A very beautiful and quiet site with well-kept and large pitches. The sanitary building seemed rather undersized at first, but was enlarged by an additional wing as the site became more occupied, so that the toilets and showers were sufficient. Pool clean and heated. The site is situated in a deep valley,... about 11 km from the nearest larger town (store). It is 2 km to the reservoir with canoe rental. There are beautiful hiking trails in the surrounding hills/forests, for which the campsite provides maps. The campsite's own restaurant is good and reasonably priced. There is an entertainment program for children (a magician, juggler, playhouse, playground). WLAN (free of charge) is available around the restaurant terrace. We felt comfortable, even though we had the impression of being in a very remote 'hole'.

Top site, very well maintained, beautiful pitches, renovated sanitary facilities, playgrounds, few mobile homes, extremely friendly owners, heated swimming pool, restaurant. Unfortunately we had rainy days in May and it was very cool. As a result, the fascinating Auvergne landscape remained hidden from us in the fog.
