- Düssel C.May 2023PositivosBeautiful motorhome pitches, many attractions for childrenNegativosCleanliness of the sanitary facilities (but this was due to the campers)Child-friendly placeFriendly welcome, beautiful camper pitches, lots of attractions for children - indoor playground, indoor pool, outdoor pool, bouncy castle..... only negative point was the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities. But that wasn't necessarily down to the operator but more to the campers.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Sandra S.April 2023PositivosLots of playgrounds, raft pond, differentiation of playgrounds by age, ruins for climbing and scary things, indoor play world, pancake houseNegativosa bit of a shame that the train did not run during the 2nd week of the Easter vacationbeautiful family square with many playgroundsWe were there in the 2nd week of the Easter vacation with our 2 children (11 and 8 years old) and had wonderful days. The place was almost deserted from Easter Monday because the Dutch had no more vacations. That's why there was no entertainment in the 2nd week and the train didn't run. But that didn't... bother us. The playgrounds are great and special highlights are the raft pond, the ruins for climbing and the indoor play world, which even the 11-year-old found really cool. We can also highly recommend the pancake house at the front entrance. The wash houses are a bit older but they were always clean. The swimming pool seems to be more for younger children. We didn't even look at it.
CONCLUSION: The campsite is firmly in Dutch hands but we were still very welcome and will definitely be back.Traduzido automaticamente. - Heinrich L.December 2019NegativosSevere power fluctuations Blocked sanitary buildingWinter camping 2019-2020Was on the site for 1 week over the turn of the year. NOT suitable for winter camping. Power supply between 187 volts and 203 volts! This is not possible in winter. Sanitary building very cold, was heated with fan heaters standing open on the washbasin. When asked about this, the site manager said: "I'm... not converting here for 2 weeks of winter camping! The toilets blocked several times during the week, so that the whole broth swam through the wash house. I won't be coming to this site again and can't recommend it to anyone.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Roswitha R.November 2019PositivosAutobahnaher Platz with restaurantNegativosPartially winding paths to the pitch (through trees)Place near the highwayPitch with restaurant, kiosk, indoor play hall, indoor pool, outdoor pool etc. Each pitch has a play area in the middle, ideal for keeping an eye on the kids. Some pitches are car-free, parking is then nearby. Sanitary building clean and well maintained, very good price/performance ratio with the ACSI card. Access roads to some fields very winding, larger caravans can get "stuck" in trees.Traduzido automaticamente.
- tn j.August 2018PositivosClean, enough leisure facilities, spacious pitchesNegativos-Great campsite for familiesCamping Beringerzand is a clean campsite that is located in the forest. The site is particularly suitable for families with children, as there is a small playground on each "field". The whole campsite is divided into three different categories, so that there is always appropriate play equipment. This... makes sense, as 12-year-olds have different needs to 4-year-olds. This also means that there are always children of the same age group in the vicinity. On the campsite itself there are also a number of leisure facilities for all weather conditions, such as an outdoor and indoor pool, indoor playground, adventure playgrounds, family restaurant, snack bar, store, ...Traduzido automaticamente.

- Stephan K.May 2018PositivosFeel-good factorNegativosThe store is only open at weekends and during vacationsFirst time and totally enthusiasticWe bought a used camper van in Feb 2018 and just wanted to get going during the Whitsun vacation. Not too far away so that we could be there in an emergency etc. We had already looked at the site in advance and the children were also enthusiastic. WC facilities were always clean, in good condition and... looked modern, no coins for showering and you have a nice view outside when washing up. Plenty of space per pitch, but you should be careful which pitch you choose as you don't have sun all day. The playground equipment we saw was in good condition. Within a radius of 10 km you will find Aldi, Lidl, Albert Heijn, Action, Toverland and also a camping outfitter in case something breaks or you need something else. For us it was the tap. Our boys (twins) are 7 and had a lot of fun. Outdoor pool, space to play soccer or badminton, indoor playground, delicious fries, mini golf, and and and We liked it so much that we booked three weeks during the vacations. And that won't be the last time either.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Arndt K.March 2018PositivosLots of space and peace in the countryside.NegativosNo soap, paper towels or hair dryer in the sanitary area.Have a nice Easter weekendWe stayed at the campsite over the Easter weekend. Nice welcome, friendly staff The different play equipment on each (huge) field was great for the children. Lots of space in front of the caravan. Indoor playground SUPER! Outdoor playground at the front of the entrance area also very nicely done. We... really liked the family shower and the toilets were almost always clean, but the "almost" is not due to the cleaning staff but to the people responsible! Unfortunately, we lacked a hairdryer, soap, hand dryer or paper towels in the sanitary building. Beautiful dishwashing houses with a view of the site. Small store where you can get almost everything, including bread service! Great surroundings for cycling and exploring the area. All in all, a lovely site.