- Rolf C.May 2024Pozytywnebeach location good supermarket clean and modern sanitary facilitiesNegatywneTree resin and lots of bird droppings under pine trees WLan not goodOverrated pitch with tree resin and bird droppings problemThe campsite is large with many rental bungalows and is located directly on the clean sandy beach. Pool, sanitary building all top and clean, the site is well maintained and has several restaurants and a well-stocked supermarket with normal prices. BUT: Most of the pitches are in the pine forest, no... satellite reception, vehicle and awning full of tree sap and endless bird shit after a few days. Pigeons shit on you there, impossible and disgusting, we won't be coming back as you can't book your pitch, only the size. The pitches in the first row on the beach at least have no trees but only palm trees and direct access to the beach. Dogs are not allowed on the beach, you are not allowed to attach washing lines or hammocks between the trees. Wearing a wristband with a chip is compulsory. Wellness facilities on the campsite.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Pascal v.October 2023PozytywneClean beach with clear water, something for everyone on siteNegatywneThere could be a little more waste water stationsA great campsite for all activitiesA really great campsite near Tarragona. You get a lot for your money here. Pitches range from quiet to "in the middle". The beach is a dream, the small supermarket on the site is well stocked and the restaurants are delicious. The pool is great, a paradise for children. We'll be back!

Restaurant Snack Bar , you can hardly communicate with the languageBeautiful camping siteThe only thing I didn't like were the restaurants, there are so many Germans on the square, there should at least be German menus and better foodPrzetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Brigitte W.May 2022PozytywneLocation directly by the sea, castle, restaurant, very well-kept pitchesNegatywneChecking in and out at reception takes quite a long timeSpring trip with birthdayBeautiful location by the sea to celebrate my birthday in the camping restaurant! Unfortunately the band that happened to be playing that evening was not prepared to play an hour longer! Probably not to disturb the people, they only played for 1 hour from 20-21h ! But it was still very nice and the food was very good!
Pre-season was still pretty quiet.Przetłumaczone automatycznie. - Bruno H.October 2019PozytywneLocation, infrastructure and cleanlinessNegatywneNothingVery nice campingLarge pitches under tall trees or partly directly on the beach. - Kerstin S.August 2019PozytywneNothingNegatywneSleeping not possible Disinterested unfriendly staff Dirty smelly sanitary facilities Access is horror Everywhere! TreesOnce and NEVER again!!!For me the worst campsite I have ever experienced. For 1800€ you get a pitch right by the sea with your own beach access, but they have no access to it, it is opened in the morning and closed in the evening, in between anyone can use it... For all that money you also get a pitch with a tree in the middle,... it is not possible to put up an awning. In addition, you get to party on the beach every night until the sun rises, so sleeping with two children is out of the question... Of course nobody feels responsible, the security blames it on the reception and the reception blames it on the security!!! But you can be sure of one thing.... You won't get any of your money back, you can leave after four nights (out of 18) that you didn't sleep, but you won't see any of your 1800€ again. The sanitary facilities are the oldest and most run-down I've ever seen, the pool is a big puddle compared to other places, the climbing forest is permanently closed and the supermarket and bakery have the smallest range of products of all the places we've seen so far. If you want to have a nice vacation, go to the campsite... I unfortunately had to remove it because it violates the rating guidelines, but you will spend a better vacation anywhere than at the modest Tamarit Beach Resort. Once and never againPrzetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Jens