- Golan F.September 2024PozytywneBy the lakeNegatywneVery outdated. Desolate, dirty, mold. No parcelling. Too few connections for water. Only one sanitary building which is not functional. The price for a dog €9.50 without any service in return. We advise against it.Outrageously expensiveThe place lives from the name Kitzbühel and you pay for it and is way overpriced. Outdated sanitary building, dirty, partly moldy and desolate, inappropriate.

The food in the restaurant was very tasty. We were also very impressed with the concept of only organic quality, you can really taste the difference.

By cab for 15 Eur or via cycle path quickly into town, beautiful wellness areaNegatywneLarge concrete areas, moderately friendly groundskeeper, no water / sewage on the site, construction work on Saturday and even Sundays for permanent campers, 3 nights booked for 127, - finally paid 100, - on departure after 2 nights because 3 nights with a promotional price would be....Rather loveless place, lives only from the location to KitzbühelBottom line, only suitable for near Kitzbühel, ambitious price for a loveless campsitePrzetłumaczone automatycznie.
- hubert j.December 2019PozytywneWellness and indoor pool included in the priceNegatywneNo possibility of fresh air. It was far too warm in the wellness area No hot water in the shower in the sauna and indoor poolChristmas and turn of the year 2019-2020We stayed here during the vacations between Christmas and January 3rd. The staff were very friendly and the other campers were always up for a chat. However, the drying and ski rooms were an imposition, i.e. far too small for their intended use. We complained about this on departure and were told that... this would be passed on. Where should we hang the sauna and bath towels? We may be spoiled by other places, but I count this as basic equipment. The ski buses were always overcrowded and once it even drove past us because it was already full. We felt like we did in earlier years in Spain when the bus came or didn't come and the timetable was only a suggestion. In other words, we won't be seeing this place again.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Reinhard W.August 2019Pozytywnebeautiful, sufficiently large pitches, ideal for visiting Kitzbühel and the surrounding mountainsNegatywneWater supply unacceptablemediocre placeThe site does not live up to the promises made in most publications. The site is mainly dominated by permanent campers, the tourist pitches are in between and are adequately sized, the motorhome pitch in the middle of the site is also ok so far. However, many of the pitches are soggy and sometimes swampy... after a rainy night, which indicates only moderate drainage. The sanitary facilities are top, clean and very well maintained, the number is also absolutely sufficient. The free indoor pool is great and highly recommended. The biggest disadvantage of the site is the supply of fresh water. We didn't see a single water point on the site, every drop has to be transported from the sanitary building to the pitches, which is an absolute no-go given the standards and prices of this site. The price for a dog (€8.00 / night) is just as much a rip-off as the prices charged in the (externally run) organic food store on the site. On the one hand, the bread rolls available there are dry, bland and almost inedible, on the other hand, 250g of butter cost an incredible € 3.99, and on top of that, this butter does not come from Austria but is German butter! Conclusion: if all positive and negative aspects were to be rated, this place would have to be downgraded from 5 to max. 3 stars as quickly as possible.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.Odpowiedź od Wellness- und Sportcamp Schwarzsee September 3, 2019Dear reinhard-2103,
We are pleased that you were satisfied with our sanitary facilities and our wellness oasis.
Regarding your points of criticism:
The lack of water points at the campsite is indeed a problem. Planning is already in full swing and new water points will be installed in the near future....
We are sorry that you were not satisfied with our bread rolls in the organic store. We are all only human and as our baked goods are made by hand and are not industrially baked rolls, it can happen that some rolls are baked too long or too short in the oven. As the size also varies, the quality may occasionally be affected. We would ask you to let us know directly on site next time - then you will of course receive new rolls immediately. In general, the feedback on our rolls is very good. We would also ask you to bear in mind that we are an owner-managed company, that quality is more important to us than quantity and that we therefore cannot and do not want to charge supermarket prices.
The butter you mentioned is an organic farmer's butter from the Berchtesgadener Land, which is about 20 minutes by car and less than 30 km away from us. It is therefore a regional product. In addition to the butter you mentioned, you will also find other types of butter on our butter shelf that are made by hand by local farmers in our immediate vicinity.
We would be delighted to talk to you personally and wish you all the best.
With best regards

Very nice wellness area (also very clean) included in the price, moor lake behind the hill and in a few minutes in the middle of Kitzbühel - so for me the price-performance ratio is right!Przetłumaczone automatycznie.

- Jürgen M.June 2018PozytywneBeautiful area for hiking, swimming and biking.NegatywneSimply far too expensive!Too expensive for the performanceThe many stars just because of the wellness area? For €47 including electricity, it might be justified for Kitzbühel but not for this place! We've seen much better ones with fewer stars and above all cheaper.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.