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Nicole S.June 2017PositivosPeace and quiet, beautiful pitches surrounded by meadows and tall trees, play equipment in the middle of several pitchesNegativoscould be better maintained, outdoor pool closed, costs too high for the service offeredWhitsun 2017We spent Whitsun 2017 at this campsite. The pitches are generously sized, with a good meadow and trees surrounding several pitches (about 15 each). The sanitary buildings are always clean and the flushing facilities are bright. Unfortunately, despite the warm weather - around 23°C - the outdoor pool... was closed. It only opens in July and August. Not all the staff at reception speak German. They also work very slowly. If, like us, you have to go to reception several times because the barrier card is constantly not working, you are more than a little annoyed. The indoor pool is small. The sanitary facilities are also too small when fully occupied. You can tell that the campsite is getting on in years. A little maintenance, a new coat of paint here and there, would do the overall picture good. For example, the one table tennis table is cracked and many mirrors or tiles in the sanitary building are cracked. One positive aspect is the peace and quiet you can enjoy on this site. A raft leads across a small fishing pond: great fun for the children. Overall, the price-performance ratio is absolutely not right.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Simone P.August 2016Positivoshuge pitches Variety of leisure activities, especially for childrenNegativosShortcomings in cleanliness Relatively high priceGreat children's campsite with minor shortcomings in terms of cleanlinessWe booked a weekend here in late summer (outside the German and Dutch vacations). The campsite was therefore quite empty. It was great that there was still plenty of children's entertainment (in Dutch) outside the main season. The children especially liked the mini disco and the Beringerzand Express... (train). The indoor playland, the outdoor stage, the indoor pool and the outdoor pool were also great for the children. In the high season, however, I see the problem that the outdoor pool in particular is very small for the many pitches and possible day visitors. In the low season it was perfectly adequate. For our toddler, it was nice that both pools also have a baby pool. What we found particularly positive was the really enormous size of the pitches and the fact that there is a small playground on each pitch. What was less good was that our actual pitch neighbors set up their tent on our pitch and that there were two Rottweilers on our pitch. The dogs were on a lead, but you have to be very careful, especially with toddlers, that they don't get too close to the animals. As we didn't want the neighbors to have to take down the whole tent again and there were still lots of free pitches, we simply changed pitches in consultation with reception, even though we unfortunately had to give up our lovely shady spot directly opposite the play equipment as a result. However, after we complained, someone came straight away to remove the items. However, we were shocked by the statement that this is normally only cleaned once a season, as the campers themselves are responsible for this. Considering the price (€117.50 for a weekend for a family of five including a baby outside the vacation season), I don't think this is appropriate. Fresh paint would also be good in some places, as some things were quite weathered. We were also surprised that there was no soap and no hand dryers in the sanitary facilities (except in the indoor play area). Nevertheless, we will be very happy to come back, as the children really felt very comfortable and there is a lot on offer for them. Apart from the cleanliness in one place or another, we adults also felt very comfortable, especially because of the spacious pitches.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Ma B.June 2016Positivos*Very friendly staff *clean sanitary facilities *great play facilities for children (on WE and HS Kinderexpress) *large pitchesNegativos*Very quiet during the week (secondary season), but no real disadvantage if you don't mind.Great quiet placeWe were guests at the campsite for 14 days in June 2016 with our two children (1 1/2 and 4) and our tent. In the low season it was very quiet during the week, we were the only ones on our pitch apart from a senior couple. At the weekend, the "permanent/season campers" brought life to the site.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Peter und Brigitte U.May 2016PositivosRestNegativosFor shopping 5 km to Panningen, 8 km to Sevenum all marketsgladly againwere there for a week in May. A very nice place with fresh and waste water connection. Antenna connection also German. Very, very large pitch. Despite the many permanent or seasonal pitches, the tourist does not feel lonely, as they are well separated. The only pity was that the restaurant was only open... on Fr. Sat. and Sundays and the bistro only until 18:00. Highly recommended for those seeking peace and quiet. Fishing in a small pond is free of charge.Traduzido automaticamente.