S.August 2019PozytywneLocation, location, location directly by the sea and friendly, nice staffNegatywneSmall stuff...Our best place in Spain so farThe location directly by the sea is unique. Pitches in the first row have their own beach access. Pitches in the second row (some with private bathroom/WC on the pitch) with shade. Palm trees and conifers provide shade. However, the latter secrete resin. Some resourceful Spaniards covered their equipment... with painter's foil. The plots at the back are almost all well shaded. The site is beautifully landscaped and well maintained. Some of the plots are separated from each other by hedges or wooden beams. The main paths are concreted and are constantly cleaned by a sweeper. The sanitary facilities and washing-up facilities are plentiful and in excellent condition. The cleaning ladies are constantly whirling around. The stores on site have a sufficient range of goods at normal prices. Apart from the excellent location (sea view), the gastronomy is only mediocre. Various sports activities are offered at the back of the campsite. Tennis, soccer etc. The children's entertainment was apparently very well received. The pool area was overcrowded and rather simple compared to other facilities. The campsite is easy to reach except for the last 500m. Then it gets very narrow and confusing in places. The site itself is easy to navigate with the largest equipment. The friendliness of all the staff is impressive. English, French and German are spoken very well at the reception desk. 80% of the campsite is used by Spanish families. Spanish families. The resulting noise level, which is typical of the country and lasts well into the night, should be taken into account when booking. Booking should be considered. The remaining "quiet" 20% are Dutch, Swiss, French and German. The number of dogs is limited. Leash obligation, beach ban etc. is strictly monitored by the site security (24 h). We witnessed a few warnings in this regard. Particular care should be taken with young cyclists, especially in the dark. They race along the streets of the square without lights or helmets. Our drawbar almost made the acquaintance of the young cyclists. Security should intervene.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Gábor B.October 2018PozytywneBeautiful setting, well-equipped mobile homes, friendly staff, great beach.NegatywneIn bad weather there are few closed catering units.Beautiful beach, pleasant campsiteWe were here in the off-season, but it's still a great place. The mobile homes are perfectly equipped and the value for money is unbeatable. And the beach and surroundings are fabulous.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Christine F.September 2017Beautifully laid outWe stayed at this campsite for 10 days and really enjoyed it. The staff were friendly and helpful (we had a breakdown and they really helped us to find a garage that made "house calls"), the grounds were beautiful and landscaped like a park, the panorama with the castle on the beach was fantastic. The... small supermarket also fulfilled all our wishes. Only the mosquitoes almost ate us up, but that's not the operator's fault... Very lively at the weekend as many Spaniards camp there permanently, but quiet and pleasant during the week, at least in the off-season.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Martin S.August 2017PozytywneGood access with large trailer possible. Fantastic location.NegatywneNone found!Beautiful campsiteIf you take the pitches in the 1st row on the beach: a dream. Very spacious pitches with all connections. Especially for larger caravans (8.20m x 2.50m). Access is unproblematic. Also on the campsite itself. Sanitary facilities: TOP. Security throughout the site. The pitches by the sea have direct access... to the beach - with their own gate. This is locked at night by the security service and unlocked again in the morning. Nice. Very good restaurant also directly on the beach. However, reservations are essential here. We will be back. Definitely.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.

