As we were traveling with a camper van, we didn't want to drive tens of kilometers for a restaurant, so we had home cooking in the camper van. The sanitary facilities in the basement of the owner's family home are kept clean, but unfortunately everything looks unfriendly due to the basement location - different types of tiles have also been laid, it looks pieced together. There are also renovated areas, including a toilet near the reception, which is new and nicely designed. The location of the campsite on the edge of the forest makes hikers' hearts beat faster, and there are also beautiful walking paths for dog lovers. Overall, however, you should be a little "quieter", as it could quickly become boring for families with older children. For short trips, relaxing weekends and overnight stays near the A7, however, it is very suitable. The site offers large pitches, some with shade and some with sun. In the immediate vicinity (500m) is a public outdoor pool, tennis court and sports field. Hiking and biking trails lead through... the Knüllwald. Sanitary facilities exemplary and clean. We were surprised by the disabled bathroom for this campsite.
