He speaks several languages, which makes communication very easy. The sanitary facilities are getting on in years but offer toilet paper and soap. It is clean and there is more hot water than needed 😉 There is a mini market on site and a restaurant for meals. Very quiet in April. 200+ steps to larger town for any real shopping but owner happy to drive us there and to railway station (easy access Pompei-Sorrento).... Probably much more lively place in Summer with recreational boating etc. Ablutions clean but older. Tight access road for large motorhome.