- Nicole H.July 2017Pozytywnedirectly on the beach Pitches bookable with pitch no. Overall beautiful site, lots of greenery idyllic location, historic town close to BarcelonaNegatywnetoo few showers no evening offer for youth (but quiet)Great place right on the beach, beautiful pool area, many sports facilitiesThis was our third time here. Highlights of the site: - Pitches directly on the beach with their own "garden gate", or in the second row; these pitches are not too hot in summer and are beautifully designed - fully fenced and guarded - sanitary facilities are cleaned around the clock, even at night;... there could be more showers, sometimes you have to queue; for children there is a nice children's pool or you can book a bath at the pitch - several restaurants on site, but only the pool restaurant is really great; instead they serve steaks, pasta and pizza - beautifully designed, landscaped pool area with bar, everything is not overcrowded, even in high season - an extremely wide range of sports activities for all age groups, e.g. beach volleyball every daye.g. daily beach volleyball and soccer for teenagers and young adults, aerobics in the morning and afternoon, pool activities in the morning, fitness room, tennis, mini golf... and daily changing water sports activities - children's activities for all age groups Surroundings: - great landscape with castle overlooking the bay - historic Altafull within walking distance via the beach - direct train connection to Barcelona or Tarragona Young people: - meeting point for the youth is the sports bar with pool billiards or beach bar (shisha) - from midnight there is a lot going on on the beach - BUT there is no real offer in the evening with music for the youth; here they are working on a concept to reconcile the wishes of the youth with the tranquility of the place. REALLY worthwhile!Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Carina M.July 2017PozytywneClean, friendly, beautiful beach, well guarded and controlled, great swimming poolNegatywneQuite noisy, no dogs allowed on the beach, food in the main restaurant not very good, lots of stones on the beachVery nice vacation. Gladly againOverall a very nice vacation. Very clean resort, friendly staff, great entertainers. Highly recommended aqua gymnastics every day at 12 noon. We found the loud music late into the night at the weekend a bit annoying and generally you didn't need to go to bed before 11/24pm because of the noise. Not ideal... with small children but it was ok. The beach was very nice. Just a pity that there are a lot of stones at the beginning of the water. That hurts a lot on the feet. And there are no shells at all. Otherwise good supermarket on site and in altafulla (3km) you can also shop in larger supermarkets. The food in the main restaurant was unfortunately not quite as good. It's a pity that dogs are not allowed on the beach in Spain. But the beach bar was really great. Nice and shady and nicely done.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Mathias H.August 2016PozytywneClean wash house. Shopping facilities on site. Very friendly staff.NegatywneQuite loud animation, but it was quiet at 00:00.Great place with many possibilitiesWe were on site with the caravan. Clean and large pitch. Wash house in the immediate vicinity. Store, bakery, various restaurants and a beach bar. The prices were reasonable. The staff were always courteous and friendly. The sanitary facilities were cleaned regularly throughout the day. The pool is large and very pleasant to cool off in. We will definitely be going back.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Caroline S.July 2016Pozytywne- large plot - clean sanitary buildings and facilities - beautiful beach; inviting for walksNegatywne- Sunbeds at the pool should be renewedVery nice campsite right by the seaThe plots are very large and there is something for every taste... Directly on the beach or in the forest. The sanitary buildings are clean and are cleaned regularly. The pool is nicely done. The whirlpool was not in use at the time of our stay. The sun loungers by the pool are unfortunately not 5-star worthy. There is no midday rest. But perhaps that is the norm in Spain.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Harald S.October 2015PozytywneVery nicely laid out, right on the beach, excellent sanitary facilities, restaurant and bakery availableNegatywneNot a "special offer" in terms of price, even in the low seasonFantastic CP with a great offer! We stayed there for one night at the end of September and one night in mid-October as we were passing through. A campsite as you would wish for! Very nicely laid out, right on the beach with a great backdrop of castle ruins, very nice sanitary facilities with huge shower cubicles, nice, parceled-out... pitches with electricity and water, dogs allowed. Bakery available, stores and restaurant with limited opening hours (low season?). Conclusion: We enjoyed it! Only the price is not too low, but still ok, as electricity, water/showers and WLAN are included. ThePrzetłumaczone automatycznie.
