Friendly staff who were even at the reception late in the evening and let us onto our pitch.
The sea is about 1 min walk away.
Great bike tours around the sea also possible.
We would love to come back 🤗Przetłumaczone automatycznie. - Nele K.July 2021PozytywneThe small, manageable spaceNegatywneThis time it wasn't as relaxing as in previous years.Disappointed! We have been coming here for several years to enjoy a small, manageable campsite where you can meet old friends and relax. This year was different. A new owner, who gave a good first impression, but who showed a different face during our vacation. Starting with the corona measures, which don't count... for him. He also didn't seem to be aware that distances had to be kept between pitches. In the morning we had plenty of choice and looked for a free pitch without instructions, in the evening we were surrounded by newly arriving campers. Several times our power cable was simply pulled out because there weren't enough connections. It was all coming and going, there was no peace and quiet. The sanitary facilities were always sent saucer, this year it was better to take cleaning agents and mops with you for washing and showering. It was very dirty. The list could go on and on. When we read the good reviews, we wondered which campsite the people were on. Certainly not in Puttgarden. We are not squeamish, but the flaws could not be overlooked. It was clear to us that the new owner only wanted to cash in, but not invest.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Anke B.July 2021PozytywneUncomplicated, close to the beach, good transit site with a short walk to the ferry.NegatywneEvery last meter of the football pitch was packed tightly together with transit guests. Campers blocked from all sides. No distance, no attention to fire protection, emergency. Too expensive and hot water for showers costs extra.Simple, small space. Lots of transit to HS. A little overpriced. We stayed here for one night before leaving for the ferry to Sweden. At first we were glad to have gotten anything at all. The check-in was quick, easy, uncomplicated and friendly. We were briefed and stood with many other "short-term vacationers" on the actual soccer pitch. Nobody was turned away, but... the pitch was tightly packed right up to the last meter. We had parked so that the car was in front of the camper and only unhitched, so we could get out at any time. Other campers were simply blocked from all sides, parked up so that they could no longer get out. In the event of an emergency, it was a no-go as close as everyone was parked. It was a constant coming and going until late in the evening and from early in the morning. The sanitary facilities are a bit older and the chemical toilet in the ladies' area was very smelly. Many permanent campers, bread rolls only available during the week. A small snack bar with drinks, fish sandwiches, small dishes, ice cream. The site is well located in a field on the outskirts of Puttgarden directly behind the dyke. Kitesurfing school and hot spot for kitesurfers. It's fun to watch but there's always a lot of action there. From the campsite you can walk along the dyke/beach or to the ferry port. The beach is a natural beach with sand and stones. Dogs are allowed on the beach. We paid 50 euros here for 2E, 2K, 1H with camper van, electricity etc., but you have to pay extra for hot water when showering. For the fact that we were standing on the pitch, without any other amenities, close together, we found over 50 euros a bit much for one night. In addition, no attention was paid at all to fire safety when the vehicles and campers were being instructed and pulled up. Without these negative points, however, the site is a real alternative to the other large, relevant sites on Fehmarn.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.

- Bleibt A.July 2021Pozytywne- Operator friendly - uncomplicated booking and registration - Vehicles for children available free of charge - clean sanitary buildingNegatywne- WLAN and internet access - Soccer pitch partly occupied by campersQuiet and uncomplicated placeThis is a simple and uncomplicated campsite. Simple because there is no big "fuss" here and uncomplicated because the operator takes a more relaxed view of everything. Although there are quiet times here too, it works wonderfully here even without site management.
The sanitary building was always clean,... the soap ran out for a short time. Ok. There is a waste water treatment plant next to the sanitary block. It would stink there regularly. I would not stand there.
Free (or included in the price) WLAN is available throughout the site. However, this was apparently overloaded most of the time. Reasonable internet access was possible early in the morning.
So that was actually quite negative, but I would like to emphasize that the important things are all OK. So wash house, playground, reception, pitches (unparceled).
You can swim (with shoes) on the beach directly in front of the campsite, but the "Grüner Brink" beach 5 minutes away by bike is better.
We can only recommend the place, but not for corona nazis (keyword: calmness of the operator)Przetłumaczone automatycznie. - Marius W.June 2020PozytywneVery quiet, clean sanitary facilities, 100 meters to the Baltic SeaNegatywnenoneGreat camping simply quiet atmosphereA good simple campsite, a real insider tip. - Knut S.August 2019Unfortunately unfriendly ...As campers we were only there for one night. We were greeted by an unfriendly person who we apparently disturbed while watching TV at 18:00. The cleaning staff were the worst, they put down innocent guests of the place. But with the location at the ferry and the many guests passing through, you can apparently get away with it. Unfortunately, there are no amenities for campers such as a fridge or small lounge.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Kai W.August 2019PozytywneDirectly at the ferry, car could remain harnessedDirectly at the ferryThe campsite is only 5 minutes from the ferry. We only stayed 1 night because we wanted to get to the ferry. We were able to leave the car hitched up, which is of course a big advantage. There were a few others who had the same plan. There is a restaurant, but no supermarket. The site is close to the sea (about 200 meters) on a stony beach with some sandy sections.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Renate S.June 2019PozytywneYou can see and experience so much there, as well as enjoy the peace and quiet of everyday life and take long walks along the beach and to the harbor.NegatywneYou can't say any direct disadvantages, it takes about 15 minutes to drive to the next town for shopping. This campsite is ideal for young and old.The place is very well maintained from the lawn to the hedge.the sanitary facilities are cleaned several times a day even if there are not so many vacationers there.this is very important in our eyes.also a restaurant with very good food is available.on the whole everything is very clean and well maintained.we always like to go there again.ideal for young and old.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Thomas P.August 2018PozytywneQuiet place without frippery. Directly on the cycle path, close to the green Brink. Unbeatable price on Fehmarn!NegatywneRestaurant needs a visit from Frank Rosin or another appointed restaurant savior.Without Halli GalliA clean and quiet place so different from the "usual" campsites on Fehmarn. Without parcelling, uncomplicated, everyone looks for their own place. A place not just for passing through. Sufficient sanitary facilities, always clean. Even though parts of the wash house date back to the 1950s, new showers... and toilets have been installed. The Yugoslavian restaurant established on the site (probably the last of its kind) does its best to cater for its guests in the evening, but despite good materials in the kitchen, the food is only very variable and rather mediocre. A small camping store rounds off the ambience. The reception desk is staffed by a true original of the Fehmarn way of life. Friendly welcome, formalities dealt with calmly. Uncomplicated.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.

