- gueni w.October 2022PozytywneThat you are right on the Weser with a well laid out (paved) path that leads you to Nordenham. As described, half of the site are permanent campers, but that doesn't matter as the owner always finds a place to accommodate someone. The site is run by a nice couple and Sascha, the owner, is always ready to listen if there are any problems. Yes, the railroad line can be a bit annoying if you camp on the side. But trains don't run there that often. (There was a building site here at the time and only construction site trains ran. In the fall, some places under oak trees can be stressful, as the branches constantly fall onto the caravan roof. No problem in spring and summer, when they provide shade. The kiosk has a good selection. The fish stall has a good selection. Sanitary facilities / flushing blocks are always clean. We will definitely be back. Nordenham is a pretty quiet town.Well located pitch on the North Sea coast or directly on the WeserThere are a lot of nice permanent campers there, but that doesn't matter as the owner always finds a place to accommodate someone. We also asked at short notice and he managed to find a place. Thank you for that. The site is run by a nice couple and Sascha, the owner, always has an open ear if there... are any problems. - Barbara N.May 2022PozytywneHütten, directly on the WeserNegatywnethose who are sensitive to noise may be disturbed by the railroad lineOne night became fourNordenham was to be a one-night stop on our Weser cycle tour.
We couldn't rent a camping hut for just one night, the minimum stay is 2 nights.
So we changed our plans, booked the hut for a total of 4 nights and were very happy with this decision.
Apart from the sanitary facilities, we didn't use any... of the facilities on the site and only used the hut for sleeping
Day trip to Bremerhaven... by bike only about 12 km one way.
Camping is on the Weser cycle path, North Sea cycle path, Sielroute...Przetłumaczone automatycznie. - Angelika M.September 2021PozytywnePitch with a view of the Weser, friendly site operators, also ideal with a dog, everything you need in the kiosk with bread roll service, fish snack cart with delicious fish in front of the site, sanitary facilities always clean.NegatywnePitches with a view of the Weser are sometimes too narrow for a caravan with awning. Loosely laid concrete slabs are a trip hazard.Pitch with a view of the WeserThe campsite has tourist pitches both in the rear area and in the front area (water row). In my opinion, the pitches are of different sizes. On the pitches in the water row there are still some concrete slabs (presumably former permanent camper pitches), which unfortunately are not firm and therefore... become tripping hazards. You need strength and luck to fix the pegs of the awning, because due to the size of the pitch you can't set up in any other way, but have to cope with the laid slabs. It's better to choose a pitch with grass only.
Site operator and staff always friendly. Kiosk with catering on site.
Good excursion possibilities to the North Sea, Bremerhaven, Wilhelmshaven; the center of Nordenham can be reached by bike in 10 minutes.Przetłumaczone automatycznie. - Matthias F.August 2021PozytywneQuiet location super nice peopleNegatywnenone foundFamily reunionOur family lives in Nordenham and that's how we came to the campsite. - Dieter L.July 2021PozytywneProximity to the WeserNegatywnenot reallyWell located place to the North Sea coastA campsite that is heavily influenced by permanent campers with extremely friendly and helpful owners. The kiosk at the entrance is the central communication hub and always crowded. Unfortunately, the restaurants around the campsite were closed (due to Corona!?). Nordenham, probably the most inconspicuous... town in the north, doesn't really invite you to linger either.
Conclusion: If you want to see Butjadingen, the Wesermarsch, Bremerhaven and the country between the Weser and Elbe estuaries, this colorful CP is the perfect starting point.Przetłumaczone automatycznie. - Hans-Wilhelm v.May 2021PozytywneThe peace and quiet on the pitch. The cleanliness. The proximity to the city. The riverside promenade. Unfortunately, the Weser terrace was a total failure due to Corona. Top fish shack!!!!!NegatywneStill too few parking spaces with a view of the Weser. W-lan only in the entrance area!Insider tip - don't tell anyoneUncomplicated approach. Sufficient space in front of the CP to wait.
Friendly welcome, nice briefing on the pitch and how to get to the sanitary facilities. Code-secured.
There is a little bar in the entrance area where campers regularly gather around the groundsman and socialize. The showers are very... spacious and clean.
There is a fish trolley in front of the campsite with a very good selection.
The bread rolls are particularly good - especially at very reasonable prices.
The drinks in the kiosk are also extremely cheap. Wheat, non-alcoholic 1.10 €
So you don't get ripped off.
Electricity is charged according to consumption. If I had paid a flat rate of €2.50 per day, I would have paid a hefty €27.50 instead of €16.Przetłumaczone automatycznie. - Achim T.August 2020PozytywneClose to the city. Very friendly and helpful owners. Very reasonably priced!NegatywneNone found!Well-kept little place with lots of loveStayed at this campsite with children for a few days during the 2019 fall vacations. The very first impression made us very skeptical, as the place made an extremely simple impression. However, we received a very friendly welcome and were spontaneously guided to a free pitch. Over the course of the days,... more and more details such as the washing-up hut, book hut and the small kiosk turned out to be very well-kept facilities built and maintained with a lot of love. We can highly recommend the site and would visit it again and again for a few days.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.

