is "only" on the lagoon and not directly by the sea. The sea is separated from the campsite by the main road. The pool area looks very nice and well-kept, with a large water area for the children. Unfortunately, it is compulsory to wear a swimming cap. This can be purchased in the store for 3 euros, but for 3 nights we didn't bother. The campsite also has a private beach on the other side of the road, where sun loungers/umbrellas can be rented. The sanitary facilities were clean, but you have to bring your own toilet paper. The showers were very small. It would be nice if there were larger showers, as you can hardly turn around in the shower with two small children and towels. There is a well-stocked mini-market and a restaurant, but we didn't go there. The old town of Alghero is 15 minutes away by bike. There is a cycle path leading there, which is separated from the road and is also illuminated at night. The bus stops right in front of the campsite.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.

- ROBERT P.August 2018PozytywneTHE BEACHES, because the camping site sucks.Negatywne20 YEARS LATER THAN FRANCE( in this campsite)a shame!!!On arrival, the campsite displays 5 stars... In France this is the equivalent of 2 stars... It's a disgrace, we were sold a holiday with swimming pool + city stadium for teenagers + entertainment... ETC; The pool is under construction, the city soccer is 4 meters by 8 and paying 5 euros per hour, to... park a small motorcycle next to the mobile home is 5 euros per day, the air conditioning 80euros more entertainment is for babies, NUL very disappointed ...