- Bernhard H.August 2017PozytywneLocation, opening hours, uncomplicated registrationNegatywneSanitary, cleanliness, odorGood location but the sanitary facilities are an impositionWe stayed at this campsite for a few days in mid-August 2017. There are no fixed pitches for vacation campers, you can choose your own pitch in the center of the site. Registration is straightforward and quick. Depending on the pitch, it can happen that 25 meters of cable to the electricity column is... not enough. The location in the north of Fehmarn is quite good, the ferry port of Puttgarden can be reached on foot in less than 15 minutes and by car in about 5 minutes. The town of Burg auf Fehmarn is approx. 6 to 7 km away. The Bordershop in the harbor is almost uninteresting for Germans in terms of price and is mainly designed for Scandinavians. You can't really save anything on the products, but this floating establishment is definitely worth a visit. The prices are mainly shown in Danish kroner, the euro price is smaller. Overall, you should take a close look and compare the prices per quantity for different pack sizes. However, if you are planning a bulk purchase of confectionery or alcohol, you will find packs that are only available in wholesale here. The site is mainly designed for permanent campers. Most of the pitches are located on the edge of the site, with space in the center for tourists and transit campers for tents, motorhomes and caravans. The front area of the site can get a little hectic in the evenings and mornings after the barrier opens, as many people use this site to travel on by ferry. If you park further back, you are very close to the only sanitary building - with all its advantages and disadvantages. Advantages: There are a relatively large number of showers, wash cubicles and toilets. Hot showers cost 50 ct. for five minutes, but you need shower tokens. Disadvantages: It stinks! And I don't just mean the unavoidable toilet smell - no, it sometimes smells extremely like sewage both in the sanitary building and in front of it. Apparently the sewage treatment plant is in the middle of the campsite. In my opinion, you don't necessarily try to get the stench under control by cleaning, but by stacking packets of toilet blocks in the urinals, for example! This is perfect, because then the toilet smell mixes perfectly with the wonderful smell of discount toilet blocks. The showers should be rinsed out with cold water before use; it is unthinkable to shower barefoot here. There were even bugs climbing out of the floor drain in my wife's shower. I can only give my subjective impression of the quality of the drinking water. At some taps in the building (not in the building) we had the impression that the water smelled bad, we used it to make coffee and the coffee really didn't taste good with it. However, there are no signs indicating where drinking water can or cannot be tapped. We then made our coffee with bottled water. I don't know if there's really anything wrong here, but we weren't entirely comfortable with it. It didn't really bother us that the sanitary building is old and completely used up in places, but cleanliness is only to be expected in the toilets in the morning. The barrier is open from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. There is a small mini store and a Greek restaurant at the entrance to the campsite next to the reception. The food there is really delicious with a reasonable price/performance ratio, friendly staff and good service. There is a small children's playground next to the restaurant, which we thought was great. Conclusion: The site is also well suited for an overnight stopover on Fehmarn because of its location and the relatively low prices. You can eat well there and stock up on the bare essentials. But I wouldn't want to spend a real vacation there. We are not fussy and have been to quite a few campsites, but when it comes to the sanitary facilities, our friendship really comes to an end. Some highway sanitary facilities are cleaner! We won't be visiting the site again.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.

- Alex U.June 2017Pozytywne+ quick and easy registration + very clean + price/performance in orderIdeal for an overnight stay before the ferry trip from PuttgardenWe used the site to spend the night before the ferry crossing from Puttgarden to Rødby on a pitch with sanitary facilities. The site is very well maintained and is located right next to the ferry terminal. There were plenty of free pitches at this time of year and you can simply choose one. The sanitary... facilities are quite dated, but were absolutely clean when we stayed overnight. We would come back again next time. We can also recommend the restaurant (Yugoslavian and German cuisine).Przetłumaczone automatycznie.

- Tim M.June 2015PozytywneVery close to the ferry port. A few steps away is a small beach, slipway and a free parking lot (for cars).NegatywneNone.Friendly, good and affordableI was only there for two nights. It cost €12 per night (1 person, 1 car, 1 tent) plus visitor's tax (Ostseecard) and shower token (50 cents). The sanitary facilities were clean and offered everything you need. Unfortunately there is no display on the shower machines to show how much time is left. But... it was enough for me. The tent pitch was large enough, well mown, level and without stones. Very quiet overall, there was still plenty of space at the beginning of June 2015. The groundsman was very friendly and gave me a map of the island as a gift. I didn't try the restaurant. Looks like an "upmarket snack bar". There is also a small playgroundPrzetłumaczone automatycznie.
