- Oliver S.październik 2021PozytywneBeautiful large pitches directly on the Moselle Restaurant with good quality at top prices Ideal location between Cochem and Beilstein Very reasonable accommodation priceNegatywneHot water in the showers could be a little warmer Moseluferstraße acoustically always slightly presentBeautiful place in an ideal locationWe were here for 3 days in October 2021 and found a simple but very nice and well located campsite with a top price-performance ratio.
The operators are very nice and helpful.
The location between Cochem and Beilstein is ideal for cycling and hiking.
The village of Bruttig is also very cozy and offers... several places to stop for a bite to eat.
The small restaurant with a nice terrace has delicious food and drinks at very reasonable prices.
The sanitary facilities were never very dirty, but could be kept a little cleaner. Just as the hot water in the showers could be a little warmer.
But all in all we felt very comfortable and we will definitely be back.
You don't really need more of a campsite.Przetłumaczone automatycznie. - Christine R.wrzesień 2021PozytywneEverything, the cleanliness, friendliness of the operators, nice other campersNegatywneNothingWas super nice as alwaysWe always feel very comfortable on this small family campsite. Very clean and friendly. Have been coming here every year at the beginning and end of our vacation for a few years now.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Harald B.październik 2019PozytywneLocation directly on the river, quiet.NegatywneArea around reception, snack bar and sanitary building looks like an unkempt allotment plot. Soft meadow as a parking space for a camper van.Good location - poor implementationThe campsite is an example of how you don't have to do anything for the guests, they come anyway. Location good, overall impression so-so, behind the sanitary building, waste water disposal etc. is an absolute imposition. The region attracts many motorhomes, especially in the fall. You can expect pitches... to be paved (grass pavers, gravel) and you don't have to worry about getting stuck on the damp meadow. A hint of a parceling out would be helpful for order. Reading electricity consumption by hand is no longer up to date, especially as a flat rate is also charged. Conclusion: with simple means you could turn the campsite into a gem. It was just enough for us for one night.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Marion K.lipiec 2019PozytywneDirect access to the Moselle, food and drink right on site. Very nice operator.NegatywneRelatively noisy, as this site, like almost all campsites on the Moselle, is located directly on the road.Beautifully situated campsite directly on the MoselleThe price-performance ratio is absolutely right here, you have direct access to the Moselle. The Klein-Götz winery has very good wine, the Dornfelder is my favorite and once a week there is barbecue day, the food was very tasty. We would stop here again at any time.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.

From 5:00 the night is unfortunately over. Soundproofing for this side would be ideal.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.

- Ralf K.kwiecień 2019PozytywneNice location, restaurant with nice people, good starting point for excursions. Price/performanceNegatywneWaste disposal station, outdoor sink for dishesSimple and good.We were here with the motorhome in March/April 19. The site is located between the main road and the Moselle. The reception is also the site's pub and restaurant. Drinks and food are super cheap here, and you quickly get into conversation with the regular guests and the site operators who are behind... the taps. There is a sanitary container directly behind the small restaurant, which could be better. The actual sanitary facilities are located in a directly adjacent building, which is "elevated" due to the risk of flooding. This means that the facilities are only accessible via a fairly steep external staircase. The sanitary facilities themselves were very clean during our stay. From the campsite you can go on beautiful excursions along the Moselle.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.

- Peter v.sierpień 2018Vreselijke eigenaarWij kwamen na een lange reis uit Zwitserland net voor 8 uur 's avond aan. On the website states that it can be checked in until 8 o'clock. We meldden ons bij de bar, waar het op dat moment weg druk was. De man achter de bar liet ons zien waar we onze caravan konden neerzetten. Zodra we klaar waren konden... we hem roepen om de stroom aan te sluiten. Half an hour later it was too late. We went back to the bar, where the same man was very short and cheeky. He now had no time, we had to come back again. For us nooit met deze camping!Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Michael L.wrzesień 2016PozytywneBeautiful location.NegatywneDisastrous sanitary facilities. Showers for a fee.Great location, but....The site is located directly on the Moselle, with a wonderful view of the vineyards and the river. Friendly care by the two operators. Lots of taps on the site. Sometimes noisy, as it is right on the main road, and the boats are sometimes very noisy. Small pub with snack bar on the site, reasonable prices.... Nice regulars. Sanitary facilities a disaster, toilets downstairs in an old container, it stinks terribly. The showers can only be reached via a steep staircase, dangerous or inaccessible for older people, disabled people and drunks. Water temperature cannot be adjusted, showers only lukewarm. Everything very dirty, I only saw a cleaning lady once in a week. It smells from the drain. There is no WLAN. Mobile network almost non-existent. Eplus, O2, Vodafone does not work or only very slowly (Edge).Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Alexandra S.wrzesień 2016PozytywneLocated directly on the Moselle. Beautiful view. Nice place with a few places to stop for refreshments. Boat mooring right next to the campsiteNegatywneTotally filthy sanitary facilities. You can't be pickyFirst of all, I'd like to make it clear that I'm not one of those people who lays out paper in other people's toilets or is constantly running around with disinfectant. So I'm not too fussy - but as a camper, you can't be either! At the campsite in Bruttig-Fankel, however, I was put to a tough test.... The first thing to note is that the campsite is in a beautiful location - right on the Moselle. And if you stand in the front row, you have a wonderful view of the vineyards and/or the passing ships. In the small restaurant, which is run by the owners themselves, you can enjoy a small selection of inexpensive dishes. As it was always busy during the whole weekend we were there, it also seems to taste good. There were also regular guests. We were largely self-catering. When we arrived at the campsite, the first thing I had to do was go to the toilets. I was a little surprised. It looked relatively dirty, especially the floor. The toilets themselves were not noticeably dirty. But I thought that they would certainly be cleaned later. After we had made ourselves at home (pitching the awning etc.), I took a closer look at the sanitary facilities. I've been to a few campsites before, but I'd never seen anything like it. The floor in the shower room was so dirty that it's hard to describe. I would guess that it hadn't been cleaned properly all summer. There were rags by the equally dirty washbasins, with which you were obviously supposed to clean your own washbasin? The shower cubicles themselves were even dirtier - which I hardly thought possible. The floor looked as if a herd of buffalo had trampled through it. The taps were totally filthy (sorry, can't find a more appropriate word). There was a garden hose hanging on the wall - apparently the only "cleaning tool". From then on, I only used the toilet when it was unavoidable and I washed myself in the caravan with the help of a bowl of hot water and a washcloth. A tin of dry shampoo became my best friend. It is incomprehensible to me that the many permanent campers tolerate this state of affairs. You can make do for a weekend - but a whole season on a campsite with these filthy sanitary facilities ... unthinkable for me! Also strange was the hole next to the washing-up area where you could empty your chemical toilet. It was simply a hole that apparently led directly into the sewage system, covered with a metal lid that you could easily remove (even a child). It kind of reminded me of the movie "Merry Christmas with the Griswalds" (the scene where the brother-in-law empties his chemical toilet into the sewer :-)). It's a shame really, it could be such a nice place. Men, if you hire someone to clean it regularly, I'll be happy to come back.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