- T. S.August 2015PozytywneDirect beach location, good infrastructure and variety of offers on the campsiteNegatywnehardly any other German-speaking children, strolling within walking distance not possible, problems were not taken seriously by staff/managementNice place but a lot of trouble...The campsite offers everything you would expect from a campsite in this category - the information on the homepage applies 1:1 and all in all it is a beautiful campsite. The extensive range of leisure activities, the infrastructure of the site and of course the direct beach location are particularly... noteworthy. - We had problems with our pitch, which is right at the entrance to the restaurant, where there is also entertainment in the evenings. If you have booked the pitches located there, you have to live with the fact that you can't have a conversation for 1-2 hours in the evening because it's extremely loud. This is also the main entrance to the pool and pizzeria during the day. We had now booked for almost 3 weeks and tried to find a solution with the campsite management. Of course we had agreed to this pitch in advance, but we hadn't expected such extreme noise levels. I was held up at reception for 4 days, which really spoiled the vacation mood. In the end, we were able to move to another pitch for 7 days (with a huge amount of effort, as we had a tent). After that, we had to leave the site as all the other pitches were occupied and were "exceptionally" refunded the rest of the money. In the end, the annoying thing was not the bad pitch, but the way in which a paying vacationer was treated and how the staff managed to spoil your vacation. - If you want your children to spend the day with other holidaymakers who speak the same language, this is not the place for you. During our time here, there were almost only Spanish vacationers and permanent campers. No German was spoken in the kids' club, so our children couldn't really make friends here. If you want to go for a stroll in the evening, you have to get in the car... . TAMARIT is no longer an option for us.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Burkhard H.July 2015PozytywneVery good location. Excellent sanitary facilities. Bar, supermarket, bakery, everything available. Simply brilliantVery good place for families and beach loversThis park has everything you need for a pleasant stay. This is the fifth time we have been there. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The park is very well maintained. The sanitary facilities are constantly cleaned and checked. The park is supervised at all times. There are places on the beach... with only sun and perhaps a little livelier and there are nice partly shady places near the pool. The pitches vary in size. However, without a mover and a large caravan, you should always choose pitches on the main paths. Some paths and pitches are a little more difficult to access due to hedges and trees, lamps or garbage cans. However, you can take a good look at the pitches on the homepage. All in all, something for every taste. However, you should book in advance for the main tourist season. In the first quarter, the campsite is mainly occupied by Spanish families. Very mixed in the main season from July to the beginning of September. NL D FR ES DK etc. There is a large and lively crowd of children at the pool. The pool has reasonable opening hours. The new tapas bar on the beach is a wonderful place to eat and enjoy. The bakery, supermarket and everything else has a very large selection and is not much more expensive compared to other markets in the city. Safe and cash machine are right at the reception. W-Lan is free of charge, but not very efficient at 38 MBit. In the summer months, dance and show fans can experience something every evening. From 1.00 a.m. there is absolute silence until around 9.00 a.m.. So plenty of time to sleep. Checking in on arrival is quick and easy. Everything is very professional and reliable. From booking to departure. This site has its price, fully justified. A family-friendly, clean site with lots of nice people. We would go there again at any time.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Astrid S.August 2013Large, beautifully landscaped site in many areas. The pitches for campers are mostly shady under pine and palm trees. Sanitary buildings are easily accessible from all pitches. The cleanliness of the sanitary buildings was quite ok in the high season, it always depends on who was there before :). Every... morning from 10 a.m. the sound from the fitness area was annoying. The swimming pool was nice, but always overcrowded and extremely chlorinated. There was a lot on offer for sports enthusiasts: tennis, paddle tennis, table tennis, Zumba, gymnastics with and without water, fitness center, etc. Fun for children of all ages. The prices in the small supermarket and bakery were quite reasonable. Various restaurants/snack bars. However, the prices there were out of this world (example: small frozen pizza (didn't taste very good) for over €8). But the beach bar served good food at reasonable prices. Drinks prices were also rather reasonable there! Nice clean beach, clean, warm water, great view. There were groups of young people on the beach in the evening, but they weren't loud! Approx. 10 to 15 minutes walk along the beach to the nice village of Altafulla. The train to Tarragona or Barcelona also stops there. Conclusion: Nice, but we wouldn't come back due to the price in high season.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Torsten P.July 2013ALWAYS QUIET after midnight, which is also monitored by the security staff. Only directly on the beach can it be a bit louder due to young people from the neighboring campsite. Excellent infrastructure. Been here again and again for 4 years, many regular guests. Only the time around St. Juan (around June 24) I would not recommend, because then about 1 week again and again fireworks on the beach until late at nightPrzetłumaczone automatycznie.
