The whole team around the boss are super friendly and always in a good mood, that makes a lot of difference!
We will definitely be back, and certainly not just once!

Thank you very much for your feedback. I saw that you were in position 1. Depending on how big your vehicle is, the awning may not be able to be extended. "Normal sized" motorhomes and caravans have not had any problems so far. If, for example, there is a car from the caravan on top, it gets a bit tight.

Fortunately, we arrived on Thursday, so we still had a free choice of pitches. The welcome was professional and yet warm. The car was parked about 100 meters away, as the pitch was to be very busy. This was very advantageous as it was... in the shade and the food stayed cool. Bread rolls could be ordered until early. The freshly baked rolls were available from around 8.30 am. If that was too late for you, you could take a 10-minute walk to Aldi & Co.
"Ankommebier" was also available without any problems. The cozy beach bar was open on several evenings.
It was 2 km to the cathedral in the center - a nice walk along the Lahn. However, this always took a little longer as there were lots of animals to watch. The old town and Leitz Park are definitely worth an extended visit. The campsite is ideally located for this. Even when the site was full, the operators remained cool and you always had the feeling that you were the most important person.
The sanitary facilities were always clean and not overloaded even when the site was full.