- Michael S.August 2017PozytywneClose to Kitzbühel and the Schwarzsee lakeNegatywneeverything quite outdated and unkempt, sanitary facilities not clean, no parceled out pitches, vehicles are parked close together, little shadecompletely overpriced, close to Kitzbühel, outdated facilities, many permanent campersCompletely overpriced prices for what was on offer, our pitch for a motorhome was so narrow that we couldn't even fully extend the awning and then we were still charged the full pitch price. Over €30 for one night, one person in the camper including tourist tax and 1 KW electricity - and that for such... an outdated site, almost only permanent campers, not particularly well-cleaned sanitary facilities.... We really can't recommend the site for more than 1-2 nights as a stopover. It doesn't suit Kitbühel at all - what a shame - I had expected morePrzetłumaczone automatycznie.

- Ingrid K.April 2017PozytywneThe very friendly and helpful nature of the staff I think their names are Rene and Christian. The wellness area near the lake.NegatywneSorry did not find any.Vacation with the wheelchair went well except for small restrictions! We were at the campsite with two mobile homes during the Easter vacation. As I have been dependent on a wheelchair for 2 years (but can still walk short distances and also climb stairs), every vacation is an adventure. The staff at the campsite were very friendly and helpful. The campsite makes a well-kept... impression, the sanitary facilities are not the newest but very clean and well maintained. Of course there is an extra room for people with disabilities. As my disability limits the leisure activities on offer, the wellness area was ideal for me. The swimming pool (accessible via 5 steps) was very nice, the water was at a temperature that you couldn't just get into the water with an oops, that's cold. There is a wide staircase leading into the pool with a railing to hold on to. A whirlpool is accessible from the swimming pool. Yes and then the view of the mountains when you rest on the lounger. (It would be nice if there was a higher lounger for wheelchair users) However, the sauna can only be reached via a staircase with approx. 10 - 15 steps. You can only feel comfortable in this sauna. Tea and water were available here. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed during our stay. The restaurant is at ground level, so it is wheelchair accessible. You can also go around the lake in a wheelchair. I hope that I was able to help people with walking disabilities. By describing this place in more detail. By the way, the organic food store is also barrier-free and serves really tasty bread rolls. I will definitely come back with my husband.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.

- Arm W.September 2016NegatywneNo water and sewage on the plot. (long distances) Price performance is not rightWellness Super place so-soThe wellness area is great. - Thimo S.August 2016PozytywneScenically beautiful location. Schwarzsee, Kitzbühl, friendly staff, good wellness facilitiesNegatywneCleanliness, few connection options for water and electricity, confusing electricity bill, € 0.90 /KWh, price-performance ratio -Very beautifully situated placeWe stayed at the campsite for three weeks in August and the staff are friendly and helpful. The site is dominated by permanent campers and leaves a partly poorly maintained impression. There are no water and waste water connections in the tourist area. Long cables are often required for the electricity... connection. Some of the sanitary facilities are outdated and not always clean. Organic food store and restaurant are good. Good starting point for many tourist possibilities.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Carmen S.August 2016PozytywneNear Kitzbühel, great view, Schwarzsee great!NegatywneOld and rarely and poorly cleaned sanitary facilities, somehow a sleepy permanent campsite....Different than expectedThe location of the campsite is really beautiful. Close to Schwarzsee, which can be reached via a short path through the forest. Great for walking and chilling out by the lake. The restaurants around the lake are also great, where you can relax and unwind. The campsite is the perfect starting point for... any excursions. Kitzbühel town center is less than 5 minutes away by car. A place worth seeing by the way. Top restaurants all around. We particularly recommend the Kupferstubn in Kirchberg. Very good value for money. Restaurant on the square itself very expensive and not particularly good quality. Unfortunately no take-away anywhere, not even chips for the kids. The organic food store on site is great, but hardly affordable. The two men at reception are very nice, even if the first impression doesn't convey that. Pitches in a jumble. No recognizable concept at all. The sanitary facilities are absolutely not as described on the great website: state-of-the-art sanitary facilities. I don't know who makes the site, but someone has made a big mistake. The cleaning service that comes twice a day only refills the toilet paper, nothing more. Dark paths to the toilet and poorly lit toilet blocks. The flies lay in the corners for over two weeks, quite honestly that shouldn't happen here! I could only find great modern and new facilities in the new indoor pool. They were really great, but no individual cubicles, only communal showers. In the advertised playroom for children, everything was in complete disarray, all the games torn apart. No indoor play area for children. Due to the many permanent campers, the site is less suitable for kids. You are hardly allowed to move around in the indoor pool, let alone eat or drink anything. Not even drinking water is allowed here. I've never seen anything like it. Conclusion: Beautiful resort in great surroundings, with a few shortcomings, which in my opinion could easily be rectified. Nevertheless, for the price you could expect a bit more comfort despite the direct location to Kitzbühel.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.

- Andrea T.June 2016PozytywneNear the lake, indoor swimming poolNegatywneSanitary, too expensiveWellness and sports camping too exaggeratedThe location of the site is good. The lake is very close by and the small indoor pool is modern, clean and attractive. We did not use the sauna. The small organic food store is also good. But then. The sanitary facilities are long past their prime. What's more, you are personally parked by the campsite... manager down to the last centimeter. One after the other and one close to the other. The Platzward itself is rather special... . Altogether very expensive.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