On arrival, you are accompanied to your pitch or campsite. The sanitary facilities are well maintained and clean. The whole site is also very tidy. The facilities for all ages are great. You can take the dogs and children for excellent walks.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.

- Fritz L.July 2018PozytywneGood location, 10km away ferry to BremerhafenNegatywneThe dikes in the immediate vicinity to the north and west are only passable in front of them, there is no view of the sea. - Axel F.April 2018PozytywneWell-kept facility, inexpensive, nice people, dog-friendly, ideal for walking and cycling, well-maintained sanitary facilitiesNegatywnenoneWell-kept place with a nice operator couple and partly beautiful pitchesSpent a short vacation here for 4 nights, primarily to visit friends in Nordenham. We were delighted with the warm welcome and the pitch allocated to us. We were able to go on lovely cycle tours from here and took the ferry to Bremerhaven two days in a row, for example. Cost for 2 people incl. bikes for the outward and return journey approx. 13 €. We'll definitely be back.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Christine M.October 2017PozytywnePrice-performance ratio, the beautiful location, large sanitary facilities, heatedVery quiet and beautifully situatedIt was our first time on this site for 6 nights, as we were mainly traveling in Bremen and Bremerhaven, we chose this site as an inexpensive place to stay. We would spend some time here again at any time, in a very scenic location with a view of the Weser. Very nice welcome and always open to questions.... The pitch and sanitary facilities are spacious and very clean, the sanitary facilities are not modern, but there is plenty of space, even with children and sufficient for all needs.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Andreas G.June 2017PozytywnePeace and cleanlinessGreat time at Fonstock FestivalCyclist's hut simply great for 15 euros for 2 people per night. Night super simple but good 😊 If you sleep in the ⛺️ it's your own fault it costs 2 euros less. Great clean campsite for those on a budgetPrzetłumaczone automatycznie.
- PF H.June 2017Cyclist's hutThe cyclist's hut, which was thankfully only booked for 1 night, is in the lowest category. Door leaking, drags heavily on the floor so that you can't open it fully, gap of 1 cm of air from door handle to floor so that vermin can slip through. Ceiling had already been repaired, but still leaking and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.

- Norman B.April 2017PozytywneThe operatorsNegatywne---Thumbs UPthumbs up for this great place. we spent the week before easter here and we really liked it despite the bad weather. the small kiosk sells delicious sandwiches on pre-order and you can also buy one or two things here. the operators are super nice and totally helpful ;-) the sanitary facilities in the... ladies' area are not the newest but very very very clean!!!! shopping facilities are also close by... such as rewe, lidl etc. the new operators of the site run it very carefully. however, they think of us campers and not of greed like some other sites!!! keep doing what you are already doing. we are already looking forward to our next visit :-))Przetłumaczone automatycznie.

- Siegfried E.August 2016PozytywneGood location for sightseeingNegatywneLadies' sanitary facilities in need of renovationGood camping site for sightseeingThe campsite is located on the Weser, close to Bremerhaven. If the ferry is running, which it wasn't for us, Bremerhaven is easy to reach. The operators are friendly and helpful. The price-performance ratio is good. The pitches have a very sandy surface and are sometimes very overgrown with moles. The... sanitary facilities are quite different: men's is newly renovated and immaculate, even with individual wash cubicles, women's is antiquated and does not meet today's requirements. Too little water for 80 C shower token. Bread rolls good in the morning. There is a very good restaurant next to the campsite.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
